boot loop after going back to stock. - Galaxy S III Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi i went from the latest unlocked 4.1.2 united kingdom firmware to paranoid android 3.10.
i decided to go back to the stock 4.1.2 so i downloaded it and from sammobile and installed via odin 3 v3.07 but it is stuck on the samsung bootloop. i can hold the power, home and down which takes me into that mode but using power, home and up does nothing.
Is there any way i can get out of this boot loop and use stock firmware again?
thanks.

Can you enter recovery mode.....vol up+home+power
If you can, flash cwm recovery via odin and enter recovery mode and then factory reset

you dont need to flash custom recovery mode you just have to boot into stock recovery mode and reset data and cache
hit thanks if i deserve it

OK thanks. i wiped everything and its now back to stock rom. thanks.
Is there a reason why it got stuck in boot loop? Was it because i didnt wipe cache and the other two things first?

Sometimes happens flashing stock Roms from custom, it may be it only occurs with aosp to stock, but always wise to backup everything as stock reset will wipe sd card

Help needed

I got this S2 from UK my brother sent it and he had installed custom ROM on it.
I did a factory reset on it and after that the device didn't start.
My bro told me to install Siyah Kernal to make it work again but unfortunately after installing the Kernal i am stuck in Resurrection Remix screen.
WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?

Next time post questions in Q & A thread,, BTW dont panic. Download any ROM, then wipe data, cache and in advance, wipe dalvik, Install zip from SD card. Done ur phone ll boot up.. If this doesnt help then final is flash thru ODIN check the baseband of the phone then download from SAMFIRMWARE
After a full wipe (data/cache/dalvik), you should also format the /system partition and the internal SD card (save important files before). Then flash or install via recovery the ROM and everything should be ok.
Thank you everyone but when i press the power+volume dwn+home button it takes me to odin mode but not the normal screen from where i can wipe/format and do other stuff. How can i go to that recovery screen?

Volume up + home button + power button simultaneously. hold all of them until the samsung logo appears, then just leave the power button. Should boot into recovery.

I9300 looping at samsung logo/unable to go into recovery mode

Hi guys,
I've really tried looking and I really cannot find a fix, thus this has forced me to come out of lurking and posting a thread to seek for help.
I wanted to flash back to a stock rom from my cyanogenmod10 to claim warranty for a broken digitalizer (touch screen completely not working), so my mistake was to flash via odin without wiping cache memory/factory reset and I forgot to use triangle away. (thought that i should have done that when I'm on stock rom)
so now my phone is unable to boot into home, it is stuck at the samsung logo, I can go into download mode but i have no way to get into recovery. (Holding the up vol + home + power just resets kinda restarts the phone)
Also, it seems like no matter how long I charge the phone, the battery level won't go above 10% on the standby mode charging screen.)
Anyone help ?
End of the day I really just need to get the flash counter back to zero without using the in-phone app to claim for warranty.
reflash the stock rom. if you do everything correctly, you would be able to access recovery

I've done that at least 3 times... using odin3 v3.07 flashed with I9300XXEMA2_I9300OLBEMA1_I9300DXELK1_HOME.tar.md5 selected only F.reset and auto restart, flashed using PDA.
The Odin tells me that flashing was a success but I'm still stuck, the last time i had this problem i settled it via clearing cache, but this time i cannot go into recovery mode anymore.

Try removing the battery.
Put back and go to recovery mode.
Then wipe data / factory reset.
Reboot.
Should work after that

Main concerns,
1) Reset Flash counter with computer.
2) Wipe Cache/factory reset function without going into recovery mode.
Take out battery, put it back in, press the three button Recovery combo and let go when you see the Samsung SIII screen. If you keep it pressed, it'll loop.
Do a factory reset then restart the phone.
Connect a mouse through an OTG cable and install TriangleAway to reset the counter.
Boot into recovery and factory reset. Should do the trick.
Good luck!

Serious problem help!!!!!

I have a serious problem in my rooted S3. After flashing a problematic rom, i was forced to reset nandroid backup(i had already flashed the rom which i take the backup) Restore was successful, but suddenly I had issues with network("not registered on network") After flashing the latest modems from this video everything was fixed.
However when i flash a new rom from recovery, the screen always freezes on samsung logo. The only solution is to reset each time the latest that nandroid I had. In addition today, i have not acess in recovery(philz). What you suggest me to do? Sorry for my enlgish and thanks in advance for the people who answer.

Things are not so simple. I cannot have access in custom recovery menu. As a result it is impossible to flash a new rom, modem, kernel or restore a nandroid backup...
Download mod is working?
Flash stock rom for your region, through odin

have you tried reinstalling the newest CWM of TWRP threw downloader mode and then trying to boot into it.
i would try that before i restore to stock, i prefer TWRP but it is more of a personal choice.

So i flash custom recovery via odin and then i unroot my device. right?
If you want to return your device to stock just grab the correct carrier OTA file for your X and flash it via Odin and you will be 100% completely stock. No root stock recovery and stock Rom

Boot into stock recovery Volume up + Home+ Power then factory reset wipe cache and reboot do this after every flash as standard to stop bootloops.
i tryed everything is it possible that it is a hardware problem? should i keep trying?
As the above senior member mentioned.
You could try it.
You can also re-flash the latest stock OS. You can download it from sammobile or you can plug in your device in computer and update or re-flash the OS via KIES.

Hardbricked my S2. HELP!!!

Here is my case.
Was on 4.4.4 SlimSaber with TWRP recovery..
So, i intended to change back to stock rom. Downloaded the stock firmware from sammobile
After that, I used ODIN 3.10 to flash the stock firmware. Everything goes smoothly. But, after the process completed, I have bootloop in the Samsung logo.
Tried removing the battery and replaced it.. still the same.
Now I cant enter the Download and Recovery mode. My PC still detects my device, ODIN still show blue sign when I plugged it in
Any advice for me to recover it?
