stock no brand ICS rom for 9100P? - Galaxy S II Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi, I am looking for no brand ICS stock ROM for 9100P is there any? I only found branded roms from TIM,Orange,O2,...
Also if there is some custom rom (ICS or newer) which have full support of NFC, I would give it a chance. I tryed Vanilla Rootbox for 9100P and it didn't work well.
Thx

So the only one that seems to be no brand is the French version CSC: I9100PLPMLP5 right?

[Q] Latest Official Samsung firmware - UK

Please can someone let me know what the official Samsung firmware and kernel is for SIM Free GS2's in the UK?
Tried looking here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1075278 but I can't see "(UK)" next to any of the recent firmware.
Also, can anyone let me know if there are any custom roms that support MHL-HDMI?
Thanks

Custom stock based roms (Anything based on a samsung rom) will have working MHL, ASOP based roms (miui and CM7 etc) wont have working MHL.
Any rom in that thread will run on the sim free UK SGS2, KK5 is a known good rom. If you check the region code thing, XW is the UK country code, so any of them will be the "official" roms.

I have my device from T-Mobile and then with the great help from the forum, i managed to install 2.3.3 and then updated it via Kies to 2.3.4. I have also rooted the device as well.
So i am on official Samsung firmware
All working very good
Thank You

[Q] Best ICS stock rom for europe ?

Hello, i'm from belgium, and just bought a SG2 from a friend, but i looked that he updated to ICS I9100XXLPS (which is for Poland) does it matter ?
Is there a better stock ICS rom for belgium ?
Thanks
Give the Nordic XWLPG firmware a try:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1544487
An excellent rom with very little problems other than the occasional freeze (maybe app related)
No such thing as a best rom, please just search/read and try them until you find what works.
Thanks

Question about NeatRom Lite v3.0.1

Hi,
I'm from Malaysia/Singapore and I think the stock rom for my SGS2's modem is DXLPB, there's a new NeatRom now: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=29127240&postcount=5138, that's for UHLPS.
Will the UHLPS rom be good on my phone? will it impact battery life?or should I wait till another ROM is released for singapore region?
thanks!
Should work

It really depends on the hardware used by your Telco. Some modems works better than others on different locations. UHLPG is now used in the latest NeatRom available (UHLPS was bad for me), UHLPG works pretty good here (I am in Argentina), but in your zone could be different. Please try it out and let us know. If not, you could flash DXLPB over, there is no harm in doing it with any rom.

[Q] Samsung GT-i9070P - custom ROM

me too. is there ANY rom for the i9070p ?
i9070 has already JS upgrade. Is there going to be some love for i9070P owners?
Which version should I use for I9070P?
Hi!
I've bought an UNLOCKED Samsung Galaxy S Advance (NFC) i9070P phone, and I use it in the T-Mobile Hungary network.
I would like to update to 4.1.2 JB version, and I would like to keep it unlocked. OTA version is not available, also KIES does not support the device, so I deceided to update via Odin (found great tutorials for i9070P JB update) BUT..
I would like to update with the proper version because some users on other forums faced a cellular lock problem (might from the regional problems), and I don't really want headaches about that.
My i9070P details:
PDA: I9070PXXLD2
PHONE: I9070PXXLD2
CSC: I9070PDBTLD2
I really need only official ROMs to update (maybe later I try rooted ones, MODs, and other hacks), but first the update. So I found 3 possible versions on sammobile:
1, First 4.1.2 official version (Germany):
GT-I9070P
Germany
2013 April
PDA: I9070PXXLPD
CSC:I9070PDBTLPD
2, Second officical version (Germany):
GT-I9070P
Germany
2013 April
4.1.2
PDA:I9070PXXLPE
CSC:I9070PDBTLPE
3, Today released T-Mobile (Hungary) version:
GT-I9070P
Hungary (T-mobile)
2013 May
4.1.2
PDA:I9070PXXLPE
CSC:I9070PTMHMD1
So again I don't want cellular/SIM locks on the phone (I need it unlocked)
Which version should I download?
ThankS in Advance

There is a 2.3.4 stock rom for uk/ireland on sammobile.com. I'm pretty sure you can flash it no problem with odin. You won't be able to go to a custom rom afaik because of the different efs version
