My h2 leo was working fine.. almost year.. with miui rom 2.3.7 .. suddenly its not working properly..
my screen going black.. but button lights lit up. it was like that.. yesterday... after couple of times of pulling batteries.... the display came.. it was worked till night.. morning i woke up checked again the display is gone.. .. today also tried same method.. no display.. what so ever.
when press the power button me getting vibrate after that nothing.. no display..
is it problem with battery or phone.
help me..

display came after so many times pulling batteries.. and sd card . its working fine.. but if i didnt touch the phone more than one hour.. again phone screen going back .. its not working normally....

when i wake up in morning i checked my phone
first i thought that battery has finished and i put it in charger then after half an hour ichecked back it still smae its not turning on later i changed the battery with my friend to check whether if the battery is the problem nothing happened
i m using android custom rom is there anyway to restore my phone....
Have you tried holding the power button for like 20 seconds? Should do a reset.
I also think that this topic would better be in "Android Q&A".

I've been using Omega 33.1 for a few days. And last two days the phone started to bug a lot. When it was locked screen it didn't wanted to unlock (just black screen) I've had to pull out a battery and power it on, and after few hours again the same happend. Apps also were laggy.
And finaly an hour ago, same happend and since then it want even boot up. It looks comletely dead, it do not even charge. I've tried everything, power key + volume + home, i've tried to charge it (even if it doesn't show light on top)... and nothing...
Is it dead or is the some hardware reset or something?
Try another battery .

I have this problem with my s2.. I was browsing for my joy when suddenly the screen flashed couple times and my phone suddenly shut down (when battery was about 70%).
I already had this kind of problem but last time it was the battery (it swelled) but i replaced the battery and for a month or so everything was fine.
now with no warning it happened again!
I checked the battery its fine...
now when I boot my phone up it stays up for a minute or so and freeze or shutting down..
and also the signal icon shows that there's no signal!!
when its off and plugged to the charger its all fine looks like charging...
sometimes when it shows the samsung logo on boot I can see the the lights on the back button and menu button flickering and then shutting down.
I didnt download anything new in the past week..
did anyone here had this kind of problem? how can I fix it?
PLEASE help me I was at a job interview and they should call me today !! T_______T

ROM?Kernel?Did you try Factory reset or flashing stock ROM?
Are you using a genuine s2 battery or it's just a generic one?
It's a generic, isn't it?

I did hard reset, now running Samsung's original ROM and stock kernel..
the battery is original..
somehow everything is now fine.. but I don't think that this is a normal problem.. it really freaked me out today.. I wanna know if any one knows what its all about and how to prevent it from happening.. thank you very much
Hello Guys. I´m new here. I have a Xperia X10 and it´s not working correctly.
Yesterday night, I turned the phone off, it was with 1% of battery. Today morning the lcd didn´t turn on.
It have been recharging for hours.
It is working normaly as I can see. When I turn on it vibrates but the lcd stays black, but not a "turned off black".
The lower buttons turn it´s lights on when I touch. The touch screen works too, it vibrates when I touch it.

Did you flash after the 1percent? Or before? Sounds like bat wasnt charged enuf to run a flash. Try n get a 100per cent full bat n try the flashbit again... i usually use a universal charger to make sure bat is full. U shd also try to ascertain whether your bat is maybe expiring, chk its age etc? Knw sum1 with similar phone? Ask to charge ur bat in their phone, the x1 xperia has the same battery by the way. I rd sumwhere a guy got a stronger mA battery cause he was havn starting failures, and crashes. Im crashing a lot too, sumtyms failing to boot aswell. So il nd to flash bak to 2.1 maybe? Bt 1st check your bat b4 u flash.

Handset screen goes black every now and then. The issue persist not for all the time I could use the phone continuously for at least a week without any issues. After a week or so black screen shows up but apps are working in the background. Tried updates , Power + Volume Up buttons and so on ,everything went in vain. I switched off the phone for three days and used it again normally for a week before the black screen issue again comes up. Every time I got to put the phone for complete rest two or three days before using it normally. What could be the real issue here?
Hi, my Xperia P is old and goes black screen couple times. The only solution I've ever done each time is to push Power + Volume Up buttons, and then the phone recovered. Perhaps my phone is not as seriously old as yours. Wish someone could be there to help you, good luck.
My phones goes to deep sleep too, only thing helps is hard restart.
I have no idea what is causing that, I reflashed so many kernels and roms and it didn't change the fact phone is failing me.
I had the same problem, the display connector got loose on the inside.
Had to open the phone and reconnect it properly, now it's working fine again.
I had a similar problem but I did not face it that frequently as you... A temporary solution is to press Vol Up + Power button simultaneously and let it reboot...

How to reconnect it ? seems like hardware issue. Btw sorry for the late reply.
Just pull it off and then back on, that should fix it.
