Volume on DX spaker is very low....I hav root, is there any method or app to boost it? None of the play store app is working....

I'd to try Voodoo Control on my P7500 tab with stock ROM XWKK4 and pershoot kernel, but I can't find it on Android Market if I try to search it with tablet; if I go on market via PC browser, I find it but I can't install because I read that it's not compatible with my devices...
Instead I find normally "Plus" version...
Where can I download the apk?

I was more not trying to sound harsh... but you know there is a 15 minute window to try paid apps too.
The paid version lets you load voodoo sound with only root access (not in the kernel).
Pretty amazing app... lucky to have supercurio!

I've recently downloaded one of my favourite games from Apple which is Jetpack Joyride.
When I played it, there was no volume what so ever.
Volume was up to max, etc. But nothing.
So, I flash stock ROM and sound was there.
Flash custom ROM, sound works
But when I installed the AC!D Audio Technology v3.0, sound was gone.
I have everything set up and I really do not want to reflash everything, restore things and re-customized my phone.
So is this an issue from AC!D Audio Technology v3.0? Because I know for sure it's not the game.
What I was thinking though is that I am missing a certain sound file to make the sound work.
Any ideas?

I havent any music mods on stock Xperia with 4.0.4 .587 and i have same problem =(
I'm using xperia neo v ics 4.0.4 stock(MT11i_4.1.B.0.587) with mod kernel
at first , it hasn't any music,after reboot phone , i got music
after that i do a master reset and now i'm not hear anything.
any idea how to get sound?

move app to another place (move to sd or move to phone) that u install

Done each n everything... moved my app a lot of times but still no sound whats wrong? I m using acid v5 n ics rom. Plz guys help me out it was good on pure stock rom but now i m on optimax 1.1

have tried to trace the contents of ACID 5.0 in your optimax? have you tried to delete them... try to delete similar components of acid 5.0 and the contented of optimax... then flash optimax in your phone followed by ACid 5.0...

. i have MIMMI installed jellybean rom. and i install google now and the voice search. every im open google now , it's working but little laggy.
and i test tap the microphone on google now, isn't not working , just white blank and back again to menu .

Sorry, but nobody has been able to port a fully working version of google now to our phone, which has an armv6 processor and therefore isn't really compatible with Google now. For the moment, Google now won't work with our phone properly...
Maybe there is hope in the future.

I have viper x 1.0.6.. what's the matter?
One more thing.. the headphones don't make an equal output.. like the left one makes a louder sound than the other..
and i tried a couple of more headsets.. same problem.. WTF?

IMHO it's time to full wipe your phone and start from scratch. Do a nandroid of your actual ROM and then perform a full wipe via Recovery (Wipe->Factory Reset -> System -> Install ROM -> Wipe again in Aroma -> DO NOT restore any DATA when done. You should be all good after that. Otherwise just restore your backup and ask for help in Venom thread.
And this should also fix the headphones problem??

In Venom recovery.. when i try to install the ROM.. after selecting the ZIP.. and swipe to flash.. it gives me a "FAILED"
Is the MD5sum of your ROM file valid? Which version of Recovery have you installed? TWRP? ClockWorkMod? Is your phone an International model (enrc2b)?
Don't worry.. Fixed it.. i found out that manipulating the screen Dpi has an effect on the playstore.. and for the headphones problem.. it was still the same.. I didn't figure it out.. unfortunately..

i am kinda new to android and i had owned a sony walkman mobile the feature which enabled me to change the songs with volume rocker long press...is missing on android...currently i own a sony xperia sp and running stock rom and stock firmware..i do not have any idea on how to root the mobile or mess around with the software..all i know is to download apks and install them...so is there anyone developing or has an idea about an apk which enables users to change songs with long press of volume rocker?..and as i mentioned above i do not have a rooted mobile so is there any way i can find or instal an apk to change songs with the volume rocker without rooting and custom roms? please any help will be appreciated...Thanks..:cyclops:

Nothing can be done without rooting!
This feature is on most AOSP roms.
I read a thread for the device samsung galaxy s3 and maybe if you can change a few settings for your device, you will be able to add that

hey thank you for your help...but changing kernels and rooting stuff,not an expert at it so i guess i have to wait for someone to make an apk like that...
