[Q] [HELP] XT910 stuck on M logo after flashing with RSD Lite - Motorola Droid RAZR

Hey guys. I'll tell you what is happening with my phone.
I had SlimKat + JBX Kernel on the stock rom slot. Now I'm selling the phone, so i flashed the JB 4.1.2 retail Brazil (i'm from southamerica and that's the firmware we use) with RSD Lite. The whole process is OK, until the last step "reboot"... After that the phone is stuck in the second M logo, the one with waves around it.
The phone shows the Android logo that is like setting up the phone. Once that is done, it reboots, and here is the problem. The phone gets stuck in the M logo: not in the first one, but the second one (the M logo that has like some waves around it).
I don't know what to do since im 100% sure the firmware im using is the right one, the RSD Lite version is OK (6.1.5) and the whole process is OK until the phone reboots to load JB.
I think the JB IS installed, because that M with the waves around it is the animation OF the firmware. So the phone isn't sending me to the place where you config the phone for the first time (such as language, accounts, etc).
PLEASE i need your help guys. Thanks

Shut down the phone, press vol+,vol - and power button at the same time, then scroll with vol- button to the "Recovery" option and select it with vol+ button.
After that you'll see android lying on his back with the red triangle, then press vol- and vol+ and choose the "Factory reset" option...

Have checked with MD5 and the file matches with the source, so guess the problem isn't the file, and that left me in comma until now as what might be the real issue on this phone.
my phone is xt910
manufactured in China and had Jelly Bean as its stock rom.

[Q] Weird boot problem ...

So last night i was playing around trying to test some ROMS and i manage to hit i think is format a partion in Recovery , and that mess up my PDA's , so i did the from here that got me my touch screen back correctly ..
But now when i turn on the phone i got this kinda linux style menu with all the option(fastboot , recovery etc ...) why is that ??
here's 2 pics of it..
The phone still boot up after the 5 sec for the menu ..
No one ever saw that ? or know what the problem is ..
I recall seeing that happen when the boot logo was f*ed up. Try flashing another boot logo.
This is soft brick, isn't it? Search for recovery from soft brick, many posts about that. Don't use RSD Lite.
Boot logo boot up after 5 sec like the menu says ..
And soft brick when im fully using my phone ?!!?
It's like if i turn a switch like on a PC when you boot and press ESC it show the boot process .. well it look like this... lol ..
I think it's one of my PDA that's screw up ..
I'm having the same boot issue on my Atrix. It also happened me after I accidentally pressed Format Partition in recovery mode. It didn't really bothered me until now, but now it's getting quiet annoying, because I often change SIM cards and the long boot time is boring. Hope you guys find a solution.
I had the same issue with my Atrix, just like @YBrazeau and @mrdodi.
And it happened I've fat-fingered the 'format partition' button...
Anyway, as I'm using custom rom Alien version #4, I've got the 'boot.img' from the rom file and tried to flash it using fastboot.
I'm still getting the same screen when booting up my mobile.
I'm gonna backup everything and try to apply the Alien rom again from scratch (factory reset). I don't even know if this is gonna work.
I'll let you know what I've got.
New ideas are more than welcome.
Thanks,
Ron

The boot logo Turl mentioned above is not the same thing as a boot.img. A boot logo will be named logo.bin.
Search the Themes and Apps forum. There's a thread on how to make your own logo, and they have the stock one available for download along with instructions on how to install it.
Thanks, ghost_og, that worked!
@ghost_og & @turl1 thanks for the advice! that solved the problem.
happy holidays!

When you get the droid with an exclamation mark press both keys and you'll be in recovery. There wipe cache/data. and try to restart. If it do not boot, you have to recover with Matt utility 1.8.1 if I'm not wrong 'bout the version.
!

RAZR no sim card problem

Hi all, 15 minutes ago, I plugged the razr to the charger and I got a warning about "No sim card". I've tryed everything ( reboot, reboot on safe mode, I removed and reinserted the sim), but anything worked. I'm really afraid that could be a phone problem. I've read that It could be possibile a sim problem. Can someone help me ? Sorry for my english and thanks in advice.
Cheers.

