i'am not good at anything here, so let me know if i mede a mistake.
thank you

You can delete everything by rooting your phone... But it seems you haven't.
Just install any third party app from play store... Such as "hide it pro".
With such apps you can hide your apps from app drawer easily.
And most Xperia launchers don't have this feature.

Launcher Pro App drawer

HI does anyone know how I can change the app drawer in lp?
I searched but I wasn't successful.
Maybe is there an app that contains several different drawers so I can assign that app on launcher pro?
Please reply.
Thanks in advance
I'm no expert, but you can use alt drawer, and assign the shortcut in LP
There are several apps (for free!) on the market and elsewhere that you can use as alternative app drawers, which you can download and set as the shortcut where the LP app drawer shortcut would be normally. I was using LP+ for a while with the app drawer shortcut set to open my stock app drawer (Motoblur on a Droid2 Global) and it worked just fine.
It would really be great if LP had an option to customize the drawer aside from size, though... GO Launcher wins that category, in my opinion.

Can you name me some good apps please.
And do you know how I can get the xperia style app drawer, where all the apps are on a transparent glass and you just swipe horizontally to move onto another page. It would be great if I can do this.

If that is what you want you can use a theme, there must be a glass theme i guess. In LP you can already swype in the app drawer from one page to the next one, or is that in Go Launcher? (I dont use LP since a while ago and cannot remember correctly) In Go Launcher you can choose to swype horizontally or vertically, also you can apply any of the lots of themes and there is a glass one
If this does not satisfy you you can use Altdrawer as somebody said above, here is the link
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1154299&highlight=altdrawer
AltDrawer is definitely a good one, and I'm sure there are others. GO Launcher Ex is a really good option too. I'm using it right now and there's tons of support for themes and customization, including the app drawer.
I don't link Alt Drawer since it takes long to start up and most importantly it does not even look like the xperia style app drawer.
btw does anyone know of any good glass themes for lp?
I use "all apps organizer" with launcher pro and it works perfectly

Just go into the market and search for launcher pro themes there you can see how they look like.
But I'm sure the themes only edit the widgets not the app drawer, that's from what I know

The themes also replace the app icons for examle the ios theme changes all the icons to ios style so also the icons in the app drawer will be changed.
Why dont you just try? If you dont like it you can just remove it

But the only reason I want a theme, is to change the app drawer.

Guys its ok I decided not to use the app drawer but instead put all app shortcuts in the homescreen (I got this idea when I tried the MIUI launcher).
However does anyone know how I can add the app drawer shortcut in the desktop not the dock so that I can open the app drawer and create a shortcut for newly installed apps.
I have research this... and no,you cannot add app drawer shortcut on homescreen. Sorry.
Leave a thanks if I helped...

Xperia S Home and Widgets (leaked) tested on WT19i

DL link
HERE
the stock calendar is good and also the weather widget.
(better backup the walkman app and widget for wt19i before installing the music app)
buggy on launcher and music app coz of small resolution.
cheers!
Yeah I've tried a few of them:
- the earth live wallpaper is pretty slick. Tap the earth fromt the corner of the screen and it changes the view of the earth like on the PS3. You see the moon too.
- the music app doesn't work well on the Mini. It's sized poorly for the Mini and you can't stop the music. I'm not that fond of that app generally.
- for the clocks, install widget picker too. The clock selection is good and it includes that really elegant new Sony S clock.
- I'm tersting the new home but haven't been able to get it to work. I deleted the old home, installed the new on, correct permissions, wiped cache and dalvik and still it looks exactly like the older one...
I've been able to install all of these apps on the stock SE rom without needing a root explorer. If anyone wants to read an original article on this:
http://www.xperiablog.net/2012/02/25/xperia-s-home-launcher-and-widgets-leaked/
Xperia Mini
The new launcher is little different, but the biggest difference is that is supports newly added widget (couldn't make them work on old launcher).
Anyway, since I've been using the modded 4x4 SE launcher, bottom apps have been cropped out due to size of the screen.
It would be neat if someone correctly resized the music player, it's really cool (it even fills out mp3 tags and cover art for you )
launcher
i want the original launcher without corners.. if someone can modify it like that to fit xperia mini

(greedy) ;D
this is not nozomi launcher guys...background dock is not lighten ....this just based on Arc launcher ....isn't?

the 3rd preview on the attachment is photo and video widget not the arc launcher. a modified arc launcher.

the real xperia s launcher seems to have reflections under the icons on arc, play, ray etc

Possible Widget issue with Liquid ICS?

Liquid ICS is great and I love it, but any clock widget I install from Play store doesnt show up on the device. I scroll over from the app drawer to widgets and its not there. Can I not install widgets this way? Post a link to install widgets with this rom? Thanks.

Depends on your launcher. I use Apex. With Apex launcher Just long press and widget options will appear. Stock launcher you have to open apps and scroll to the right side of the screen to see widgets and then long press them.

Thanks a lot. I installed apex launcher and widgets are working now.

Nova launcher help

Dear friends,
I have been install lately, the Nova launcher,
i read about him here in the forum, and i saw very beautiful home screens and widgets.
But after i install, this is very basic, i dont have any widgets that i have in the Xperia home screen,
like the extra clock, or small apps in a qube, and i searched the settings, but nothing...
can someone guide me in it?
SXU, 4.0.4 ICS, Root + Recovery.
Sony widgets are only compatible with Sony launcher. Weatherlove is a nice clock with weather.
For xperia widgets use stock launcher. I suggest to use launchers like apex or nova only on non stock based roms.
Sent from my Xperia Sola using xda app-developers app
Stock widgets don't work on Nova. You have to download your own. Some are free, the best ones cost money though.
I recommend Beautiful Widgets (paid) and Zooper (has free version) to start you off.
You can try UCCW (Ultimate Custom Widget) if you have the patience to create your own.
Thank you all...
Backed to stock one.

[Q] Organize App drawer

Hi all!
So i got an HTC Desire X. And there are a lot of apps in my app drawer. Do you know any method that I can organize the app drawer by rearranging the apps (I can order them by most recent and alphabetical only) or creating folders?
Thanks for your help

There are several stock ICS/JB based Launchers available like Nova, Apex etc. which has the ability to customize the App Drawer.

Your phone is already using a launcher, when you go 'home' on the device is simply runs an app (this is the launcher) on HTC devices this is the sense launcher but you can easily install another from the play store and when you press home it will ask which you would like to use.
root is NOT required
