So I accidentally deleted everything on my phone (including all the backups on TWRP) because I'm a dumbass. It says I have 'no os installed', so I'm currently trying to adb push a Rom or Stock RUU into my phone, but I can't because my pc isn't reading the HTC Drivers.
When I turn on my phone, I'm stuck in the HTC boot logo. I can still access the bootloader/recovery, though. So basically, I'm stuck and I don't know what else to do to save my phone :/
Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated. :good:
Get the driver situation sorted out then push a rom back to your phone. Failing that, get an otg cable and flash drive and install a rom from that.

I am still soft bricked with my One. I can still access bootloader and recovery.
The problem I am having is that my computer is not recognizing the device. Whenever I try to do anything, it says "Device not found"
This includes running the ATT RUU. The really weird thing is that I can flash a recovery using the All in One toolkit...
I tried a different computer and USB cable but no change.
What am I doing wrong?

Try booting in recovery, or download the tool to side load a working rom for your htc one

I have done this 2x, logobricking my tmo HTC One. I think, the first time I deleted the system directory in recovery. Second time was a firmware update and i buggered that as i nuked my system partition and recovery. Both times, sideloading recovery and rom is the only way that I was able to recover. I didn't lose any sdcard files, but it was a PITA to do. The only other way you might be able to do anything is boot to recovery, mounbt sdcard, and let Windows see the mount, push a rom to the card and install in CWM.
Sideloading will work though, read read read and you should be good to go.
Just as the title says help please before leaving to work I flashed a kitkat rom to my phone (the htc one) usually when i flash roms everything goes well but this time it went bad and now i cant access recovery my phone is at an endless bootscreen and when i try connecting it to my pc my computer doesnt recognize it just a message saying error trying to read usb device
im running Windows 8.1
original usb cable that came with the phone
Hi folks,
I previously managed to get Cyanagenmod installed on my HTC One X but since made a mess of it trying to get a stock ROM on there (to unlock my SIM). I have since given up on getting a stock ROM back on there and am now trying to get Cyanogenmod back on there, but I have hit some problems.
I have CWM on there and my PC can see the phone in Fastboot, but not via ADB (which I am trying to use to 'push' the ROM on there so I can install it). My PC (Win 8.1) is giving me a "device descriptor request failed" when connecting to USB when on the boot menu, and is showing up just as "One" in device manager when I load CWM. However neither of these situations are allowing my computer or ADB to recognise the SD card.
I have tried 'mounting' it in CWM, updating drivers through device manager, installing Sync (and uninstalling/reinstalling it), installing HTCDriver_4.10.0.001.msi all to no avail.
Does anyone have any advice to get my PC to recognise my phone or otherwise get a customer ROM installed (if there is another way.)
Thanks in advance all.
So through a moment of stupidity i screwed up my nexus quite badly
the situation right now is:
tablet stuck in recovery, rom wiped, I'm unable to mount USB storage
tried to reroot the tablet as if it was semi-bricked, but NRT cannot recognise it, the PC in general doesn't see it, tried fixing the drivers, but they do not appear in device manager after reinstalling.
Any ideas, what i can do?
