anyone getting this error with getting MMS on the simply arabic rom....i almost did everything possible to fix this issue but no good...i can send MMS to everyone even to myself but when i recieve MMS it says(the media content was not included due to a picture resolution or message size restriction) by the way i got alot MMS from different numbers and all say the same please need help thank you.
never had that problem, try using one of the mms apps off the market and see if the solves

Try mms.apk from another rom. I remember having this issue once.

I had an issue once in an old rom where my mms messages would not send to anyone unless I dialed a 1 before the number. example....... 1-330-555-5555
I am on Project V and I can not receive any MMS from anyone!! It comes up with an error message sating that the resolution to high or the file is to big. I need HELP!!!!

Yes, I had to delete the MMS app, with root explorer, and copy & paste the MMS app from the Project V ROM zip.

I am already on project V and have been using the mms apk that came with it. It still shows the same error.

Have you applied a theme? That is when I had the problem. I did the steps I stated before and had my friend resend me the pic, and it worked! It has been working ever since I did this.

Yes I did put a theme on it. So, I need to go back to the stock theme of project V? Sucks, I liked the theme I put on. Oh well.

NOOOOOOOOO!!! You can keep the theme. I just just changed out that one app back to stock.

I changed back the stock app. Could it be possible that I'm not getting pictures because of the phone they are being sent from? My girlfriend sent me a picture from the g2, but it shows up like a movie in the text, when i click on it, it plays for like 5 seconds and then says the resolution problem message.

I am not sure. I just know on mine, after changing the app, I was able to view any & all pics sent to me without any errors.
Does anyone know if there are inverted gmail and gtalk apks for the thunderbolt? I tried searching for them but didn't have any luck. Thanks for any help.

Maybe their isn't a reason for this question but has anyone been using aosp MLS on the thunderbilt. I really don't care for htcs messages app and was wondering if i could pull the aosp aol from my wife's fascinate and use it. If knowpne knows ill just give it a shot.
I tried it and MMS stopped working, when I switched back to the HTC messaging app, MMS worked again. It could just be me though.

I use the vanilla mms app, and it works great for me. Check out this thread, and follow his instructions.
I am not able to send mms messages once i installed the above rom. i have the correct apn settings. I searched and found nothing I was hoping someone might be able to assist me.

Did you install any of the addons i know some have caused people to loose the ability to send MMS even i had the problem =/
What carrier are you on it seemed most of us on AT&T ran into the problem.

I am on Rogers in Canada.
The 2 suggested in wolfs post speed and theme chooser. I fixed it by deleting 2 other APNs that were there a APN Internet and and Tethering APN and it works now. thanks tho i never thought of the addons

Ya multiple APNs does that lol never had the problem but other have.
Ya if the addons like the CARBON theme weren't updated for the new version of the ROM they would cause issues including MMS.But those are updated im using the CLEARv3 theme but i have yet to test MMS but im sure it works.
hey guyz i installed wolfs rom and its very nice every thing is oki, but what the heck is with camera :S...its oki at the start but now its giving me a error that camera is not available or unkown error and some times it works ..this camera problem really piss me of :s...
