that 'Yellow Triangle' on boot is an indication that ur phone is rooted as u have flashed a Custom Kernel (siyah).
As far as signal is concerend try a diff modem and see if it resolves ur issue
u can find some CWM flashable modem zip file in the link below.

why modem. the problem is with mobile network not wifi.

You soft-bricked your device. These icons is the forced download mode. It means that you need to flash something to get over it. (and do NEVER put something in the phone section. You should have flash it in the PDA section.
i had the same screen yesterday.just flash the kernel and reboot.it should boot right into CWM.in CWM choose "reboot device" and it should be OK

Thanks guys fixed it used one click unbrick which worked really well. Tried flashing a rom and a kernel and it did not work before hand. With the one click unbrick it has allowed me to enter download mode again.
One-Click unbrick info: http://www.traemcneely.com/2011/08/...phone-exclamation-point-computer-unbrick-fix/
I'm happy that you could fix it

Does the IMEI and serial number in settings, about, status match what is written under your battery?
If either is wrong or blank then search Q&A for possible solutions.

Probably, it can be the SIMcard... Have you tried another SIM? Take your SIM out of the SIII and clean the golden chip on the SIM... You can although try to clean the SIMcontroller on the SIII where you plug in the SIM....
If it doesn't work, have you flashed a i9305 ROM? It can break you SIMreader...
Greetings...

Use Odin to reflash a firmware of your country... after this your boot screen should change, and you may root again.
But you don't need to worry, because Win is the same model as Grand Quattro (it depends of country, in my homeland it's Galaxy Win) and your phone will work properly

Stuck on "Factory Mode" - Workaround

Hello guys:
I am experiencing an Issue with my Galaxy S5 (T-mobile version). Everytime I turn on my device, it switches to "Factory Mode" and it turns off my wi-fi connection. (I am attaching a screenshot). Then, when I try to turn on my wi-fi the phone go to reboot.

}
I've already read some solutions using "root", and the root file explorer but I've not gotten any success (due to all tutorials are for other phones). Also I couldn't find any case for Galaxy S5. :crying:
Currently, as a workaround, I've installed CM11 and I didn't got the "Factory mode" message. Then I used "Omega Rom" and my phone works nice.
Well, I know you are the experts here and I would like to know if this problem could be related with the "Kernel"?. I got this conclusion because Omega Rom and CM11 have a different kernel name than Stock version.
I will appreciate all your comments to solve my doubts.
Thank you guys,:good:

I don't even know what Factory Mode is but if you're on Omega (a very good rom by the way) at this point you can probably flash the latest factory rom with Odin and it should function correctly. If not, then I'd have TMO replace the phone. There are several threads in this section (XDA T-Mobile S5 Forums) that explain how to flash the latest firmware.
Good Luck!
If I've helped please push the "Thanks" button.
In fact, that was the first thing I did and I 've not gotten success. I will wait for the Stock rom version with Android 5.0 and try again. Thank you

If u have any official cm rom for ur device then flash it via Odin.
And if it doesn't work, try out loading the CSC and BL file with the PDA file. This might work.

mine did the exact same thing with that goofy lower half of the screen. It went away after a reboot and I stopped using the phone. Going to upgrade to 5.1.1 on the chance it's a software problem if it happens again.
I took it in guarantee service they said motherboard is dead need replace
The same here ...
This confirmed that the main board is damaged ??
I flashing an official rom and done correctly, but the restart stay in bootloop ...
