Hi,
can someone help me unbrick an x401?
I tried to flash an original firmware provided by manufacturer, but it doesn't work.
Phone can connect to win7 and COM port persinstenly appears in device manager while running SP flash tool which at the end says: "download complete"
But it still doesn't boot and show only white screen when connected via USB cable.
Any suggestion?

I have a problem with my xt615,
it started out with the bootloop problem.
after that i managed to get into flash mode (redscreen) installed the pc drivers
and tried to flash 2-3 different stock roms, and a recovery via RSD LITE version 6.
at the beginning the phone was recognized as a zeus flash device, but i changed that driver to a motorola usb device.
somehow i manage to get the phone connected in the FLASH MSM7227 but still no program can recognize it so i can flash...
since i tried to flash the recovery i cannot enter the Flash mode (red screen) and earlier, when i was trying to turn on the devices from 50power attempts 2 times it was the moto bootloop logo...
now i cannot do that...
any suggestions how to get this device flashed!?or get it into flash mode?!
all the time its blackscreen and as i enter the usb it connects to the pc depends on which mode...when i hold the powerbutton and connect it it will connect as flash device msm7227 but still...i cannot do anything via RSD LITE , also tried via adb to get it recognized. but no luck...
Help desperatly needed
Hi..
I Have a problem with my Acer Liquid E2 Dual Sim..
Before this, my problem is the phone was stuck in the Ace green logo (Bootloop) and i tried to flash it using SP flash tool, and it flashed succesful until the green circle, but my device gotten even worse, now when i turn on the power, it just vibrate once and continue in blank screen only..and when i try to connect it to the pc, it recognize with a vibrate and blue led turning on, but in the device manager, it detects as MTK USB Port, the is no MTK Preloader or any driver except the mtk usb port
I already googled it, and it seems because i flashed the wrong preloader (it means i used the wrong firmware in the spflashtool), but i downloaded it from the global acer download, And another information i get that my device is in a condition where it enters the low-layer download interface of the MT65xx device (AFAIK).. Thats why it only detects as MTK USB Port. So what to do now? I have tried using SPFlashTool to Dwonload only the preloader checked using from two different rom, but no success both? already tried any different version spflashtool
Every time i tried to download the preloader to the device using spflashtool it just shows "dram failed"
like this
"BROM ERROR : S_FT_ENABLE_DRAM_FAIL (4032)
[EMI] Enable DRAM Failed!"
Does anyone knows how to fix it

Hello,
During the past days I've been trying to flash my C7 with no success. When pressing power button, it turns on and displays the Alcatel logo but stays there, it does not load the OS.
I have tried to use SPtools to flash it, I have the mtk drivers installed in my PC. When I plug the switched-off phone to the computer it turns on and couple seconds after my PC detects it (I can see the preloader mtk loaded on the device manager); however, one second right after it is detected, it is disconnected as it keeps booting to show the logo and stay there. Obviously, if the phone is not detected I cannot use SPtools to flash it.
Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.
PS: I have also tried to connect to it with adb, and dump a ROM using sideload with no sucess, the PC recognizes it from the recovery but after copying the image nothing new happens on reboot.
My phone was bricked. When I tried to install 4.1.2 version. It didn't load to me.Then I disconnected it from my Computer and it stuck on screen that show 'you need to connect your phone to computer' how to fix this? Please help me GT-i5500.
Fix your Bricked phone
first of all download your stock rom and sp flash tool. unzip your stock rom.
then open sp flash tool and load "scatter loader for mt65xx.txt".
Then connect your phone with usb cable without battery and click on "Download" in the sp flash tool.
that's it. wait a while it will show u a green ring when it is done.
Hello.
Everything has gone terribly wrong for my phone and I desperately need your help.
I downloaded what was stated on needrom.com I made sure MTK vcom was installed properly and had the correct rom from needrom.com but I still got Brom Error: STATUS_BROM_CMD_SEND_DA_FAIL in SP flash when using MTK_AllInOne_da.bin.
I then tried DA_PL.bin and got another error. I tried to uncheck preloader and run Download through SP flash with DA_PL.bin which worked just fine. However now I'm stuck at the Bluboo logo screen and phone does not load into android.
I still get Brom Error: STATUS_BROM_CMD_SEND_DA_FAIL in SP Flash if I use MTK_AllInOne_da.bin but if I use DA_PL.bin now I get this error:
Chip mismatch!
Scatter:MT6757D
device: MT6757
Please help me, my phone is bricked until one of you help me. I'd be forever grateful!

Don`t worry about that, first this is the link of the last update https://www.google.com/url?q=https:...ds-cse&usg=AFQjCNFJKeEcDClPU2MnxLJefaQ19GmQpQ
for more success put your folder of SPFlash Tool near to folder of your unpacked rom (for short transmission of data) and Bluboo S1 has a few different way to enter to other mtk cause battery it`s not removable like other just disconnect it and connect again; in this case connect cable usb to your device, prepare all the files in SPFlashTool and click download and now while pressing both volume + and - connect cord to pc till SPFlashTool begin to recognize files (red letters) and release now, SPFlashTool continues process till 100% in yellow progressing line

Thanks!!! It works!!!!
Just be very careful. The USB C connector port in the phone is very loose... so make sure you can hold the cable tight other wiser it will lose the connection and brick your phone. For me, I had to remove the Plastic cover to be able to hold the power cable tight!
Hi, could you help me please? I did your steps, but it is not working. Sp flash does all its job, shows the green sign, but the phone stills dead. What I noticed the usb connects with the phone, then it disconnects. I tried to install the drivers as the tutorials say like deactivating the driver signature enforcement, but nothig happens well.
