sending 'zip' (35863 KB)...
OKAY [ 3.589s]

the post said if you see failed flash it again and i did so but get the same results. IDK what im doing wrong.

How Can I Flash New Radios with S-On?

I have Hboot 1.15, Fresh EVO OS. And used the Regaw Autoroot following the OTA Update. I heard you can do this using fastboot or HTCdev, but I'm not sure how to do this... And could not find any answers (My concern is that the new FRESH updates use the new radios, and I updated to it, but can't flash the new radios)
If this has already been answered I apologize, but I couldn't find it.
Thank you for the help!
Dude there's threads all over the forum about this issue. Just spend 2minutes looking and you'll be all set
Sent from my EVO using xda app-developers app
You can't update radios if you are s-on hboot 1.15. Your only option to update the radios is to relock and take the ota or install the new ruu. Then unlock again, install twrp, and then install your favorite rom. As many will state, never take the ota because you may loose ability to get s-off in the future. This may be true, but there is no s-off solution for your hboot anyway so you might as well bite the bullet now and live in the present instead of waiting for something that may never happen in the future.
Interesting. All right Thanks for your help. And as for there being threads "all over" I was getting conflicting reports, since I saw on one page where it was possible to flash using HTCdev with S-on, but there was no link or instructions given.
To address ur main concern, there is no need to update your radios. If you want to run a rom that is based off the latest update all u need to do is make sure your kernel matches the kernel in the rom. You can update your kernel with Flash img GUI, found in the app store. Just download the rom u want open flash img GUI select the rom and choose to flash kernel img. Once complete, wipe and flash rom. Njoy!

Ok, so I'm rooted, s-on with hboot 1.12. I was able to do the firmware update and update the radios. I've read like crazy and I'm not seeing anywhere I can update the PRI without s-off. Is this correct? One thread said I can flash anything since I'm hboot 1.12 so I'm confused.

I'm a little bit hesitant to do that since I've read it can go crazy wrong and I'm not as savvy with the phones as the folks on the forums. Do I have to though in order to update my PRI?
I'm not sure, I've been s-off since I got the phone.

I am S-ON HBoot 1.15. Is it possible to flash HTC Stock recovery, go to stock rooted rom, use OTA root Keeper and take the new OTA?
You don't need OTA root keeper because your going to have to do HTC dev to unlock the device again.
With that being said I wouldnt recommend taking the OTA or running the ruu to update because you'll be on the new hboot
Sent from my EVO using Tapatalk 2
Not to mention the new base for stock has introduced a few of its own issues that the new firmware/hboot can not fix. Several people have attempted to downgrade thinking its the best alternative and brick their phones in doing so. The new firmware doesn't change much anyway

I'm Hboot 1.15

Bought phone today and got home and noticed the hbpot. I'm a flashoholic! What the hell should I do now??? Just HTC dev unlock I guess?

Y don't u just do the lazypanda s-off now since you are stock. U don't need fresh rom to do it. The new base is installed when u install a new rom on the new base. Just flash radios separately which u can do once s-off or just being on 1.12 I believe.

Why would you downgrade hboot and then run ruu to install the latest hboot? If you downgraded to 1.12 you should have no problem running lazy panda. Am I missing something?
On unlimited's site it says the rom requirements to run lazy panda is 1.13 RUU. I was confused on that as well but it hasn't been successful. I'm currently 1.12 hboot with 1.22 software version. So at this point just run the lazy panda?
Someone in mac's development thread stated they were able to run lazy panda on 1.12. You should ask about it in that thread and see if anyone can help
i ran it out of the box no RUU just ran it
Was that you that mentioned it then? I was having a hard time remembering who mentioned it lol
WHOO HOO! I'm S-Off!!! Ok am I finally ready for customer roms etc and I guess i need to flash radios of course.
edit: Thanks guys!

