I have a problem with overclock stock android (20h). Of course I rooted my phone and after it I installed busybox (xbin). On terminal console I have "exec format" error. Before 20h I had 20c and everything worked fine.

just flash back the stock recovery im on v20h with 3.0.31 kernel and overclock works good =p
what do you mean? just with the upgrade rom 20H changed the kernel to 3.0.31-00002-ge3c15f3 and I had 3.0.31. I changed only by KDZ rom for 20h and updated the kernel itself. I have to restore all of the software to stock rom Poland Orange and manually upload 20h?
I had previously 20C: 3.0.31. after update rom to KDZ: 20H changed kernel :3.0.31-00002-ge3c15f3
UPDATE OVERCLOCK working. i go back to kernel 3.0.31 (lock BL) and every working fine

This is general, you should ask in q and a but ok. I think you can access to download mode(boot mode?)try to flash cm kernel. Or different kernel and try to reboot you phone in recovery mode.

Hi guys today im gonna post a tutorial found on 4pda forums.
As the title says this will be a guide on how to downgrade your firmware from v20 based roms to v10k with cwm and unlocked bootloader.
Someone could say just flash v10k over kdz flasher, but it is not so simple cuz some users encounter and error when flashing v10k starting from v20 so they can't go back.
here i link the 4pda topic:http://translate.googleusercontent....81412/&usg=ALkJrhgbsl_y0fD0Qz6Ad0l9M4VvObOUsg
all credits goes to his creator Kushina.
here is the link for 100% working v10k made just to downgrade
https://disk.yandex.com/public/?hash=7G/SaZRIBwInyyrUn9rmSP9o/+9CXAXmXHHf3EMuVFI=
to flash this u'll need kdz flasher and usb drivers for your phone.
will it work on P705 because v10k was not officially released for this device.
Since the hardware isvthe same i think it will work just do a backup of your current rom and try if it does not work u will be able to restore backup over recovery

its either you already have a TWRP on the previous version which is KitKat, if not make your phone rooted, unlocked bootloader with recovery before doing or flashing this new version (Lollipop)

I am on the GPe port as well. What steps did you exactly take to flash this Sony ROM?
Did you flash another Recovery or Kernel first or did you flash it from the TWRP which is part of Scrubbers port?
Hi, this is latest update with security patch etc works very good.
You can download flashable zip for install by TWRP recovery or kdz file to flash.
DOWNLOAD: FLASHABLE ZIP
DOWNLOAD: KDZ TO FLASH BY FLASHTOOL ON PC
ROOT
you can "root" it, look on it http://forum.xda-developers.com/g2-mini/development/root-root-g2-mini-lollipop-t3123652
if app will say that you cant root just try again and again and should be done, when i tested i tried 4 times and it's rooted.
ps use latest app for rooting from thread.
BOOTLOADER PATCHED

is not, but twrp automatically will root by script your device after installation then you can just install supersu.
you can try kingroot too.
PS if someone do not know uhave to be on lollipop whenyou flash a zip, if not u need right bootstack.

@WYPIERDAALAAC can you explain how to make this "SWAP increase to 400mb in cache (LG wasted almost 1gb for cache) " it is possible without recowery, only with root. ps (what is the best virtual memory and ZRAM settings with kernel auditor ?) Thanks . EDIT found something here https://01.org/android-ia/user-guides/android-memory-tuning-android-5.0-and-5.1 recommendation for a device with 1 GB RAM is:
ZRAM size: 400 MB
swappiness: 100

U just need root and init.d support. U can use my swap file from my rom its in etc / init.d
Zram could not help you with memory leaks. I never play so much with virtual memory values so i cant say more but swap 400mb is a small solution for memory problrm in lollipop.
for root there is a update.zip working with D620r
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2732311
does anybody know if it is possible to integrate it in kdz? (found "stock rooted LG Optimus L7 jelly bean v20a firmware" kdz on google but not for G2 mini)
Downloaded kdz and flashtool keeps saying that the phone is disconnected
EDIT: reinstalled the drivers and got it working
There's a new version available, D620r20d

Hi,
I'm currently on Android 4.4.2
Baseband version: MPSS.DI.2.0.1.c8-00012-M8926DAAAANAZM-1
Build Number: KOT49I.A1404447153
Software version: V10g-EUR-XX
Unfortunately OTA for Lollipop for my phone never came so I would like to install this. Can I install this file and what steps should I follow to be able to do that?
Thank you very much.

You can flash kdz file of lollipop by Lg Flashtool.
Or if you have installed Twrp you can flash zip package from this thread then use lollipop bootstack.
If you never modified your phone in my opinion u have to do first i mean just flash kdz file. Its easy you can find many tutorials about Lg flashtool.

It does not affect the flashing process.
It is there for LG's technicians to see if you have rooted the phone and void your warranty.

why is that? I've never seen any other device that I've used (Non xiaomi devices, don't know if its a xiaomi thing) return to stock recovery after flashing a ROM. Is it a TWRP bug? If so, I'm waiting for a bug fix.

No you misunderstood me.
I'm not saying recovery partition turns to stock
The system it self, if the rom doesn't have root in it self as is it won't be included. Also when you flash which ever rom, even Samsung for example root disappears the app supersu is still there but you need to run it and let it do its own work to get root back again right.
I'm just saying when ever you install new rom on xiaomi phones and basically any phone root is inactive until you run the app again
No bug, oh and twrp is unofficial that's why encryption isn't working for data partition.
No bugs it's just how it is.

Yeah, I know that root is removed when a ROM is flashed. What I was saying was from my own experience flashing miui 9&10. The recovery goes back to stock. Do you know why that happens? Is there some step that I missed?

If you are installing official updates of rom, like weekly or global version from xiaomi and not a custom rom. What other result did you expect?
If you are, Im not sure anymore but if you at this moment have stock Rom with twrp only and when a new version is released of stock Rom.... Than yes of course the system will be restored since it's stock recovery will be replaced to stock. Not a bug it's commen sense since you are updating to stock which doesn't contain twrp.
If you are using other rom that doesn't flash over /recovery partition, well then that is another story

How about start reading guides. After flashing ROM you have to flash fde zip otherwise your twrp will be replaced with stock recovery. That's the reason why you have to flash it. If you flash that zip you will still have twrp after flashing miui ROM @Zeggi you are wrong

Actually, what the fde does is disables encryption of /data partition.
Twrp is under /recovery partition.
And also I did a test yesterday by restoring my f1 to stock and verified that I didn't have to flash fde and after that I did reset in twrp and flashed fde v2 with magisk which worked also.
Big difference I noticed with fde v2 flashed was that the first boot was very slow and sluggish but after reboot it solved the slow speeds. Other than that I noticed vanced YouTube module in magisk worked for me, before when I hadn't flashed fde vanced YouTube crashed all the time so sure I benefited something out of flashing fde
