I came from the HTC HD2, and out of curiosity I like to know from what mobile phones did the other users whit a Samsung Galaxy S2 come from.
I came from a long line of Nokia's, my last one being an N97. The only thing I miss from it is the built in FM transmitter.

Compaq Aero - iPaq 3630 - iPaq 5550 - HTC Universal - SPV c500 - SPV e650 - HTC Touch Pro - HD2 (WinMo) - HD2 (Android) - SGS2
Whats next?
Was using a Nokia Communicator 9300i (a smaller variant of Nokia Communicator 9500). One of the first Wifi phones!
Xperia X1 -> HTC Desire -> HTC Desire S -> SGSII
Nokias -> SE K750i -> Nokia 6288 -> Nokia 5800XM -> Galaxy SII
The SE K750i was a total piece of crap, spend most of its time in the shop being repaired. This device totally convinced me to never ever again buy a device from them.
just read this on the verge
new version rolling out at the moment for
"Select phones include the HTC EVO 3D, HTC One X, HTC Wildfire S, LG Optimus Black, LG Optimus Hub, Samsung Galaxy Ace, Samsung Galaxy Nexus, Samsung Galaxy SIII, and the Samsung Galaxy Y. The company added, "We will roll the feature out to additional Android phones in the coming weeks."

wanna see if it works!
cheersmadeers

Here you go: View attachment Facebook_Messenger_2.apk
Thanks! Had to manually load the APK on my Nexus 7 because it's blocked on the play store. Works perfectly.
Only to those devices? I don't see Xperia S included, and I just updated it with Play Store.
"I got my values. So you can keep yours, OK?"
Can I mirrior my screen on my Samsung smart tv? Or does that not work with the original note
sent from a Renovated HTC ONE
It has broken my car player and I'm planning to buy a Pioneer AVH-X8600BT. One of the features that most interest me is the MirrorLink and I doubt if it worked with my Lg G3.
This phone is compatible with MirrorLink technology?
If you need support which wire to connect the phone??
Thank you very much for your help!
no? yes?

Officially Id Say No:
http://esupport.sony.com/US/perl/support-info.pl?info_id=1145
But some people have managed to get phones not on the list to work....
Edit: I swear Pioneer uses Appradio, which supports mirrorlink but is not limited to Mirrorlink ENabled devices:
Check this - it looks positive:

yes... thread jump from 2014!
i really need my dad's G3 to work with his toyota...
As per subject, I'd like to upgrade for a quicker tablet than my n7 2012 for use with my bike turbo trainer...... but does the n9 have native ANT+ support?
Thanks in advance....
The info I gave on the Nexus Help Forum Google Group about the Nexus 6 applies to the Nexus 9 too:
There's 2 parts to this question:
1. Will Android 5.0 include the ANT+ API's?
If it does, then the Nexus 6 9 will definitely include the ANT+ hardware - as the Nexus devices showcase any new OS functionality. We haven't heard any news about this though, so I doubt it.
2. Will the Nexus 6 9 have ANT+ hardware?
If this is the case, then it should be possible to add the software piece in a custom ROM/AOSP build, just like was done for the Moto G 4G: http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g/general/ant-moto-g-4g-maybe-t2875420
or possibly using the ANT+ Enabler app (if you want to pay for it) in the same way as the Nexus 5 and 10: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.z2software.antplus
Fingers crossed.

Looking at the iFixit Nexus 9 teardown, yes it does have ANT+ hardware (the Broadcom BCM4354)!
Note that the patch for the Moto G 4G mentioned above will not work, as that is for a Qualcomm chip.
