[Q] Need help Hybrom v12 ..

I have wt19i and wanna install this hybrom v12..
.fw v58.. roted and unlocked using doomlord zerg v4..
could someone explain me step by step what i must do
to install this hybrom 12?
any video, maybe?
any of 100 views know how?
Try this
Installation instructions
Needs unlocked bootloader
(actually hybrom does not contain a boot image. Thus, when you install hybrom you don't mess with your boot image at all.BUT recovery from nAa is installed in /system and while system is formated during the installation of hybrom, recovery messes with it self. That's why unlocked bootloader is necessary for now to install hybrom)
Copy the zip file to your SD card
Reboot your device in CWM
Make a full data wipe-factory reset
Wipe cache and Dalvik cache
Choose install zip from sd card
Wait for installation to end
Reboot
(First reboot after installation might take a while and screen gets totally black after boot animation is displayed for about a minute or twnly on first reboot)
Reboot a second time
Enjoy!
(If anyone gets stuck at se logo at first reboot,he should try this also: First make the data wipe, then install, then shutdown the device.Turn it on after about 10sec)
(Tested and confirmed by chrisbymoningka for v7)

Sorry no time for step by step but you can try my way:
1. Unlock bootloader
2. Update to .62 by flasttool
3. Install b kernel (made by bbooff himself)
4. Install Hybrom
-> done
Then you can install others kernel if you like
thanx but i am bigger noob, cant understand any of that ))

[Q] Simple question, maybe?

Hello, I just updated my SGS2 to 4.0.3 and just finished flashing it, now I want to install a theme and these are the instructions:
REQUIREMENTS:
- U need rom without any themes or mods install, otherwise u will end up in bootloop
- Don't flash it even over my CWM packages, bootloop
- Make a backup just in case before flashing
- If u are installing mods from 2nd post, use only with name UNIVERSAL. CWM packages over universal theme will take u to bootloop again
- Uninstall JKAY deluxe settings app (when u flash theme, latest version will be installed)
- If u have any other mods (like phone with no inc. record.full pic), remove it. U will install it latter
- REMOVE ALL MODs PLEASE. U WILL INSTALL THEM ALL, LATTER
- if u have older version of JKAY APP (JkayDeluxeSettings), please uninstall
- Patience, installation is just little bit longer
-If u still got bootloops, but ur buttons are litenin, take out battery, put it back, power ur phone. Now u should not have any more bootloops and ur theme will be installed correctly
- Download the UNIVERSAL.ZIP file from the download section below and DO NOT unzip it
- Copy the UNIVERSAL.ZIP file to your INTERNAL SD card
- Boot your phone into CWM (hold Vol Up, Home & Power Button)
- Wipe cache
- Wipe dalvik cache
- Select 'Install ZIP from SD Card'
- Select 'Choose Zip from SD Card'
- Then select the UNIVERSAL.ZIP file you downloaded
- Reboot
- After this you only have to enjoy
The ones I put in BOLD are the ones I am concerned about, because I just finished flashing my phone, does this mean I cant do it, or do NOT flash after installing the theme? And as for mods what type of mods, like Rom Manager SuperSU and Titanium Backup? Just wondering and all because I am new to this, I had installed a nice theme a while back but it was taken off when I updated to 4.0.3, thanks!
If you just flashed stock ICS (not a custom ROM) then you're fine. That would have removed all mods you had anyways.

That is a CF-Root kernel...
But anyways, try booting to recovery and doing a full wipe. (that may remove the theme you just tried to flash, but I would think you'd rather have a functioning phone...)

Yeah I was afraid I was going to have to do that :'( Now I gotta setup my phone all over again, would Titanium Backup be able to recover everything I backed up with it?
EDIT: I just did that but it is still stuck in bootloop from that dumb theme :'(

Question... you said above you flashed "CF-Root-SGS2_XX_OXA_LPS-v5.4-CWM5". (which is a kernel, not a firmware or ROM)
Did you operate the phone in between doing that and attempting to flash the theme?
What version of 4.0.3 did you flash before you flashed "CF-Root-SGS2_XX_OXA_LPS-v5.4-CWM5"? Or did you?

Yes I was using my phone testing the new ICS and setting up all my apps and stuff since it was all unorganized then I wanted a theme because the base theme sucks so I downloaded this: https://sites.google.com/site/vertumusworld/downloads/Themes/Ice-Cream-Sandwich-Domination I downloaded the very first one mirror 1 after I had the theme I was going to flash my phone so I Googled my phone numbers I had XXLPS so I found a download and flashed it from that and it was working fine rooted then I went to install the theme now it just bootloops :/
OH!!! I just found a restore option from earlier today when I backed up everything with Titanium Backup right before I installed the mod, it is restoring now I hope that works and I wont install any themes LOL not risking this again lets see if it works!
EDIT: Okay I managed to get my phone back to around January and its all working just missing some apps and stuff but now I cant upgrade via Kies? So im just going to do a full wipe now and then upgrade then restore all apps with Titanium Backup, thanks for everything though

Help NEEDED

Hello kind sir,:highfive:
My phone is the xperia sola i rooted it alright, but i wanted to play MC3 on it and apparently i had to modify the system.prop, the game worked fine ,Later on i installed Chainfire,I installed its driver but the phone was STUCK on the boot screen(Sony),I was able to access the CWM i wiped EVERYTHING data,system... But yet NOTHING THE PHONE WAS still stuck on the sony screen...Any help here?...Since i have modified the system.prop i cannot reinstall my rom,I will need a modified Rom's system.prop to match with mine,I changed the system.props value to those of Galaxy nexus S,the other settings remained untouched I dont know WHAT TO DO,any help will be Very VERY VERY welcome
I modified the .prop accordingly to these instructions: I CANT POST THE LINK :/
You wiped system, which means you erased your whole ROM AND you wiped data which means you erased the rest. You need to reflash to stock with flashtool and your data is now lost and can't be recovered.

I think it's only the kernel as the file name said. The rom must be more than 100Mb big. (it's a long time ago when I flashed ftf...) maybe about 300 MB?

You need to root your ics rom and install cwm. Then you can restore the backup, but this would only help, if you took the backup when some apps and data are on phone. Otherwise this would be useless :silly:
Okk......thanks i restored sucessfully with previous apps n data .....thanks

[Q] I messed up, no rom?!?!

Hello guys! I think I messed up big time.. I had just rooted my phone and was going to install my new rom (RomAur) from the sd-card (I followed a guide on youtube). Then I used dualrecovery to formate the phone before I installed then phone. But when I did this and my phone rebooted, then I couldn't enter dualrecovery or anything. And my phone is stuck on "SONY". So my guess is that i accidentally deleted my rom... What do I do? .... Im happy for any help I can get! :good:
MOD EDIT
Hi,
I have edited the title of your thread just to make it a bit more acceptable to all eyes. Also, I have deleted your comments about committing insurance fraud. We don't like to see that kind of thing on XDA
Thanks

Have you tryed flashtool and flash back to original state ?
When you formatted the system you deleted the recovery as its in that partition
I simple flash of a stock FTF with flashtool will fix it. Or you can force a repair using Pccompanion.
After that, root, install dual recovery and DO NOT FORMAT SYSTEM when you install the ROM.

No, I very rarely format system as when you install the rom it does that.
But what happened here was he formatted the system and then rebooted. Hence no system and no recovery anymore....