Hello Stefano,
That happened to me a couple of times after flashing. Baseband isn't flashed or loaded correctly, that's why you get NO SIM warning. A soft restart usually fixes the issue.

I noticed some trouble with gsm signal. Sometimes I lost signal and I have to reboot the phone. I tryed a soft restart ( Power button + Vol down ) and now it seems work but I'll wait some hours to be sure. Can I reflash only baseband ? When I upgraded my phone I've followed this thread, but I used fastboot from linux to flash 672.180.41.XT910.Retail.en.EU ( I were on 672.180.41.XT910.Retail.en.EU but I deleted some apps so I reflashed just to be sure ), and I flashed one .img file at a time from command line ( radio.img, cdrom_signed etc.. ). I didn't have any problem until last nigth. Thanks for help.
Cheers.

Again, I've the same problem of yesterday.... Tips ?
You can flash the eu jb fastboot files and see if that fixes things. Don't attempt to downgrade to ics though.

[Q] Can't Boot Droid Razr (xt912)

So, Just Last Night I Rooted My Friend's Motorola Droid Razr (xt912) and installed Cyanogenmod on KitKat 4.4. It Was Working Fine and All Until He Decided to Go into Safestrap and Wipe the Stock ROM That was installed because he thought he wouldn't ever use it. He Went Back to The Cyanogenmod ROM and Activated it, and Rebooted to System. When Booting Up, It Just Gets Stuck on The Red Motorola M. It Will Go Into the Boot Menu but We Can't Find a Solution. Any Ideas on How To Get This Phone To Work Again?

If it is charging then yes let it charge. The problem is that it probably will not charge and you will likely need the special factory cable.
I have seen some posts where people were able to get the phone to start charging again without the factory cable. You may want do some searching if you are having charging problems.

Yeah You're Right, The White Charge Light Will Come on But It Will Just Not Really Charge.
I Tried Doing This- www . youtube . com/watch?v=LtA4OU2xha4 But Once I Click The Tools and The Motorola M Goes Away, It Stays at a Black Screen Until I Turn it Off.
Now, I am Going To Try This- www . youtube . com/watch?v=XwwI_6doBWk Which I am Assuming is a Factory Cable or Something Like That.

System has stoppped responding - Please, help, complete newb here

So, I already had some issues with this device and they've been pretty similar, in a way that the problem always starts with random reboots when the power button is pressed. About two weeks ago I took it to a technician, because all sorts of connectivity (3G/Wi-fi/Bluetooth) simply stopped working, after yet another reboot. About 3 days ago I got it back and it was working fine except for the fact that the initial boot Motorola logo (The green one before the other logo animations) wasn't showing up. He told me it was fine because it was only an aesthetic problem because he couldn't find that image for my device's resolution.
This morning when i was going to work i picked up my XT1025 Moto E to check for messages and it suddenly restarted. So when I turn it back on, not only the animations did not pop up, but after some time all i get is a black screen, no UI whatsover, all I can do is turn off/restart the phone. At random times when I turn on the screen, it's content shows up but I can't click anything, and then an error message pops up saying that ''system has stopped responding''. I've tried many things to fix it, but nothing has worked so far.
What i've tried:
-Wiping cache partition did not work
-Factory resetting did not work either
-Unlocking bootloader (but apparently it was unlocked already)
-Flashing a custom recovery did not work for some reason...
These last two were on the ''All-In-One Guide'' by neo.ank and honestly I have no idea what i should do to fix this problem - I was thinking about reinstalling the stock ROM but i'd rather ask here first for you guys suggestions... (like i said, complete newb here).
Sorry for the long post and bad english, hopefully someone can help me out on this.

I think it's currently using lollipop 5.1.
If u want to get back to stock 5.1 then flash stock rom. Then download the firmware from below link .
http://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24052804347783250
and download the batch file
https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24269982087018369
1. Boot ur phone in fastboot mode then.
2. Extract the firmware and batch file on same folder and click on the batch file.
3. Click on the Fashtool batch file.
