Back to stock me7 Odin question help - Verizon Samsung Galaxy S 4

I went from twrp custom rooted to mdk and tried to update. It failed. I got the tar and odined to me7 now all is well. Will I be able to update in the near future or will I have to force Odin them?..
Also I can't boot into stock recovery..... Hold both volumes and press power.. I wait and it's a black screen I let go and it restarts...

To boot into recovery, don't hold both volume buttons. Hold the Up Volume button and press power.

You need to get back into recovery and reload the ROM. Are you having an issue getting into Recovery Mode?

[Q] My S4 is missing recovery!!!

Okay I hope someone can help me! This is what happened, I had a rooted MDK version and wanted to upgrade to ME7 since there was a root for it so i upgraded then re-rooted now running ME7 rooted. But i tried to install a custom recovery (forgot that ME7 bootloader isnt unlocked -_-) so now i basicly DELETED my recovery. My phone turns on fine but for example if i hold POWER and UP it boots to download mode and on top is says "failed to boot" So basicly can somone please explain to me how to install the original recovery WITHOUT losing any of my phone data? THANKS!
You should have done some reading first, but you've now found out you can't flash a recovery when on mf3. Join the many others. It probably boots into download mode. When it does can you cancel that with vol down?
Edit, as far as getting the recovery back, you can't afaik

If you wanted me7 you should have just flashed the radios separately.

No nothing works when in that mode, I have to take the battery out and back in and turn it on normal and it boots up fine just the recovery mode doesn't work. This isn't a crazy concern just annoying so your saying there is NO fix? I just have to wait until the find a way to unlock the bootloader then install a custom recovery?

I am stuck in ODIN mode on my Note 3 and it says downloading... do not turn off target. I can boot with volume down and cancel but it just goers their again. Volume up goes to TWRP but i can’t get my phone to just turn on normally. I was not attempting anything. This is how my phone turned on...If I try to reboot in TWRP it notes their is no OS installed. Please help....
You wiped phone either install rom or restore your backup in twrp.... If none of that works then find mj4 Odin it and your good. .

I tried reflashing with ODIN and now I no longer have TWERP... These are the two screens I can get to. I have tried multiple files on ODIN but they all fail... Not sure what to do now.

You need to re flash twrp in Odin to get your recovery back and there is a file out there that you can flash in twrp that should square you back to factory. I believe @micmars has helped with this issue before. Perhaps he remembers the thread in which he found it the first time? I will search and try to post you a link.

Yup. Go to TWRP, navigate to wipe, flick the padlock, factory reset, reboot.
If that doesn't work, let me know ASAP. I can try other means to get you back...

(Q) help my phone will not go into recovery

Help please my stupid phone will not go into recovery it goes straight into download mode when holding the buttons combination. And there is a message in orange reddish color that states "unable to boot normally"
This occurred after I tried to Odin flash the engineering NAB bootloader as I was already on NAB from the OTA I could not get twrp to work after flashing it using odin so I thought that I would try the engineering bootloader and then try to odin twrp again and I was unsuccessful and since then my phone will not go into recovery at all I see the blue letters come on the screen and it immediately goes into download mode.. any help would be appreciated. The phone does boot and I am able to use it like normal I just can't flash anything and can't get into recovery.

Yes I have this downloaded on my computer already. . This I did not try but I will. . So you think this will help me return to fully stock and be able to go into recovery?
Sent from my SM-N900P using xda app-developers app
Thing is you have to restart with that file...then you have to root to enable you to flash a recovery....if you go back to that file and get up and running we know you have a clean start.
Flash the right recovery in Odin ... uncheck auto reboot. .. or before it reboots hold vol up home and power. ... The rom will restore stock recovery if you don't stop it
Sent from my SM-N900P using Xparent BlueTapatalk 2
Try ROM manger or ROM toolkit apps. They will reboot you into recovery if you have one installed.
Photon Q &/or Note 3 on ting.com
If your phone is rooted. Download quick boot in the play store. Open choose recovery grant SU and it should take you into recovery.

Can't get rid of Odin recovery! Help!

So I rooted my GS4 with NC5 using the newly discovered towrelroot apk. I have since changed my mind and want to go back to complete stock. I went to sammobile.com and downloaded the full NC5 update and Odin 3.09 and followed the steps there and it said PASS. I have lost root but when I do vol down + home + power it still goes into the Odin recovery not the stock. How can I get the stock recovery back? Please help!!!!

That root did not effect the recovery. That is the stock recovery.

That button combo is to put the phone into download mode aka Odin mode. If you want recovery mode then volume up + power it'll vibrate then in the top left display recovery mode in blue letters let go of power button. It happens quickly sometimes so be ready to let go of power button. Once in on the top it'll say Android recovery . Don't panic if you see the green android before the recovery; that's normal
