cyanogenmod is not samsung official... how can you expect it to support ??
Answer - NOOOOO
It has everything to do with custom ROMs.
Once you flash a ROM -- either with ODIN or through recovery; either stock or custom -- say goodbye to KIES support.

Only CM7 based ROM that doesn't get KIES support, stock based custom ROM still get it.

Turkbeyrom install problem

Hello!
I have an international Samsung Galaxy S3 I9300 and i want to install TurkbeyROM v8 [XXBLG9][Aroma][14 August 2012]
After install when i restart the phone it freezes when logo is showed (Samsung Galasy S3)
I waited for 30 minutes and nothing. I tryed every kernel from that rom but with the same result.
I searched the forum for someone who had the same problem but i didn't find any. Seems like i am the only one.
What can it be the problem ?

Every kernel from that rom does not make sense and was pointless .
Download a new copy of the rom read the instructions and flash as instructed .

Sorry about bro.
First, there is nothing like Clockware
Second please provide answers to the following questions:
-What was your normal ROM details?
-What kernel were you using before the problem occurred?
-can you still access download or/and recovery mode?
-What steps did you take while flashing the Rom?
Swyped from my Samsung Galaxy SII
smoe more details is: I can put the phone into recovery mod (can not mount the sd ) and download mod!
wainting for your help.

If you are already rooted using CF-ROOT kernel, then trying to use a non-kernel method again, is both hilarious and time wasting.
If flashing Siyah kernel is your priority, in order to overclock, then let's go straight to the point

I assume from the information given above:
1. You are presently on ICS 4.0.3 xxlpj firmware.
2. You rooted your phone via non-kernel method and your phone was rooted.
3. You did not ROOT your phone by flashing CF-ROOT kernel, contrary to what you claimed in your first and second posts
3. Anytime you flash Siyah kernel image via mobile Odin, your phone is stucked on boot.
Please correct me if I'm wrong or missed anything

You have just installed something that was not meant for your device. Can you enter Recovery Mode and Download Mode? You can find all the necessary files for your device in the following link,
Know your Device:Galaxy Ace GT-S5830i ~Root~Odin~CWM~ROM LIST
You can also check the following tutorial. But make sure to use CWM 5 for Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830i as the one mentioned in the below link is for Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830. Here is the link,
HOW TO GO BACK FROM CWM 6.x TO CWM 5.x

Again its not for Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830i. You will find all the roms for S5830i from the link I gave above. Only use those roms. Installing a rom meant for other device can basically hard-brick your device. Try installing a custom rom through CWM 5. Also can you enter the Download Mode? Do post the result. Hope I Helped
btw hard bricking can only occur when you install a kernel for another device. Flashing a ROM from another device without the kernel would only soft brick.
Please do make sure you know the difference between 5830 (Cooper) and 5830i (CooperVe), as these two models are totally different on the inside. However, it does share similar, if not identical components with a handful other handsets, such as S5570I (TassVe), S5360 (Totoro), and S5660 (Cori, if I'm not mistaken).
For now, try entering download mode as it is a safer bet to revive your phone. The key-combo to press when the phone is off is Home+Vol Down+Power.

i installed CM9 from the link that you give me via CWM but still the same problem also it was successfully installed !
yes i can enter the download mode but the phone is not recognized by odin
thanks for your response
Phone not being recognised by Odin? Do you have the Samsung USB drivers installed? You'll need it both for Odin and ADB, among other things.

As @NightRaven49 suggested, you can reinstall the Samsung Drivers from the link specified earlier. Whenever your phone is not recognized by the odin, it most probably the drivers.

Not always though. Flashing a rom meant for another device on your phone can, in the worst case scenario, hard-brick your phone. Here is one such example,
hard bricked galaxy ace :'(
Hope I Helped

Glad to hear you got it working again Don't worry. Make sure to install roms from the above link and you will be safe You can also use the following link which leads to the official Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830i Development Section. Here you will find all the mods, kernels, roms, etc for your device.
Galaxy Ace S5830i Android Development
Never forget that Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830 and Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830i are completely different. Also make sure to read all the guidelines from the rom thread before you install them. If you ever come across any problem while installing a custom rom, just flash the stock rom back using odin. Good Luck
