When I first got my GN2, I had an issue with it rebooting, this wasnt a huge issue as it usually only occurred once a day maybe every other day. I am now unlocked and rooted, running Cleanrom, and it still occurs occasionally, sometimes it won't even reboot it will just freeze my display will be off from not using it for awhile then I will pick up my phone and running to wake it up and nothing happens. My LED will be flashing blue though and the only way I can reboot is to pull the battery. Like I said not a huge problem because it only happens once every couple days. Does anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this?

You should have exchanged it. Rebooting on a stock device is unacceptable.

If so does anyone know what is causing this? Or a solution? I'll see my Photon waking about every 30 min or so when sitting at my desk at work,
No idea, maybe it has rebooted by itself? You can try factory reset and see if it works.

My kid dropped my sleeping phone off the counter yesterday and it woke up and unlocked itself.... not sure how... but sometimes I find it in my pocket "Awake" and unlocked. Started seeing this weirdness when I flashed the 198_7 sbf
Mine wakes up ringing every morning at 5 AM. Really annoying.

Some applications that conflict with each other can cause that, I have a similar experience with my phone vibrating 3 times quickly...

Recently I've been unable to turn off the wifi on the phone. Everytime I turn it off, it stays off for fraction of a second and then turns back on.
I think this started to happen when I changed my a sim card
Even flight mode behaves the same way.
Any help would be appreciated.

Factory reset may fix this. A full flash should most definitely fix this unless you have a hardware problem, which I doubt.
Btw, heard many complaints about wifi not working, but this is the first I've heard about it not turning off .

I can turn it off now. It suddenly started working. Weird...
I even rebooted my phone earlier and even took out the battery but nothing fixed the problem.

Thats android OS for you lol. XD
looks like an iphone but powered by android baby!!!!
My wife is using galaxy s 2. For last some days, there is a problem in the phone. Suddenly voice talk appeared and driving mode is enabled itself with an annoying sound requiring permisions to accept "valingo" terms and conditions. Wether I accept or rejects it, it continues to appear on its own. Sometimes it does not appeared for days and sometime it comes after every 10 seconds.
I tried different roms, like omega 17, 18, latest alliance rom and stock rom but problem is always there.
Meanwhile, also facing charging problem. Sudenly battery drops down to 10% and when I restarts, it is 48%. Charging stops suddenly and sometime restarts itself. I changed charger also. At one time I feel that charging is due to same problem thst comes with auto enabling drive mode.
Any body faced this problem?
Any solution?
Any suggestion?

Just delete vilingo with an app like link2sd if you don't want it:thumbup: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.buak.Link2SD
*NeatROM* Its Neat, and its a ROM!
This has happened either twice or three times in the past month. I will plug my phone up to the charger overnight with it on, as always. When I wake up in the morning, the phone is completely unresponsive. I can't even get the "manual reboot" method to work, I always have to end up doing a battery pull.
This has been on two separate ROMs, kernels, etc. If this happens again I might have to get a different phone, never had this problem with the S3.
Any ideas as to what could be causing this?
I've started noticing this as well. Except mine does it just with me hitting the power button to get it to unlock. What ROMs have you tried maybe its one of them?
I'm using EclipseTW. Thought about getting a replacement because of it but don't want to risk getting an ME7 phone.

CleanROM and Eclipse.
The phone is basically frozen, nothing responds not even manually rebooting it, which I thought was supposed to reboot the phone no matter what.
It's called a SOD. Usually has to do with your phone not liking a custom kernel. If you are using a custom ROM that includes a custom kernel that is most likely the cause. Try flashing a different like Faux's.

+1 Most of my SOD's have been kernel related. Try flashing the stock kernel.

I have also had problems like this because of a bad battery, or bad cable/charger.

So my DNA has been having major bugs and issues lately. It keeps randomly shutting off and wont turn back on until I plug it in even though the battery has 20%+ battery left. It also randomly restarts for no reason. I'll just pull it out to check a message and it restarts. And today I was in class and all of my service went from four 4G bars to an x, and went into a cycle of "preparing SIM..." for about 20-25min. It did it a few times later today too. I also found 4 stuck pixels on my device, with one being EXTREMELY annoying and my camera sensor keeps getting hot pixels in images in the same spots. I factory reset my phone twice and these issues persist. Any ideas on what I should do?

If you are on stock then you should ruu your device if its custom do a full wipe and reflash your ROM.
I've done all that\: Could it be a hardware fault? I'm probably going to send it in for a full motherboard/LCD replacement...

Have you tried to get any kind of logs for anyone to look at? Those could help determine what the issue might be.
