Hello!
I have currently been researching on how to reflash my Galaxy S2 back to Gingerbread to fix a battery problem due to overload.
I have everything backed up, and Odin installed on my PC.
Could anyone more experienced than me help me choose the right firmware to my phone, just to be on the safe side.

Feel free to tell me if this post is in the wrong place, as I am a new user.
Go to Samfirmware, choose a firmware for your country/carrier. If Samfirmware doesn't have what you need, try AndroidFirmwares.net & Samsung-updates.com. If they don't have what you need, you're probably out of luck. GB stock firmwares can be a bit hard to find these days.

Hi,
Apologies if this has been asked before, but could only find a thread relating to an AT&T version.
I am looking to see whether its possible to upgrade my S2 running 4.1.2 to 4.3.
My specs from the phone are:
Baseband Version I9200XXLS6
Kernel Version 3.0.31-462349 [email protected] hash 3 SMP PREEMPT Tue Nov 6 02:42.23 KST 2012
Build Number JZO54K.I9100XXLSJ
I understand this is a Philz Kernel?? Will this need changing or upgrading to allow 4.3
Grateful for any advice on a straightforward, easy and stable change if this is possible
Many thanks from a Noob
