First of all, Are you able to boot into recovery mode?
If so you can use it! Even flash CWM! And boot Android as always (probabliy you'll lose your apps and data but can revive your device without using Odin)

It will be usefull!
You can make wipe factory reset with the default recovery, but I advice you flash Acegingeroot.zip and CWM 5.0.26.FIX, if you use the stock recovery you'll lose all your apps and data but if you use CWM you can make a nandroid!! ie you could backup all your ROM (apps and data incluided)!!
Which android version are you using? I guess your device is a S5830, right?

What a strange thing... I've S5830 and I've never had to mount nothing when I've done a backup :S. Maybe because you are't root yet?¿ I don't know, but you can try to ask in the S5830I thread or to mount manually data partition
Go to mounts and storage, mount data partition and then try again
If it doesn't work or you don't want to try it, I should't advice you, so I'm sorry go to the correct thread and ask for it

Flash CF-Root
AND NEVER TOUCH ROM MANAGER EVER AGAIN
yes, re-flash the ROM/firmware may solve that problem.
I also have bad experience using the 'fix permission' thing. I did 'fix permission' from CWM recovery. Although CWM said it success to fix the permission, but then make all application FC. Then I re-flash the ROM.

Hello,
Yesterday, when trying to create a backup of my current ROM (original, factory ROM) it seems that after the backup process was finished, when I tried to reboot my phone it would go directly into cwm recovery instead of starting up normally. This happens every time I try to reboot the phone. I have a Samsung Exhibit sgh-t599n (metro pcs).
Other things that may be revelant to my problem: the backup was not successful (there was a message saying something about an image not being copied). Also, in the cwm recovery menu there is a warning that says "No file_contexts".
I would appreciate any help you could give me.
Thank you

Okay so you do know how to get into Odin. Try flashing a different custom recovery. Also make sure the one you are using is made for your device. There aren't any recoveries that are universal with 1 file. Just make sure the one you are using is for your phone!

Huawei u8800
gingerbread 2.3.5
kernel version- 2.6.35.7-perf
build number - U8800V100R001C00B526G001
I had rooted my phone using 'Easy Rooting Toolkit (v-4)' by DoomLord..I was trying to install custom roms by cyanogenmod.. for some reason i was not able to install custom roms and was getting a status 7 error...so i did sd card partition from Rom manager..but instead of external it did an internal partition..after that my phone is recognizing many problems...many programs are force closing at anytime..if i do anything on phone and reboot then my phone goes into bootloop...then i have to reset data, clear partition and then reboot...then my phone starts properly....i am not able to root or install custom rom because as my phone reboots it remains into bootloop...
What went wrong ??? What should i do ???? How do i proceed ??? plz help me ..i searched many forums but did not get any good answers..pppppllllllzzzzzzz help!!!!!!!!!

Huawei(s) have locked bootladers... Which means custom recoveries (cwm, twrp..) are next to impossible to do/use, which means no backups to save you when $h¡+ happens, which also means working ROMs are virtually nonexistent... Sorry bro.. Might be time to exchange/trade in/return..

Does the boot loop take you back to recovery? And if so, does your nandroid restore/work properly?
