Friends, how about, I have a question regarding the HTC cameras, I own a HTC Droid DNA, and take pictures in low light, such as in the antrum or Disco. Focus when no LED lights and therefore go wrong photos, I have to take several to hit which goes well, otherwise a Galaxy Nexus (my previous smartphone). My question is: It happens to all HTC? With some mod or some application may fix this?
Greetings from Mexico and congratulations for all your efforts

if you mean does it take crap pics in low light then yes it does lol. it kinda makes the flash as its own filter like a vignette.

No it doesn't but it takes fine pics when it flashes to take the pic. Like this one. edit: wow it loses a lot of quality when uploaded through tapatalk lol, the color still seems okay though. The non assisted flash is by design though to answer your question.

oh ok. yeah i hate rooting this phone. its the worst phone i have ever owned to root. its a pain to get it back to stock so i can receive ota updates. the vibrant was way easy to root and unroot vs this phone lol. so im gonna keep it stock. it would be nice if someone would make an app in the market that we can download and see what screens we got. but my phone doesnt look washed out when i selected the same theme as they did in the video. mine looked more black then faded. but im not gonna complain the screen is good enough for me. i love this phone and im glad i got rid of that crappy vibrant.
Hey can u take a picture of the lock screen with the safari wallpaper, you have to take the picture at the same angle as the pictures on your first post and with brightness at max,I can then tell u which display u have, believe me their is a huge difference between the displays. This is a great phone and I would like the best out of it considering I payed retail .

I take no credit for this, as I did not make this.
This is a modified Sense 4.5 Camera app, for the HTC One X. Works as it should on my EVO 4G LTE. Has a bunch of great mods including force bitrates for video and audio, expanded camera tweak control, continuous autofocus etc.
**NOTE** Camera button does NOT work in this app, as the One X does not have a camera button. Surely it shouldn't be too hard for some epic dev to add in though.
This works great thanks!

The updater script is checking the build.prop for "endeavor" which is the codename for the HOX. Throw this apk into a blank flashable zip file that checks for "jewel" and you'll be all set.
Here, I've attached the zip I'm using. Works like a champ.
I'm going to assume you need to be on a sense based on ROM to flash this?

I dont know about this sense 4.5 camera...I love all the options but everything kind of seems blurry and video looks kind of grainy.
Just did some video tests in low light that I always run when messing with new cameras..
Every video in low light in my office previous to this update has always averaged 29FPS
The same exact conditions with the sense 4.5 camera give me 18-22FPS.
Going to revert back to original camera and see if it isnt the new rom im running.

True imagesense capabilities will be impossible with the incredible 4g. It doesn't have imagechip therefore no possible way for the phone to take shots like this:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=OpyWz4QssII#!
Yes, the phone can take quick pictures as it is, but the imagechip (that the phone lacks) allows the higher end htc phones to focus very very quickly, hence you get the burst shots that you see in the video. Those burst shots aren't possible with the inc4g.

FFC is Front facing camera, and yes it works on stock, effects and all. You say your self shots aren't sideways in Elegancia? That's the last rom I tested. I'm about to try Hasson's dev base, and see what that's like, if not, I'll just RUU, then root, and leave it like that, till the devs have more time to perfect their rom's. Some of them are really nice, but maybe I'm just vain, I take a fair amount of self shots, and the effects isn't that big of a deal, but that sideways action drives me nuts.
I don't know if anybody has seen this yet, but Android central just posted the camera app with photosphere. You don't need to flash this, just download and install the app and enjoy!

I tried the camera/gallery version from the 4.3 update for Google Play edition and Photosphere definitely seems a fair bit better on the HTC One, although it's still not brilliant. It's seems most likely that it is to do with the Ultrapixel camera.
There is an example of the latest version I used on my HTC One here, on Google+ : https://plus.google.com/u/0/117344384174087802750/posts/4VoHCETevbR
