Helo friends,,,
My phone is HTC EVO 3d gsm(s-off)..
From the 5-6 days I faced a network problem. Always my network singnals are full but sometime singnal are gone , to get Signals back I do :-
1. I go airplane mode and back to normal mode ..
2. Airplane mode Sometimes never solve the problem my phone shows no SIM card than ,I restart the phone to get signals back..
3. Sometime after restart phone does not show any SIM card than I remove the SIM card and again put the SIM card to get back signals.
Actually I never understand why this happens.. I tried different roms like (rootbox, sensai , viper 3d) but face same problem ,so I think it is not Rom problem..
Edit:- now on cm10.1 and after checking /testing of 5 hours never see any signal problem...
Plz.. help to find the problem and to solve them!!!!!!
Thanks in advance....

I have a problem with LG Optimus One 10Vn
From time to time it loses signal completly and won't come back only if i reboot the phone.
I've restored to factory but it didn't solved the problem
And i'm not the only one with this problem a colleague has the same problem
No service
Hallo,
I also struggled with this problem. From time to time the phone lost the connection to the german provider T-Mobile. Seems to be a problem with some Micro-SIMS.
I upgraded the firmware vom V10A to V10C, which cured the problem for me so far!
Regards
Hans
I have the latest FW V10N
i have the same firmware and no problems so far ... installed it about 4 days ago , data connection works fine connected 24 / 7 no signal problems at all .
This happens only if i loose the signal then it won't come back only if i reboot the phone
I also encountered this issue a couple of times a few weeks ago, hasn't happened since, to get service back i just turned airplane mode on and off. Don't really know what made it stop. (Vodafone Romania)
If it still does that try a hard reset and if it doesn't work go to vodafone and tell them to exchange it @ warranty ... Dar sa fii mai cu tupeu ca romanii nostri sunt nesimtiti la garantii

i did try with the airplane mode but it doesn't work
and i did the hard reset part like 3 times already
it i'll get that error again i'm going to warranty to get another one
Had the same problem. Phone was working fine, came back one day to find it shut off and [no service]. Nothing worked, airplane mode, complete wipe.. nothing.
I was about to return it when I tried one last thing..
Wifi and Networks->Mobile network settings->Network Operators->Search networks
fixed it.
Hmm then it seems like an OS bug. If the signal drops it won't search for it again
What nerwork are you on ? It's weird i never had this problem ...

.............. Vodafone ..............
I'm having the same problem.
sometimes it looses signal and won't come back until rebooting.
Turning plane mode on/off won't solve the problem. Neither searching for networks like some one said. It finds all carriers available but won't connect to any of them. Only rebooting gets signal again, which is a bit frustrating.
My fw is v10a... I think this is the last one available in my country

What's about SIM card? Do you have it long? I heard about some problems, if somebody had too old SIM card.

It has at least 7 years. Maybe I'll try to get a new one to see if it works.

I got caught in the rain two days ago and my phone got quite wet. However it seemed to be working fine so I thought nothing of it. About 8 hours afterwards, the phone stopped picking up a mobile network signal.
I restarted the phone, and still no signal - from looking in the mobile network settings, the phone is acting as if it doesn't have a SIM card inserted. No APNs show up, choosing to select a mobile operator results in an error etc - removing the SIM card seems to have no affect on this. Absolutely everything else is working completely fine - the phone just doesn't seem to be picking up my SIM card.
Suspecting water damage, I have since put it to dry with some rice. Having tested it again after ~36 hours, the situation doesn't seem to have changed. Any suggestions on what else I should try? Do I have any chance of getting a repair under warrantee?
U have checked data toggle

Yup - it's not just data, I can't connect to a network at all (no voice). Airplane mode is off.

Than service center only .If Service Center found that is because of water than you need to pay...If you're lucky they didn't find it than free...Mostly they will find it
Try another Sim card in it, it might just be the Sim, at least you will know if its the phone or Sim then

I was on the phone with my girlfriend, when suddenly my device rebooted. I attempted to call her again, but it rebooted again even before the call screen loaded. Afterwards, my phone endlessly rebooted when it finds signal. I tried re-flashing with Flashtool, but it didn't work. Apparently, this occurs when it is on GSM mode. Is there anyone who knows how to fix this?
NOTES:
My bootloader is unlocked (warranty void)
SIM card works fine on other phones
UPDATE
Everything is fine on WCDMA mode, but when 3G signal is lost and it reverts back to 2G, the bootloop happens again.

May be the issue with the your Network IC. Cause I faced a similar situation. When the Airplane mode is enabled, Phone works fine. But When it is disabled, the phone reboots.
Not sure this issue is related to you or not. Just a suggestion :good:

Well, damn. Everything just got worse - it reboots even when on airplane mode. It happened while I was playing Minecraft. Now, the phone reboots every time, regardless of signal or anything. I guess I had better replace my beloved phone. :crying:
Did you try to reflash stock firmwire with flashtool or maybe a custom Rom? That usually solves things....

Hello,
Ive been facing some network issues on my new OP3 (bought 1 month back)
The phone didnt have any problem at all till yesterday when there was a sudden loss of signals in both my airtel SIMS.
OP3 is recognizing the SIM cards but doesnt show any signal. I tried swapping SIMS, my SIMS are working in other phones whereas other SIMS still dont show signal in mine.
However there were 2 instances where i regained signal and was able to make calls while is was at a particular location, but even that lasted for just 20-30 min.
I was using android vers 3.2.4 when this problem happened, tried updating to 3.2.7 (latest) but it still hasnt fixed the issue.
Thought it was a null IMEI problem, but Settings show IMEI nos. of both the SIMS
Tried manually selecting networks, mostly it says cannot connect...sometimes it doesnt do anything
Tried changing preferred networks in *#*#4636#*#* , hasnt helped either
And yes I tried soft and hard resetting too, hasnt helped.
Please do suggest any probable solutions.... Thanks You
