RAZR no sim card problem - Motorola Droid RAZR

Hi all, 15 minutes ago, I plugged the razr to the charger and I got a warning about "No sim card". I've tryed everything ( reboot, reboot on safe mode, I removed and reinserted the sim), but anything worked. I'm really afraid that could be a phone problem. I've read that It could be possibile a sim problem. Can someone help me ? Sorry for my english and thanks in advice.
Cheers.

Ok guys...It's magically self-resolved. Thanks anyway. I was really worried.

Hello Stefano,
That happened to me a couple of times after flashing. Baseband isn't flashed or loaded correctly, that's why you get NO SIM warning. A soft restart usually fixes the issue.

I noticed some trouble with gsm signal. Sometimes I lost signal and I have to reboot the phone. I tryed a soft restart ( Power button + Vol down ) and now it seems work but I'll wait some hours to be sure. Can I reflash only baseband ? When I upgraded my phone I've followed this thread, but I used fastboot from linux to flash 672.180.41.XT910.Retail.en.EU ( I were on 672.180.41.XT910.Retail.en.EU but I deleted some apps so I reflashed just to be sure ), and I flashed one .img file at a time from command line ( radio.img, cdrom_signed etc.. ). I didn't have any problem until last nigth. Thanks for help.
Cheers.

Again, I've the same problem of yesterday.... Tips ?

You can flash the eu jb fastboot files and see if that fixes things. Don't attempt to downgrade to ics though.

[Q] Xperia S Bricked - Bootloop

Hi guys,
I'm having a little problem here with my XS.
As you can read in the title, my XS is bricked and bootloop all the time, even when I plug in with wall charger.
I tried some tips like holding power+volume down when I plug in my phone, nothing ^^'
I was using XCreaM 3.2 (which work very well by the way ), my phone was rooted with Locked BL.
After uninstalling an application, I reboot my phone and got this awful bootloop :crying:
- I tried with SEUS, but got an error before installing updates (talking about verifying if my battery is charged)
- I tried to flash stock rom with flashtool (0.8.0.0 / 0.90.0. / 0.9.6.0 and even an older one), and with different firmware (GB, ICS...FR,UK,CH) but nothing.
I always got the same error (if i check "no final verification") :
27/000/2012 18:00:30 - ERROR - ERR_SEVERITY="MAJOR";ERR_CODE="0009";ERR_DYNAMIC="Final data verification failed";
27/000/2012 18:00:30 - ERROR - Error flashing. Aborted
If I don't check it, flashtool do all the job but when I try to reboot my phone, I still have bootloop
Now I don't know what to do, except sending back my phone and praying for warranty work lol
Thanks in advance for your help.

You could try to unlock your bootloader, this will factory reset your phone anyway.

Yeah, but if it doesn't work, I'll loose warranty, and could not send it back =/
Before unlocking it, I would like to know if it's gonna work at 100%

[Q] [HELP] XT910 stuck on M logo after flashing with RSD Lite

Hey guys. I'll tell you what is happening with my phone.
I had SlimKat + JBX Kernel on the stock rom slot. Now I'm selling the phone, so i flashed the JB 4.1.2 retail Brazil (i'm from southamerica and that's the firmware we use) with RSD Lite. The whole process is OK, until the last step "reboot"... After that the phone is stuck in the second M logo, the one with waves around it.
The phone shows the Android logo that is like setting up the phone. Once that is done, it reboots, and here is the problem. The phone gets stuck in the M logo: not in the first one, but the second one (the M logo that has like some waves around it).
I don't know what to do since im 100% sure the firmware im using is the right one, the RSD Lite version is OK (6.1.5) and the whole process is OK until the phone reboots to load JB.
I think the JB IS installed, because that M with the waves around it is the animation OF the firmware. So the phone isn't sending me to the place where you config the phone for the first time (such as language, accounts, etc).
PLEASE i need your help guys. Thanks

Have checked with MD5 and the file matches with the source, so guess the problem isn't the file, and that left me in comma until now as what might be the real issue on this phone.
my phone is xt910
manufactured in China and had Jelly Bean as its stock rom.

