Hey guys,
I've been trying to figure out where the setting is for the volume rocker to moved the cursor when the keyboard is out in RR 3.1.2, which I understand to be based on AOKP 4.1.2. I had it set to do this before I did a clean reinstall, but now I can't find it. Can anyone help me?

I've searched the forum with no luck. CM9 has the ability to switch tracks using the volume rocker longpress. Is there an app or a registry setting that will enable this in non AOSP roms?
I know some music players have this feature, but i love the DI.FM app which works tremendously well for me.
TIA
Chris
Android doesn't have a registry.
That would be edits to atleast the framework-res.apk and settings.apk with perhaps a .jar edit thrown in, not real sure tbh.
Not sure if anyone has done it on tw roms yet
Is there a quick and easy way to get my volume buttons to skip tracks on long press for an unlocked and rooted prime? Without installing a particular rom I might add
Hi All!
Been loving the Roms on here. but for some reason with the Hardware Keys remap feature on cm10.1 some of them allow you to change single presses or turn them off e.g. im using a navbar turn off all the softkeys and home button... however i can only change long presses? is there any way i can flash this onto my rom?
Hi guys I am new to modding and I wanna ask where can I find the volume rocker graphics.I mean where is the apk so I can decompile it and add my changes to it.See the attachment.
Hey,
On CyanogenMod you can change that buttons change music volume not profile volume. Can I do it on stock? I have phone always on vibrations so with buttons I want to change music volume.

So if I ask about buttons. On CM there is else that long press on square button (next to home) switch last apps. Is it possible on stock?
You won't actually have those features on stock at all, but you can get skipping tracks via volume buttons using an app on Google Play. As for holding recents button to go to the last opened app, that would need CM. Our stock recent button uses menu when long pressed.
