Does you clock lag on 4.2? Am I the only one?
It's especially laggy in the alarms page.

I thought I saw a mod around here for a scrolling wallpaper on stock tw launcher. But for the life of me I can't find it now, is there one? Even on other launchers the cropping is still the same, which makes scrolling pretty dumb.

Clock app on (╯°o°)╯︵ ┻━┻ v1.8 LINARO! [aosp 4.0.4] [ 1 2 3 ... Last ] keeps crashing on me. I didn't try removing the old clock in fear of not being able to reflash it if the new clock didn't work after uninstalling it. However the updated new keyboard version that is officially on the Nexus 4 works perfectly. Swiping is smooth.
I'm pretty sure AndroidPolice posted that the clock was for 4.1.

What do you guys think ? I think Stock browser is slightly faster...

TW stock browser for sure! Much smoother then Chrome beta.
If you want the fastest browsing experience, not just page loads, you should check out and customize (to your liking) Boat Browser. Apart from customiseable menu's and side menus they have just incorporated gestures that you write directly on the page you are viewing. If you want a new tab write "N", close "C" and exit "e". Really well done!
IMO AOSP version is slightly better (i.e. tab management) than TW. Chrome worst because I don't like the don't and scrolling still isn't buttery.
Killer features Chrome lacks: dark theme at least, quick controls and full screen.

Try dolphin browser or AOSP browser. dolphin supports gesture too.
Ynt: TW4.1.2 Browser versus Chrome Beta
I've never used Stock Aosp browser. I wanna try it.
But what do you guys mean by Aosp browser, actually which one ? Cm10.1 browser ?

Chrome is just awful on Android. Aosp browser is amazing and the touchwiz browser is pretty good aswell

My Chrome experience on Nexus 4 with 4.2.1 OS is fantastic, much much better than the SIII + Chrome combo. Stock TW Browser is a bit faster, but more often than with Chrome some page elements are not rendered properly.

Hello,
I'm kind of new to these launchers. Just got Nova and wanted to maybe hear from some of those who may have used it a bit longer on their HTC one.
Since installing nova, Have you seen changes in
1) Battery life
2) Camera
I was curious to wether or not sense 5 has anything to do with the quality of the photos of the ultra pixel camera
Thanks yall
-Nick
The launcher doesn't get rid of sense and it doesn't effect the camera.

The only thing Nova changes from Sense is the transparent status bar. (Which I miss) Also, you cant use Sense clock widget on Nova.

Nova is good for hiding the blink feed if that feature annoys you

Search HTC Sense 5 Clock on these forums. It's a skin for fancy widget, comes pretty close to the original.
