Hi, I came from 2.1 baseband M76XX-TSNCJOLYM-53404015. I rooted my x10 mini pro, installed cwm and after that I installed CM7 mini, and now the phone is stuck on the sony ericsson logo. How can I revert this? Is there any metod of flashing original software through windows instead of the recovery on the phone itself?

Which ROM did you choose? If you chose MiniCM7 by nAa it won't work on the stock kernel. You have to either flash a ROM that states to work on stock kernel, or flash the kernel that is recommended by the ROM you chose.

If you want to taste GingerBread, go with BPaul's MiniCM7Pro ROM, install it the way you installed MiniCM7, but that one will run on stock kernel. Only downside is that it's a bit slow.
You can speed it up a bit by using These modules.
When you've donwloaded the ROM, open it up with 7-zip or Winrar (don't use the windows native way, it will mess up the proper compression, rendering the ROM unflashable), then navigate to /system/lib/modules and replace the ones in there with the ones from this zip.
After that, install it through CWM onto your phone. Good luck

This is true, didn't think about that. The thing is, on the custom kernel used with MiniCM7, CWM is built-in, so there is no need for it to be in the ROM. that is why you lost it. You should be able to just install it again though, but maybe it's best to do a repair with SUS or PC Companion first and then go though the steps again.

You're on the SE logo when you boot up the phone, so you CAN do everything with it in regards to repairing firmware (SUS is Sony Update Service, used to be SEUS, Sony-Ericsson Update Service).
And don't be a ****, you've opened a thread here for your problem, and you're getting help, so there is no need in posting the same question again in a different thread.

As long as you don't mess with the bootloader and custom kernels, there is no chance of actually bricking this phone beyond repair There is always a way out.

I don't have xrecovery but cwm with na 11 and minicm7 2.1.9 rom, but I don't think you have any trouble in going back to stock rom, because I did it some time ago, just turning off your phone, opening pc companion in your computer, and selecting repair option... then follow the instructions and you'll have your phone with stock rom and kernel again!! but take into account it will remain rooted and with bootloader unlocked...
good luck!!

Hi!
I flashed my X10a using Feralab rom and DomKernel V6 and everything is ok. However, I have to take my X10 to the repairing center because of an old problem in touchscreen. So, I'd like to know how to flash back my X10 with original Sony Ericsson rom and Sony Ericsson Kernel. Where can I find this rom and kernel?
Thanks!
Go look in flashtool thread you will find out ftf files... Download one for your region.... And flash through flashtool
Sent from my X10
Download the original 2.3 release from SE (or rather only S;-) ) install it through PC companion. It will wipe everything though. If you do a backup of your current rom, you can root your phone when you get it back and restore the backup.
Sent from my X10 using xda premium

Just use the repair mode in SEUS or PC companion
Ok. Thanks but, will it recovery the original kernel as well? Because I have a backup of the firmware (rom), provided by xRecovery, and when I recovered it, the DomKerel still there..

Thanks again, but I tried to use the SEUS and PC Companion. However, both are saying that I've already have the most recent software and I cannot do nothing more. I'm desperate.. I have to leave home and take my X10 tho the repairing center in 1h but I cannot recovery this.. The rom is already recovered, but the kernel no..
What can I do?
Thank you a lot!
try restore mode in it.
If not then there are generic 2.3.3 or 2.1 files in thread flash them through flashtool
kernel are included in them
sorry the only working link I found was for x10i ....

I'm a bit puzzled by your flashtool output, even when installing the JB rom on the stock kernel you should still have root access, so I don't know what happened there.
I would suggest this kernel, but you may have to go through flashing back to original 2.1 firmware and go through the rooting process again.
So how to back original firmware will you please elaborate it?.I don't know about reverting.
Bro I reverted my phone to its original firmware by flashing. But dislike its original firmware.please provide me the correct firmware zip of MiniJB or ICS.I also reached at nAa recovery.

If you flash nAa-11 kernel (2.6.29.6-nAa-gb-11), use MiniCM7, although you should you the 13 or 14 version of this kernel with that ROM.
If you flash 2.6.29.6-nAa-jb-03 kernel, use MiniCM10, although you could also use the 2.6.32.61-nAa-jb-06 kernel to run that.
Use the kernel that is recommended in the ROM post to get useful results, they won't just mix and match. If you flash a kernel designed for Gingerbread, neither stock ROM, nor JellyBean (MiniCm10) will run and you will get stuck on the kernel-logo.
So, If you get stuck on the kernel-logo, flashing a different kernel won't help, only installing the proper ROM for that kernel will give you a usable phone.
MiniCM9 is not recommended, if you want to run something higher than Gingerbread (minicm7), then you should go for JellyBean (minicm10).

Results in PC Companion and SEUS will be the same. It's either a regional thing or a provider specific ROM that causes that. Sony will only update original SE ROMs.
Try to flash this with flashtool and see if that solves your problem. It may not actually be 2.1.1.A.0.6 like it says, but it should give you a working phone and probably enable you to update it through PC Companion or SEUS afterwards.

You have to use a ROM that supports the stock kernel. So all you do is download a ROM zip and flash CWM Recovery. An example is http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1201116 It should work on X10 Mini BTW.

I finally installed cm6 on my phone. But i still have problem. It always restarting after the sony ericsson text (not the logo) but sometimes it can open 'til the homescreen but still it will shut down automatically.
I tried pc companion but when i try to connect my phone, its just restarting all over. I thought if I would install a custom rom, it will repair the phone.
What's the difference between flashing the phone via pc companion and installing custom rom via cwm recovery?

You can use the 2.1.1.C.0.0 ROM. It was an update for the x10 mini pro in certain areas, but it will run on the x10 mini too, since there is no hardware specific stuff in the ROM itself. You will probably lose root and cwm though when you flash it.
I've got an 'undressed' 2.1.1.A.0.6 I made for myself in zip-format which includes root and cwm, but i took out all the google stuff, so there's no market in it.
If you want to know if your phone is ok, just wipe everything and install the 2.1.1.C.0.0.