[Q] Problems with charging

The last 2-3 weeks i have really strange problem with my P780. When i try to charge it the level of the batter does not change (tried with 3 differet chargers) so propably you think that something wrong with the battery is going on. But whenever i reboot it or reseting it the level of the battery that appears after the reboot is different.
I changed the battery I ordered a new one but still the same problem occurs (at the beginning when i plugged it in it seemed that it was charging from 50% it reached 78% but then stopped and when i removed the charger it started going down really quick and when i rebooted i had 0% again)
Any ideas?? Thanks

SOLVED using SP Flash Tool v5!

System has stoppped responding - Please, help, complete newb here

So, I already had some issues with this device and they've been pretty similar, in a way that the problem always starts with random reboots when the power button is pressed. About two weeks ago I took it to a technician, because all sorts of connectivity (3G/Wi-fi/Bluetooth) simply stopped working, after yet another reboot. About 3 days ago I got it back and it was working fine except for the fact that the initial boot Motorola logo (The green one before the other logo animations) wasn't showing up. He told me it was fine because it was only an aesthetic problem because he couldn't find that image for my device's resolution.
This morning when i was going to work i picked up my XT1025 Moto E to check for messages and it suddenly restarted. So when I turn it back on, not only the animations did not pop up, but after some time all i get is a black screen, no UI whatsover, all I can do is turn off/restart the phone. At random times when I turn on the screen, it's content shows up but I can't click anything, and then an error message pops up saying that ''system has stopped responding''. I've tried many things to fix it, but nothing has worked so far.
What i've tried:
-Wiping cache partition did not work
-Factory resetting did not work either
-Unlocking bootloader (but apparently it was unlocked already)
-Flashing a custom recovery did not work for some reason...
These last two were on the ''All-In-One Guide'' by neo.ank and honestly I have no idea what i should do to fix this problem - I was thinking about reinstalling the stock ROM but i'd rather ask here first for you guys suggestions... (like i said, complete newb here).
Sorry for the long post and bad english, hopefully someone can help me out on this.

I think it's currently using lollipop 5.1.
If u want to get back to stock 5.1 then flash stock rom. Then download the firmware from below link .

and download the batch file

1. Boot ur phone in fastboot mode then.
2. Extract the firmware and batch file on same folder and click on the batch file.
3. Click on the Fashtool batch file.

Stuck at logo after flash

Dear friends
My phone was delivered with some SuperSU, and some days ago when it asked to be updated, I accepted that option and after the phone/SIM couldn't connect to the network so I could only make emergency calls.
After reading several articles on this site, I've tried to flash through Odin 3 several times, but every time when the phone reboots, it first erases something with Android logo and after that is stuck at Samsung logo picture and nothing happens. As mentioned, I have tried to do this activity several times but nothing helps. What can be done now to proceed?
Model is SM-G925F and I downloaded the firmware from Sammobile (SM-G925F/PAK/), and its following version which I have been trying with:
5.1.1: G925FXXU3COJ1_G925FOJP3COJ1_G925FXXU3COI9_HOME.tar-md5
Thanks.

What android version was the phone on before you flashed the firmware? 5.1.1 or 6.0.1?
How long did it stay on the samsung logo? Was the led lit up blue?
Power off phone.
Once off hold vol up + power + home together.
Keep holding them buttons and phone will boot into recovery.
Once in recovery wipe cache partition and wipe data/factory reset.
Try that first it should work.
Keep me updated
Thanks bro, tried this and it didn't help.
However, I discovered following error message:
dm-verity verification failed...
Need to check DRK first...
I think it was 5.1.1. before flashing. And the Samsung logo is there for hours...haven't tried days though.

Next thing to try if i was you would he to flash a 6.0.1 firmware. The UK BTU is a good one to flash it fixes a lot of errors.

Model is SM-G925F and I downloaded the firmware from Sammobile (SM-G925F/PAK/), and its following version which I have been trying with:
5.1.1: G925FXXU3COJ1_G925FOJP3COJ1_G925FXXU3COI9_HOME.tar-md5
Thanks.

Update it using Samsung Smart Switch.
Update to mm ROM
What actually worked in the end was "SpaceX-Kernel_MM_RC2.1_G925F.tar.md5". Thanks to all suggestions.
However, I am back to the original problem now. The phone cannot use any service provider, tried with both foreign and local Norwegian sim. It simply says that only emergency calls possible. This was the initial problem which I tried to solve by flashing ROM.
Any suggestions regarding how to deal with this?
