When i connect the phone to the usb it begins to charge but the pc does not recognize the phone. when i look it up through my computer what i see is 'media stick'. My phone reads mtp and shows the universal logo of a usb... SOME HELP PLS!!!
did you install samsung usb drivers to your phone ?

Download Samsung KIES on PC. That will automatically download drivers required.

Hey there.
I am using a custom rom (IMM76D UCLE2) and when I plug in my phone to back up to kies it doesnt find the phone. I have the USB drivers installed.
I noticed at the top its showing connected as a media device. I should be able to see it in my computer???

Unplug the phone.
Reboot pc, start Kies
Put phone in download mode
Connect phone to pc
Also, try recovery mode

If I plug my GS3 to my PC with the USB cable, sometimes it tells me that my phone is missing hardware infos and I can't send any file on my phone. What do I do?

-On Control Panel go to Programs and Features find Samsung mobile USB drivers and uninstall it, conect phone on PC via USB cable and wait for drivers to install.

Hello,
My SGS2 (GT9100) is recognised by W7 64bit when I USB connect. I can even see it in Odin.
But when I want to use Odin with the SGS2 in download mode Windows does not find the driver and does not recognise the Device.
Any idea to solve that problem please?
(I'm working on a MacBookPro but virtal machine Parallel desctop, it should be he same than on a PC)

i tried to flash stock rom using odin but when i connect my s2 to computer in download mode odin doesnt regonize phone there comes only text 0:com10 when i hit start there comes only i dont know what to do pls help me

You must install driver first.
Install kies then kill kies procces and open odin and thats it a dnt forget about to thick debug

First install drivers.
Check Usb debugging in dev options
Third try a different usb port.
Restart your computer.
Connect your phone on download mode when Odin is open.

Nor Kies or my pc is detecting my S5 anymore. PC will say usb device not recognized and i can't access my folders through it. I reinstalled the Samsung drivers and also installed Switch but nothing works. Any help appreciated .
