Hi pals, I´m From Mexico and I have a tablet called SuperPAD 10" with android 2.3.3, but when I used the first time it´s freezed and try to shutdown 2 or 3 times, battery goes down in 30 mins. Late works fine but I want to known if this tablet can be upgraded to android 3 or 4 ICS because it´s slow with some apps.
I googled many times to find a way to upgrade but no had success to find it.
And many often times touchpad screen freeze or not responding until shutdown the tablet.
Anyone have a tablet like this or have an idea to upgrade?. Please some help about this!!!

Hi, After flash the following on my galaxy s2:

the clokworkmod stuck on M logo after any option that i choosed. Therefore, I pressed the power button, returned the main menu, and continues with this.
The only way is remove the battery!

Hello everyone! (I'm Italian, sorry for my bad English)
So my problems are these:
Assuming I have a Chinese Smartphone (known as "Star i1900") I can't give it root permissions, I tried various methods including:
1. z4Root
2. GingerBreak
3. SuperOneClick (of this I have tried three different versions)
4. UniversalAndroot
5. UnlockRoot
6. A script with .bat extension found on this forum
None of it worked!
So first question: Is there a way to give permissions to Root this damn Chinese phone?
Second problem:
I want to change the Android version in this smartphone, currently there is a very slow 2.3.6 (made especially for him I guess, because it's a Dual Sim, TV etc.).
I mean, I understand that the phone has only one core 650 Mhz ... but I hope and believe that there is an Android version on which I run better.

If it was that easy I would have already done it... here's the situation...
I can't get my phone into download mode (no odin... and I've pressed all the supposed button combos), i've tried practically everything but the jig method. The model I have is a Chinese(?) clone, and I've tried every method i've found on the internet to root it. but no dice... i get all sorts of errors, and I think it is due to an unknown bootloader. if not, i'm not sure... My serial is also blank, and I only have the IMEI set because of the MTK droid program. Please help me, I'm at wits end... here are some system specs:

I'm guessing you missed the fact that this phone is a MT6575 model not MT6577. Should have mentioned it, but the phone is a single sim, not a dual sim.

you can debrick it, just look for it on XDA Forum i lost the link.

to root it and install the CWM recovery mode you all need a chinese software called Shuame, i'll post a full tutorial about it later

Reason: No Play Services - Crashes - No Play Store (Obviously)

Play Services Version should be 444 but can't find a corresponding APK anywhere.

I have a Positivo YPY L1050 tablet that uses the rockchip rk3066 processor. It has Android 4.3.1 Jelly Ben and has been idle for some time. Its performance has never been good. It is very slow and now it doesn't update anymore. I already had old Samsung tablets and there's always a custom rom to revive them, but this manufacturer Positivo (from Brazil) never released a more updated rom. Below are its specifications.
My doubts: 1) Are there roms of other stablets with the same hardware for me to try to upgrade to a higher Android?
3) If not, is there any other system I can install on it, such as Ubuntu Touch, Lineage OS, Linux distributions etc?
3) Are there any patches I can apply that will improve its performance?
4) Is there any other use I can make?
5) Or I don't even waste time with it and try to sell it very cheap to someone, if I can.
