Hello,
I am here to ask for people to join me to create a team solely for the Galaxy Ace, 2 & etc. I am not saying I will be the leader, we will internally vote of course, so as to be fair and square.
First things first,
The team comprises of 1 Themer, able to create boot animations and etc. Next, 1 admin, whom will take charge of the webs and etc. Following on, 2 Kernel Devs (I will be one) , who have the experience to fix bugs and implement new modular tweaks. Lastly, 3 Devs, Able to git, and BUILD a ROM, and create a repo init for github.
I hope all of you will join me. This team will help contribute to the community together
CURRENT MEMBERs:
- MinoochX (Kernel & ROM Developer)
- King ACE (Chef)
- brewy
- TomorrowLand_Ace (GFX)
- KelvinCheong (File Server & Web admin) (Learning Dev)
- K.A (ROM Developer & Git Admin)
Not that I want to join.
But congrats on a new team! Hope you find success.
FAP FTW!!
Oh wait...
thats a good idea i will look at your published work

Seriously speaking, if you're serious about this you might want to change the order of your acronyms.
(if you want others to take this serious)

Ok, Facebook Page to be up soon, We will be looking for a web admin and so, well, thats pretty much everything. No Intention for a website, maybe just a blog.
And for the finale, this Project does 3 things:
- Long Term Support (We will disband after a VERYVERY Long time.)
- Implement new features from other phones
- Provide the community with free, open source codes

Ramdisk diff
This is a diff file for the Jellybean ramdisk from ICS. This is from the galaxy nexus and will have to be changed for your specific device. Some notes that are not shown in the diff are that /sbin/adbd and init changed -- These are both binaries so they need to be manually taken from the jb ramdisk.

This is a list of files that have changed in JB... Please check /vendor/{device vendor}/{device name}/ and /device/{device vendor}/{device name}/ in the CM source to make sure they don't overlap... If any do, just keep your cm9 versions.

If there were an AOSP rom for another xperia phone it would be easier
I think many people would like a clean aosp rom, but nobody's got time to make this full port working, because porting from another manufactor is hard...
So just use cyanogenmod :good:

Guys Check out my NEW AOSP ROMhttp://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2018098 jst RELEASED !
Hi there!!!!
Fist is I want to thank to mr. CARL, C.O.D, and also REPENCIS because for the AMAZING ROM and FRAMEWORK..and the small tool
but a very very big help to me the REPLACER and I just want to clarify that I am not stealing work of others, I am here to help you out because I know that were waiting for the final release of Hyperion.
this may be the last update guys because I am am going to abroad (my work) this week
In about phone you will see there "owner" which is default may vary in your build.prop so let say "GINGERBREAD" or what so ever, in order to change, it well open the build.pro editor in "DEV OPTIONS"
edit the "ro.build.display.id=" edit the existing line there, it should like this
"ro.build.display.id=my name"
So the word "my name" will be shown in the about phone under owner after reboot..
DO A BACKUP FIRST!
HERE's THE LINK:
http://db.tt/wd2GVTJV
Hey before installing this update you should have fresh HYPERION ROM installed or removed the last update youve installed from this thread..
By the way guys Here is the modified framework-res.apk which is from C.O.Ds framework. What changes is actually i cant elaborate exactly but in the pop-up menu is the default white with black header and holo blue outline. The reason why i make it like that is there are some apps that i cant see text well you can see here
Transparent: http://www.mediafire.com/?798c42v56pohfem
non-Transparent: http://www.mediafire.com/?8ru21q4t0etbti1
Font on screenshots: http://db.tt/MAMLdrE3
I dont deserve with you THANKS...but those guys mentioned above.

Thanks for giving everyone an update. May I have the permission to include this on the final build?
@Everyone
It has been a long time since I released the pre final build. We are working on the new UI. It's a slow but great progress on the UI. We only have one themer (mariozawa) that's why progress is taking a long time. I cannot promise an ETA but you'll get it soon (hopefully) before we (me and mariozawa) move to our project.
If there's someone out there who knows how to theme (specially xml layouts) and wants to contribute to project Hyperion, contact me here on xda or via facebook. We will be very grateful for your contributions.
Thanks and regards,
Carl
PS. Final build base is ready, some small overhaul in the UI and it'll be released.
wow.. what a great update, thanks for this, just flashed it by cwm right?
