First of all guys. i'm sorry if a posted this on the wrong place, im new to this Forum and as fasta as i could i will explore it to learn more things.
Ok, my problem is that i have a Xperia X10i and what happens is that it is with battery LOW ! I have de wall charger and the USB Cable, they're both original, and because of LOW Battery is always flashing red as well, after a long time the LED turns green (FlashMode) but is Useless, PC Companion does not install the firmware freezes and then tells me tha sony motor etc failed, Update Service Fails too, says to check if the battery is charged what obviusly isn't, tried flashtool but it always get stuch on some part, maybe its the .ftf tha is corrupted, i don't what place should i downloade FTF's, i downloaded those from sites tha i found on Google, could you guys give me one hand and help me ? I'm starting to get frustrated with this phone, i'll aprecciate your help

You could try using a different charger. I had issues with my stock charger once with an older phone of mine and i thought it was my phone. So try that maybe?

Greetings, thanks for the reply, i have already tried a different USB Cable, more than 3 Shall i say, the USB Port isn't because it went to repair a couple of days ago and it wasn't broken, i have flashtool installed but i don't what steps to follow, can you give some help please ? sorry for the inconvenience Once again, sorry for my english

I flashed WM 6.5 to ma Atom. But right now, it's not working, even bootloader mode. I tried many times CAMERA+ RESET (stylus) then inserted batt. But still nothing happens. Do you guys know what shall i do? I think ma device not dead, because - when i connect to charger plug, the LED light is blinking as i insert batt.

im also having the same trouble too...i was flashing my atom using SD card flashing method but then halfway through it it went blank screen...so i took off the battery...now it cant even be switched on...is there anyway to save it now??please please...any assistance is much appreciated...thanks!!!

you must have basic electronics skills to build the cable from the article and connect to your phone via self made cable with pc and then using the files and drivers attached you can restore your boot loader..if you aren't sure that you can do it by yourself I suggest to send your phone to phone repair shop, where probably they can do this.

My buddy gave me his x10 to work on. It will not power on. It will viberate but that is it. I have let the battery charge. Tired different chargers (car, usb, and ac) still nothing. I need some ideas as I am reaching my breaking point lol.

Download SEUS from the SE website and repair the phone software.. if that doesn't do it then you most likely have a phone with busted hardware.
I have seus but the problem is I am not able to even boot into flashmode
ok so i got it to to flashmode so I have hope now. Just have to get to my computer with all my files. I guess the battery was just really low.
Alright. Tried sues, pcc, and flash tool. Both seus and pcc failed with update. FlashTool got stuck at system.sin.

I felt what people who bricked their X10i went through. Personally i bricked my X10i just 20minutes out from the box (package). I spent whole night reading to unbrick it. lol. And Yes ive tried Seus ive tried flashtool with many2 ROMS. So, here it is. Im just trying to help. So i reupload that important file.

first of all let me say that i've don a lot of searching before posting this, and i know it seems pretty long but please try to help me.
i got an x10i from a friend few days a go. the reason i got it (for free) was because it's not working and he didnt want to mess with it anymore.
when i first got it, if i tried to turn it on, the led would flash red. once in a while it got turned on, the sony ericsson text appeared for a few seconds and went off again. now if i try to turn it on the led would flash green for a sec, there is a vibrate but thats it. screen wont turn on at all.
i'f i try to connect it in the SE PC suite it detects it, but fails installing it. i've managed to enter the repair tool, but it failed a few times. however, the last time i tried to repair it said that it was repaired succesfully. still, not turning on.
tried to flash a firmware via flashtool, seems like its going well all the way but in the end it says "error flashing. aborted".
i'm pretty much out of ideas now, so ill really be grateful if anyone could help me.
a little update:
i've manged to flash a firmware via flashtool and it finished without any error, but still it won't turn. only the quick green flash and vibration.
any help will be appreciated.
ok, big update:
the phone is starting, i get past the boot animation and see the main screen (!) but after a sec or 2 the screen freezes and the phone shut down and won't start again unless i replace the battery?
please? anyone? im feeling so close yet so far away. could be a battery issue? when the screen starts i see that the battery is almost empty (connecting it to the charger won't help)
Yesterday i had the same problem ... i had to flash the hole firmware with X10Flash-2.1 and then updating with seus.. after this it restarts and it boot correctly
Not sure if u tried this, try having the phone plugged into the charger and let it charge for a while and then try booting it up again. Firmware wise, I would try a stable 2.1 or the freex10 beta 2.2 for a start to ensure that the software installed are stable ones. Hope this help.

nothing else willing to work as it seems there is something wrong a little deeper than flashable files...
This is I believe 1000th thread about this.
1. run seus
2. run PCC
3. run flashtool
Done.
SEUS seems to be the most effective way of repairing this.. Although you might also want to try pulling the battery before it freezes, it can help to recalibrate the battery.

i've downloaded and installed on the phone the version by SEUS, but i still cant turn on the phone.
in PC companion nothing is happening. when i go to the support section to get the new version, it just connecting with the phone and then tells to disconnect the phone and turn it on (which of course don't happen).
i've tried to run a repair in PC suite but it fails.
i've also tried to flash a firmware in flashtool, but it also fails.
any ideas?

