Good day folks.
For the past few days ive googled for a solution but cant find aything that works. Im actually surprised that i havent bricked my tablet yet.
The story: A while back I rooted the tab because i needed to run a certain application and it required me to have root access. I used the htcdev method to achieve this.
I now need to run the dstv drifta app and it wont run on rooted devices. I have tried many official rom flashes, custom and lots of other tricks but no result.
Somebody please help me get back to a stock flyer

Have you tried changing the RUU version to reflect an older stock image and then doing the flash with a stock GB RUU like the 2.3.4?

Which bootloader version do you have? You can find it under settings - about tablet - software information.

They mark down your serial and void your warranty if you use the htc tool. Revolutionary can be removed before sending in for service, preserving your device warranty.

People has reported that they have rooted and even bricked their Flyer and still received warranty service from HTC. But any vendor reserves the right to refuse you warranty at their discretion so you mileage may vary.

Could someone please direct me in the right direction for a moons guide on relocking my bootloader I want to go back to stock having nothing but problems noobs guide also if I run the update will it say locked or relocked cheers

I just watched a video from hackevo3d where you put the img file onto SD card and run a command does this work for gsm I'm running a lower version of hboot than 1.5

The RUU .exe files which contain the .zip renamed as PG86IMG.zip are mirrored on XDA also on goo-inside.me. http://www.goo-inside.me/shooteru/ .

I tried that too and it works. Earlier RUU used to fail due to security. It just flashed completely. Thanks
I unlocked my EVO 3d then ran CMD prompt to run cwm then I install a ROM and its constantly bootlooping
Now I'm stuck don't know how to fix or anything

Obviously we need more info. CDMA or GSM? How did you try to unlock? What hboot?
Gsm or cdma which hboot version do u have and is ur phone s on or s off u need to answer these question so we can help you

I'm assuming the ROM you are trying to install is an ICS ROM. The reason I came to that conclusion is that the ICS ROMs tend to bootloop for people who are hboot 1.5 s-on. If you want to boot an ICS ROM, I highly recommend you get s-off. The wire trick seems to be the easiest way (I downgraded the hboot since that was the only way at the time):
