Hey everybody,
Today I decided that my Maxx (eu, germany) was to slugish so I gave it a in - OS wipe and reset. But unfortunately my razr (xt912) refused to boot up again, just kept hanging in the 'upgrading android' for several hours. So than decided to download myself some fastboot files and start from scratch. Unfortunately themmost logical candidates of the fastboot files keep on returning the following error on RSD: Failed flashing process. Failed flashing process. 6/21 flash CDT.bin "cdt.bin_signed" --> Phone returned fail ; phone connected.
Getting a bit desperate here. Hope you guys can help me with this.
Cheers.

Isn't the European version xt910? IS yours really a 912? That would imply a North American variant. You could always throw an email to Motorola support with the IMEI asking for the phones origins...I did this and they confirmed mine was a Hong Kong variant.
I think you might be right. Its a German Razr Maxx. ( I know for certain its' German because it has germany specific apps on it). But would anyone know what the error means?
Fortunately I do can get in fastboot. Yesterday managed to get into android and the setup wizard but after the setup wizard I never get my launcher screen. The phone doesn't lock up just shows a black screen.
AW: Motorola RAZR maxx, bricked?
Hit the link in my signature, there you'll find the ICS Fastboots (Firmwarelist) and RSD-How to in German.

Well, the Electrify bootloader cannot be unlocked with the Pudding File. Since the 2.3.5 update, some how it locked us all out. Hopefully someone can figure a way out to unlock this, as Pudding has created a new file, but has no replied to anyone in weeks about it now. When we try and use the new file, it gives us the following error in RSD Lite...
It starts to flash get to code group 47, then resets phone. Phone gives error 115:1:2 Failed to boot 0x2007 and reboots again. RSD gives error flashing to BP Passthrough, then gives a Failed status this this info:
Failed flashing process Interface AP-OS: Error flashing subscriber unit Device API Error: 0xE003009 Address:0080070 Command: ADDR C0xE0231009:
Any idea how to fix or patch, would be much appreciated even if you guys can't fix it, any sort of advice in the correct direction would be much appreciated as I have been tinkering and reading on this for hours & days now...
Hello guys, I tried to post my question on the Atrix 4g Development forum but since I am new I don't have the privileges yet.
Well, I started to follow a tutorial on how to root/unlock bootloader for the atrix 4g, everything was going great, phone is now rooted and all but when I got to the part where the phone has to be set to RSD Mode and then connected through usb to run RSD Lite 5.6 in order to flash the proper unlock.sbf file, the issue is that the phone must be recognized by RSD lite 5.6 as "NS Flash Olympus" but instead it recognizes it as "SE Flash Olympus" I immediately did some research and a user who followed that proceeded under the same circumstances got his phone bricked. I did not proceed and would like to know the most secure way to get the bootloader unlocked under these circumstances without bricking the phone.
Will a "SE" phone be already factory unlocked?

Hello everyone,I'm having problems turning off my phone, I was trying to flash a custom rom into my phone following some instructions, I backed up my CID and erased it after that, then trying to flash it but the phone is giving me an error message: CustomerID error. Contact Dealer. Boot to Suspend/TCMD mode:dead 0007.0000. I use the RSDLite to fix it flash a stock rom, the tool shows me that has been flashed successfully but still I unable to turn the phone back on or turn it off. Also, I'm not able to get into the bootloader menu so at least run the BPTool. MY phone is from Colombia and I was trying to flash it with a America Stock Rom (From Brasil). Any help I will appreciate.
P.S. Sorry for my grammer in English isn't my native language
Hi friends have a question about something that happened to me.
I did something too stupid and now I regret it.
What happens is that I try to update my motorola moto
Brazil 5.1 manually, but try the first time gave me error and does not install the rom achievement, all was well up there, but then gave me the idea to install it again and installed all achievement but by giving reboot not over 5.1 logo rather return to the fastboot mode and brand me as follows:
downgraded version for boot
failed to validate boot image
fastboot reason: fall-trough from the normal boot mode
After that try to install the factory cricket rom 4.4.4 installed but fails because the bootloader is updated to the latest version and also the bootloader is locked (For more problems can not unlock the bootloader for reasons of cricket company and AT & T do not allow)
So what occurred to me was searching and searching but what I found was that I must unlock the bootloader to fix it but I can not as I'm in school and I'm lately busy I could give you head to fix it, oh and I have also seen that could try with RDS lite but I do not have a Windows machine to test (Install the firmware was for Mac to travez of the terminal) ....
Not so good if you can help me the truth is that you can not make or sell in this state and seek or find an expert who can fix me but of course not all will be free xD
If they could seriously help I would appreciate it with all my strength
Salu2 and hugs from a remote location in Venezuela
Sorry to use such bad English translator google xD

Motorola G4 XT1625
Minor Problem: Phone will not start normally, only boots into Fastboot mode.
Minor Problem: Phone is oem Locked
Major Problem: I never went into "settings" on the phone and ENABLED OEM UNLOCKING.
Question: Is it possible to get this phone flashed with stock ROM?
A little background. Not a developer, phone started acting up a few days ago, shutting down or rebooting on its own, do not remember anything such as an update or my clearing of the cache occurring in that time frame, but I was still hoping it was a software issue that would work itself out. Now the phone fails during start up and reports this
STARTUP FAILED
ERROR: Failed to pass validation , backup to fastboot.
It does mention I should use Software Repair Assistant to recover the phone, which correct me if I'm wrong , only works with Verizon phones. I did try the SRA, it connected to the phone, but would stall about halfway through.
I have found much info on this forum regarding unlocking the bootloader of this phone, I have installed on Moto tools on my PC, requested and received an unlock code, connected to the phone and can send commands via command line. Unfortunately when I send the oem unlock the phone responds that I need to enable development mode in settings, which I cannot get to because the phone wont boot to the OS. Is there an easy way around this that I'm just not seeing?
In the end the problem may be hardware related, I just hate to give up on it so easily. Contacted Motorola about the device, as it turns out the unit was 6 days out of warranty ( that's if you use the Amazon ship date, it was only actually 2 days out if you use the activation date). Their response was as expected, sorry can't help you, thanks for being a Motorola customer, have wonderful day, next........
