[Q] Neo V with JB wifi Problems [4.2.2] - Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo, Pro

Hello all. i have GB neo v rom= Gin2Jellybean 2.4.0 and stock kernel. yesterday i tryed to install jb with coustom tom.
i first must install 4.0.B.0.562.ftf file. i do it. i root it and the install CWM. but for instal a coustom rom on ics and up you need custom kernel.
anyway. i try to install "[JB 4.2.2][CM10.1] LegacyXperia - nightly 20130801" "http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2227490" .
the downloads link have folder with name haida for neo v. i install the latsets version and the kernel.img from folder. but i have wifi problems. i cant turn on. the kernel is nAa inside. then i change kernel to lupus. lupus have included wifi mudules but this dont work too. i do factory reset and install rom again and nothing.
Also i have try the SlimBean 7.0 for neo v "http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2344815" with lupus kernel again and wifi not work... i have problems with jb gyes. what should i do for having a JB rom with wifi working on my Neo V?
George. Thanks in Advance

If you are still trying Mike's LegacyXperia Nightly20130801 then flash the kernel which is inside the zip because it is recommended.
If you still have problems please share

What kernel inside the zip. There is only a folder for haida (that I need ) and there is 3 zips (means 3 different version of this rom and a file .img witch is kernel. You mean this?
Sorry for my bad english

CM10.1 has known wifi issues such as disconnections. If your wifi is not connecting at all, wipe everything, flash kernel and then flash rom again.

It seems to be a kernel problem because even other people are having this same problem as you can see in the thread. So, you can either use the kernel within the zip or try using Mesa kernel.

Since you have unlocked boatloader flash a custom kernel with fastboot... You will get access to recovery... Through that you can install roms... Or you can flash stock firmware through flashtool...

While connecting your phone to your pc keep the menu key on your device pressed. That will enable you to connect it in fastboot mode. After that you can flash a custom kernel with cwm through flashtool.

Hit thanks if i helped.
Btw which rom do you want gb/ics/jb. I am listing some of my personal favourites you will find them easily in the neo v development section. The steps to installation are also there in the respective roms, if you still have some problem you can first try to find the solution by reading the thread or else post your question on respective threads or pm me. Happy to help. The roms i like are
1. SJB 4.1.2
2. Mike's LegacyXperia rom CM10.1/10.2
3. DarkDefenders's rom based on LegacyXperia 4.2.2 ( Currently discontinued)
4. Ultimate HD rom (ICS)
5. Xperia Slim (GB)
These many would be enough to confuse you.

Yes install fusion 5.4 kernel it has cwm in it.
For cm10.1 use the kernel inside zip.
Look into the sticky threads you'll find how to unlock your bootloader. Do it via the official sony site. For more details on any of the roms visit respective threads.

i unlocked my bootloader and rooted, now for flashing of kernels and roms the options look like this
1. copy super jelly bean and gapps to sd card
2. flash any jb kernel for neov via fastboot.. i recommend fusion kernel 5.4 (present inside the zip file )
3.[OPTIONAL] flash stock ics .587 ftf excluding kernel and simlock.ta files..
4. boot into recovery
5.full wipes
ie :
wipe data / factory reset
wipe cache partition
wipe dalvik cache
in mounts and storage , wipe system , data and cache
6. flash Super Jelly Bean
8. only for neo (mt15i) users flash patch
7.flash gapps : use this link : Gapps For SJB
8.reboot
9.enjoy
I CANT GET THE 3RD POINT!! where can i get ics.587 ftf file??
Skip that point. Won't cause any trouble. Even if you want to, search for it in the development section. There is a thread which has all the stock firmwares. Download it from there. Turn off your phone. Move the downloaded ftf file to firmware folder in flashtool folder on your pc. Open flashtool, click on the flash/bolt icon/button. You will get two options choose flash mode. Select the ftf file and follow on screen instructions. While flashing the stock ftf uncheck the kernel and simlock files. Once the progress bar reaches 100% go ahead with other steps.
This must be looking so confusing so u can skip this.

It basically wipes the whole ROM & writes the stock system files in the ROM again. It's just like installing a fresh OS on your phone.
Cheers!

Did you tried to clean your data of Camera ? If yes make a clean flash. Wipe everything and then flash the rom.

Yes, I unlocked the bootloader.
I flashed the kernel using flashtool, after the 4.1.B.0.587.ftf flashing procedure. After this, I installed the rom.
I also installed INT2EXT4+ script to achieve more space (I have an ext4 partition in my external sdcard).
All works like a charm except the camera :S
I'll check the versions of firmware, kernel and rom again.
Thx.