[Q] How to Remove Cyanogenmod & TWRP from HTC EVO 4G LTE

Hey Everyone,
This is my first actual post on xda but these forums have helped me with many things that have come up with during my time with Android
I recently installed CM 10.1.3 RC2 for my HTC EVO 4g LTE and couldn't find a good guide to going back to the stock software that I had before. Nothing is wrong with CM but I just prefer sense for this device.
To install CM I unlocked my bootloader with HTC DEV and flashed twrp 2.4.1.0 according to CM's guide. I installed GooManager for access to the twrp bootloader but from their I'm confused as to how to revert back to stock htc sense. I downloaded the latest RUU for my device so if anyone can help me out that would be great. Thanks.

You can flash a Sense ROM. There are quite a few to choose from. If you want to go back stock and unrooted, you can run a RUU. If you're on the latest Hboot, you'll have to S-off and run VipeRUU to get you back to stock, since there is no RUU for the latest OTA.
Also, there is no such thing as a "TWRP bootloader". TWRP is your recovery

No. It's a "stock" ROM, not a RUU. If you truly want to go back completely stock, get S-off and then use the tool in the link below. If you simply want a stock-feeling Sense ROM, check out the development threads-there are plenty.
Here is the link to VipeRUU. You must be S-off to use it.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2197909
It would also be helpful if you posted your Hboot and radio (baseband) version.

[Q] Help me get back to T-Mobile stock everything

Hey Guys,
I purchased a phone from a friend that had the Google Play Edition ROM flashed on this Nexus One for T-Mobile USA. After re-locking the bootloader, I used the "RUU_M7_UL_JB_50_TMOUS_1.27.531.11_Radio_4A.17.3250.20_10.40.1150.04_release_324846_signed_2.exe" file, which seemed like it was working, but failed 1/2 way in the middle. Now when I HBOOT the phone, it states TAMPERED and RELOCKED at the top w/ the following info below:
M7_UL PVT SHIP S-ON RH
HBOOT-1.54.0000
RADIO-4A.18.3263.15

OS-3.06.1700.10
eMMC-boot 2048MB
Aug 1 2013,18:48:48.0
In addition, I have also tried running the "fastboot flash zip RUU_M7_UL_JB_50_TMOUS_1.27.531.11_Radio_4A.17.3250.20_10.40.1150.04_release_324846_signed_2.zip" command and I got the following:

OKAY [ 45.808s]

Would anyone be willing to help me figure out how to get this phone back to the stock tmobile ROM/Recovery/etc? Thanks in advance!

Downgrade to 4.1.2
It took some work, but I had a similar situation where I bought a HTC One with GE flashed, S-ON, HBOOT 1.54 and was able to successfully downgrade to 4.1.2 in order to get S-OFF.
Just do a Google search for HTC One Downgrade and I believe there is a RUU out there that will do it. Then just follow the instructions to get S-OFF.
Good luck.

I too had a TMO with .11 and with that version the S-Off exploit was fixed. I found several threads that were closed and / or removed when looking for a downgrade option.
But doing a google search i was able to find what i was looking for. I never did find out why it was in violation of posting rules.

You don't have to be S-off to run CyanogenMod. You need to extract the boot.img from the ROM and flash it via fastboot commands in the bootloader. Then you can flash the ROM itself from recovery. I explain this pretty clearly in my guide.

ok so i use the 3.16 rooted zip file extract it and copy the boot.img to my desktop. then flash that through command prompt then flash the zip file itself? what command so i run to flash the boot.img?
I'm still getting the same issue. the rom zip doesnt finish flashing and reboots and gets stuck on splash screen.

Hello everyone,
I am currently running this version rooted with S-On. I have been trying a long time to get S-off to work on my device, but I cannot find the proper method. If someone can direct me to which s-off method works with 3.17.651 and hoot 2.09, that would be great!. Thanks for your help.

Have you tried DirtyRacun (along with the BabyRacun process)? That might be your only bet.

I tried to do this (same boat with 3.17) and BabyRacun won't run because the version is above 3.16 and it DirtyRacun errors because of a version mismatch
