Basically the problem is, after flashing any CM9 or CM10 rom, I've got no signal, I'm sure that there's no PIN on my SIM, I've even tried to unlock the SIM with another phone, I've dialed the 4636 number trying to turn off the radio, the button didn't worked, I've tried flashing the rom with my phone rooted unrooted, with SIM and without it, I've relocked the bootloader and unlocked it again and none has worked for me, I'm desperate to try an JB rom and I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
Just FYI
My base rom is Stock 2.1 with stock kernel, could this be the problem?

You need baseband 2.1.71 or generic 2.3.3 firmware.
Regards
Do you know where can I get the generic firmware, I can't seem to find it

Hello, i have a problem, i did unlock my sim locked phone with voodoo, and it worked great.
Today I've tried cm10 and when it booted it said that my sim is locked ?
Then I've tried unlock it again with voodoo but it say's SIM lock-reader error
What to do??
Have you tried another sim after you ran voodoo? I got the same error on cm10 but the phone was unlocked
I don't have another sim, but when I've first got the phone, I've installed cm10 on it and unlock it on cm10 with the voodoo.
And now after about the week with the (unlocked) phone I wanted to get some vanila feeling and installed it again, before every rom i flashed there was no problem, so i doubt it's sim card problem.

I have the same issue.
I have 2 sims.
The first given with the phone when not sim unlocked is still working but not the new one.
After restoring CM9 both SIM works fine.
Hi Guys,
I desperately need help, i have a new HTC One X+ bought online from Hong Kong, I unlocked the bootloader through HTCDev and then tried to root the device using RootBootV5, this was all with the stock rom installed.
All of a sudden my sim, bluetooth and wifi will not work, when I say wont work I mean the phone looks like it has no sim inserted, and the bluetooth and wifi wont even switch on.
I tried wiping the rom with CWM and installing AOSP ROM, the rom installed fine but the problem persists.
Do I need to re-flash the radios or something?
Please can someone help me!!

I had the same problem on my first go. What I did was re-locking the bootloader and then reflash the original firmware (from desktop). All worked fine again. Then I unlocked again and rooted (also via rootbootv5). Maybe it would have been enough just to flashboot a propoer boot.img and any of the fine stock-derivative roms... However, I do not advise to use CWM. I had odd results with that (including failing nandroid). Since I use TWRP as recovery, all is just fine...
Mmm was thinking of doing that but I couldn't find the original RUU anywhere on the net, any ideas?

However, I needed to subscribe to the site and it is one of those subscriptions you cannot cancel, so I ended up blocking my credit card and ordering a new one... quite a hassle. This was roughly a month ago, maybe your lucky and there are mirrors now...
I flashed back to stock firmware, wiped EVERYTHING in stock recovery even reflashed the latest radio firmware and I still have issues when I make calls, they randomly drop and the signal goes out as if there is NO sim inside. I use a gsm sim card and not verizion if that helps Plz someone, I love this phone too much to let it go.
I recommend you to install latest RUU. Most probably it will fix it.

I've flashed stock ROM on my S3 cuz i was bored of these custom roms, and wanted stock.
I've installed the stock ROM sucsefully, but I saw Emergency calls only, and when i tried to phone my homephone it won't work, says im not registered on network
I'm trying to register, it says that i'm registered, but still problem
Make sure the firmware matches the device you're flashing. Flash the rom twice with a factory reset in-between and try again. There is also the possibility that you'll need flash something else too, like a patched or original modem..

I recently purchased a HTC one M9 that had CellCom service but it worked with my Verizon nano sim card. I have s-off and am supercid i flashed verizon htc one m9 mm firmware had to be supercid before it let me do that. It booted fine but i noticed it wouldn't read my sim card so i installed twrp and RR N custom rom hoping it would fix it but it didn't. I now have unknown IMEI, Unknown IMEISV, unknown baseband, unknown Bluetooth address. Anyone know of a way to fix this where all my stuff will show again and it will read my sim card again? Everything else works on it wifi, camera, audio, ect. Please any help will be needed. I tried flashing the stock firmware that came with the phone from CellCom but after it flashes it gets a bootloop. That is through the sd card method in download mode of the 0PJAIMG.zip file.

I am not sure but try to flash stock rom which includes modem image.
OR
Flash the original firmware. (Which was installed when you received your phone)
Ok thanks. Think it would be better to try to flash in fastboot instead of using the sd card method?

Yes. If you know how to flash in fastboot mode then flash it in that way.
Same thing happen to me, its very simple to fix it, just download your phone's modem and flash it via Recovery, And thats all, make sure the modem is for ur device, else its ain't gonna work.......
