Can anyone familiar with HTC development help out with att support. The developer of the Rom I believe is without a DNA for the moment.
Anyone? A lot of views but no response. Is it impossible?

In what way does it not support at&t, the dna works on at&t completely stock.

Talking about Victuous Rom, which is based off the htc butterfly unlocked version. Theres 2 versions in Android Development section.
You cannot get data or mms with victuous rom/LRS global rom. You cannot add apn to either of the 2 roms. Gives you a no sim card error and doesnt allow you to save apn.
Tried market access/market enabler but still runs into the same issues. Just assuming the guys in Butterfly section are using on att but i understand they are different devices.

I just got the Droid RAZR with Verizon and I flashed a CDMA ROM and its working great, but I want to know if I am able to flash a GSM ROM as well. Well it cause any problems or no? Just a simple answer is fine and it may be a dumb question or there is a thread somewhere, but just like to know! Thanks in advance!

There is a patch that allows GSM users to flash CDMA roms. I think the oposite is not possible. You have to flash a CDMA rom.
Trying to get tether to work on the AT&T version ONE X+.
Couple of options which failed.
Unlocked bootloader.
Rooted, and tried to install the Telus version of the One X+ using RUU.
And tried to changed the CID in the rom.zip within the RUU.
didn't work.
Any solutions to this?
I want to keep it stock ROM, but rooted and have tethering working...
Thanks.
You need to use sqleditor to edit a telephony db and change the value to make it work on stock.
If you search the development thread there are instructions posted.

I went through the whole threads, could not find it... Is it in original development or andriod or developers only?
Thanks, found it by searching google.

Can vouch this works perfectly on my AT&T HOX+ with AT&T unlimited LTE plan. Rooted and manually made the single update to telephony.db.

I tried this fix but my Nexus 7 doesn't seem to be able to connect to my HOX+ wifi. It just keeps saying "Obtaining IP address..." Any ideas?
OK, so I have screwed things up a bit. I just wanna go back home. I have CWM Touch installed and the bootloader is unlocked. I flashed a ROM that obviously was not for the TMO version of the one. Now I have no 4G and all sorts of other problems.
Why did u not make a backup it's first rule before flashing .
You may have to wait for someone to dump the system ,wait for a stock.img
To flash in hboot .
As far as I know there haven't been any T-Mobile specific roms made yet
If you head over to the Android development section in the forum you will see that there are no roms yet that is
A good indication

if someone uploaded a stock nandroid that would save you
There's one here.

Yop and H is "4g" ofc , try flashing trickdroid that's what I'm running from the HTC one forum android section

Yea, I am aware that I broke the cardinal rule. Was very tired, distracted, and excited all at once. Running Android Revolution now with no issues

Are you guys having problems updating Facebook? Every time I try to update Facebook app in revolution / arhd / trickdroid it will hang. I see the arrows light up for H on the data then goes grey swaps to 3g and back to H really quickly and then goes grey completely meanwhile my Facebook just says updating. No Internet connection not available just updating. It's super frustrating and it happens on blinkfeed too. I had to go back to the tmobile rom that says 4g regardless of umts or hsdpa and then Facebook has no problems pulling updates.
It's super weird. And it's driving me nuts I want to run a custom rom with kernel! Well at least now I can run a custom kernel Lols

Can anyone help me, my note 2 is now working with tmobile and i need to change the APN so i can have data, i used the new CASUAL 478B and it worked the first time.
You need to go to the thread specifically for using the phone on other carriers. I dont have a link to it right now but if you go look in Droidstyles guide in the Android Development section there is a link to that thread in his guide.

Wow, can't believe how much HTC has improved. Samsung is sooo slow lately they barely mention kit kat and give us 4.3 which att still hasn't given us officially. Really thinking of getting a one if I wasnt so addicted to the spen

No maybe because T-Mobile doesn't even have it yet, because it's still in testing, noob! You honestly have no clue what you are talking about, but go ask people like Mike1986 or or developers like that and tell them mugetsu666 told you to ask. Or you could ask me as I am a developer or even behold_this or toby as we're all developers for this device in this forum and will tell you that you are Very wrong! If it was out there for T-Mobile, I promise you either myself or one of the other named developers would have roms up. So stop acting like you know something and then calling others noobs, because they called you on it.

Your "evidence" is the exact thing that proves that you are mistaken. T-Mobile ROMs are all numbered x.xx.531.x (ie 3.24.531.3), while HTC developer ROMs are all x.xx.1540.x (ie 4.06.1540.2).
I will explain this further to you so you don't make this mistake again, using the 4.06.1540.2 rom as an example. The version number breaks down as follows:
4.xx.xxxx.x = fourth Android base for device, in this case KitKat 4.4 (4.1.2, 4.2.2, 4.3, 4.4)
x.06.xxxx.x = Rom build
x.xx.1540.x = developer edition device
x.xx.xxx.2 = build reversion number
So, now, as you can see, it really doesn't matter what you THINK, you were in fact mistaken when you claimed the T-mobile variant of the ROM was available . It would have been big of you to just admit that you were mistaken and move on instead of posting here (and other threads) over and over to try and convince the rest of us you're right and in the process insulting others and calling them noobs.
Most of us know the real deal. To say your phone is untouched is just not accurate. You would not have received the OTA without modifying the device in some way. Now I'm not going to get into a debate with you about what you did or didn't do, though I'm sure you'll post back saying once again you've done nothing, the fact is your evidence is against you.

You did to say untouched. You said ur not unlocked or on dev edition, that you were stock T-Mobile. So now you don't know what ruu you've run on ur phone which means you're at least unlocked and most possible S-off. I think it's best if you just stop now before other people really tell how You have No clue what you're doing or what you're talking about!
