maybe someone else have problem with the bluetooth plantronics savor m1100 and phone. While the pairing is on and the connection between phone and headset is ok in almost every phone call I lose the sound (not the pairing) between them.
The solution is to press the button of the headset off and on again and my sound come back to the headset.
There are someone have the same problem? I am running omega V40 with stock kernel.

Hello All,
I am using SGS2 mobile for sometime now & recently it started showing some strange behaviour. The problem is that after removing my wired headset & if i try to call, I am not able to hear other side voice at all. If i plug back my wired headset then everything is fine & I am able to hear other side through headset. This problem vanishes if i restart my phone.
FYI, I am on Stock Android version(2.3.5).
Please help me fixing this issue
Thanks.
Hi,
Some strange things:
Samsung 10.1 Tab with Upgrade on ICS 4.0.4 (Stock-Version) - no problems with Upgrade (Tnx to XDA-Dev for that).
Headset: Sony-Ericsson MW600
With 3.2, I used the Headset only for media (there was no phone ). With my other phone (Galacy S) worked both, phone and media.
Back to the Tab. Media works great, but phone not really. When I use the dialing-buttons, I can her the dtmf-tone in the headset. When I connect, there is no dialtone / waiting tone. And I cant hear the partner nor he can hear me. The Microphone is working, I can hear myself. And what also work is the phone-button on the headset. I can finish the call.
What's that? Why is only the sound from the "gsm-channel" not working? Any ideas? Issue for the tab? ICS? Bluetooth? Headset?
What BT Headset do you use with tablets and phone callings?

Hi,
I recently bought a new Jabra Wave bluetooth headset for use with my Samsung Galaxy S2 GT-I9100.
Everything about the headset is fine except for the fact that the bluetooth headset is not able to play the phone ringtone when i get an incoming call. Instead the bluetooth headset plays its default ringtone which is to low in volume and sometimes you dont know if there is an incoming call until you hear the person who has called, say hello.
Is there any way by which i can change this behaviour?
Thanks,
Gokul

Hi.
I just bought Klipsch x7i headphones to use with my galaxy s3. I am aware the volume buttons do not work for android devices which is fine but I assumed everything else would work fine. This is not the case.
The headset (and mic) work perfectly when MAKING calls to others, but the headphones become disconnected when RECEIVING calls (headphone logo no longer shows), and I can no longer hear the other person or speak to them through the mic.
What's the deal? Are there any apps I can download to help or do I have to return these headphones? After searching for an answer I have found out that third party mics do not work for the s3 but what I don't understand is the fact that the headset/mic DOES work when MAKING calls but not RECEIVING them.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
OK. I've narrowed down the problem. The headset stops working when I press the middle button to receive calls. In other words, if I answer a call using the actual phone, the headset works fine. If I do press the middle button to receive a call, I can no longer hear the other person nor can they hear me through the headset.
I noticed the iphone 5 headset works exactly like the klipsch x7i and has the same problem for me. Does anyone use the iphone 5 headset with the galaxy s3? Does the headset work for you?
I recently bought the Nocs NS400 (iPhone version) and have exactly the same problem. Google Now is also not listening to my headset when I press and hold the middle button. Receiving a call via the middle button somehow mutes my mic for good (and for all eternity until you re-plug the headset). When I am in a call and connect the headset later on, it's not transferred to the headset mic.
I re-soldered the volume keys (added some resistors) to make them work with the S3 (woks fine now) and figured that the original headset is doing something different with the middle button: while the iPhone headset is just doing a short between mic and ground, the original headset is having 50 Ohms here. (maybe that's [part of] the problem)
Could you find out more about this odd behavior?
Hi all
I have the following problem, I,m using a Note 3 lollipop 5.0 ( rooted ) and bought a parrot mki9000 carkit.
Everything works well, music streaming, sync phonebook but when I call someone the phone's sound comes from the phones speaker while I see the bluetooth connection is turnen on.
When pressing the bluetooth connection off and on the sound will Come from the car speakers. ( bluetooth function in call so not the globale connection )
So for some reason it starts with the Phone speaker everytime.
Is there a setting for this or a fix so the call sound will Come from the car speakers only and not from the Phone speaker?