If i am not wrong windows 32/64 bit does not affect how ur phone is gonna be installed since the installer that is downloaded is for the phone only and the installation process will only be done by the phone itself.
Not sure if u tried a different software such as xrecovery to install the OS into ur x10, since xrecovery with freex10beta4 works for almost all of the users in here, it should work for u if ur x10 has no hardware faults. If all still fails, it might be most probably your x10 hardware has failed or something along those lines.
It work for me, then with the 1.6 you can after that update with seus to 2.1update 1. If your phone doesn't work anymore you have nothing to lose.

@the win7 part... you could get problems if you dont got the right drivers but it would tell you or error out...
the only thing what you could do in my opinion that is is short the pins while battery has been removed
this should effect total emptied phone and hopefully also the memory.... maybe than you are capable to flash/start it...
now if this wont work.. im sorry but im out of ideas and u shud use it to make a new barn or house ;/ im sorry

@ACE_co : I got the same problem. Can't use any SEUS, SE PC because it always fails when repairing. I even tried XIOFUB.rar to unbrick it to back to 1.6. It runs well and finish but with the info message within those commands

Hey guys, I'm new to XDA, I read the rules and everything but I couldn't fix my problem... I rooted my phone with superoneclick thingy... I had the superuser program.. any way, I was bumped when I found out that SE won't bring 2.2 on X10i so I wanted a new 2.2 ROM so I searched and found a thread I can't remember which one but it downloads a file named XAR.rar. It had 4 steps, on step one I don't know what happened but "THE USB DEBUGGING IS OFF AND THE SYSTEM IS BRICKED".
I start the phone, SE appears followed by a logo "docomo NTT" then the screen is pitch black... for several hours... Can't use flash tool, can't use SEUS... etc.
Please, is there a fix!!?

You've tried re-flashing firmware but cannot get flashtool to recognize your phone?
Try taking the battery out, then get flashtool set up, plug everything in and hold the back button, and then put the battery back in and continue to hold the back button.
Sometimes, it takes a bit for the 'puter to recognize the phone with flashtool because it's had the USB ID re-assigned. Mine (on windows 7) will re-install the USB driver when I'm having severe issues.

I tried flashtool and it did recognize it... it started but aborted due to "USB DEBUGGING" being unactivated. And now my phone battery is dead "I think" coz after a day and a half staying awake searching and trying stuff, I forgot it open on the dead screen and fell asleep. I woke up with a new problem... red light appeared. I searched for that and it appears to be "since I didn't do anything" the battery is dead. I put it on charger for like 9 hours and I came back and the light's still there. I don't know if the phone IS charging or not. I don't have another way to re-charge the battery except the charger and USB cable.
I have drivers, I have firmwares, I have flashtools... I just need it to work so I can install ANY android version.

Thanks Dude, I did it. Phone was dead... charger didn't work... I used usb cable again and it got charged and worked. I flashed it and it's ok. Now it's on charger. Thaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaanks

Ive flashed it 10 times via sony update too and pc companion and flash tools. I dont know what to do, any help would me much appreciated.
Download SEUS from Sony and flash. Make sure it is fully charged and make sure you are using the right USB cable and try using several different USB ports on your computer if the first one doesn't work.

I mean reflashed with SEUS (not PC Companion) and by right USB cord, I mean the one that came with the phone. Or if you have the possibility, try another one.
Tried with 2 different usb cords and on 2 different cpus. I think Im S.O.L
One more question, after a flash how long does it take for the xperia to boot up?
During a flash with SEUS it tells you when the phone is rebooting....same with the Flashtool.
Screen turns on...still black...then Sony logo, then your bootlogo followed by desktop.

When the flash finishes up it says to turn on the device and the start up may take some time, Ive let it sit for hours and still nothing. IDK what the hell is wrong with it.
K well I give up. Ive tried 3 more times using a cpu with xp and still the same thing.
If any one else has had this problem please let me know.
looks like the faulty motherboard issue to me, some users are experiencing this problem, if you have warranty get a new phone if don't then i don't know what else can you do :/
