Problem in Rooting Xperia Neo V - Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo, Pro

hi.., I have been trying to root my Sony Ericsson Xperia neo V ( andriod- 4.0.4, build -4.1.B.0.431,Kernel-2.6.32.9)
by seeing the follwing threads:

than I tried with another thread also...,using one chinese software Eroot ,which also didn't worked .
while trying with Flashtool it shows the following log:
- Connected device : SonyEricson Xperia Neo V
- Installed version of busybox : N/A
- Android version : 4.0.4 / kernel version : 2.6.32.9-perf / Build number : 4.1.B.0.431
- List of connected devices (Device Id) :
- - USB\VID_0FCE&PID_6156\BX902QKXAU Driver installed : true
- - USB\VID_0FCE&PID_6156&MI_01\6&25F76CC8&0&0001 Driver installed : true
- - USB\VID_0FCE&PID_6156&MI_00\6&25F76CC8&0&0000 Driver installed : true
- List of ADB devices :
- - BX902QKXAU
- List of fastboot devices :
- - none
- Selected MT11i / 4.1.B.0.431 / Customized Central Europe 3
- Preparing files for flashing
- Please connect your device into flashmode.
- Device disconnected
- Opening device for R/W
- Start Flashing
- Processing loader
- Checking header
- Ending flash session
(& at last it gives error saying driver not installed)
please help me with this..,this is the first time I'm rooting my device with some proper steps.

Y to follow this lenghty procedure when there is "one click root" in the neo general section..
download that software and just click root..
try to do smart work rather than hard work..
n before u create a thread u do some research..

Try to Reflash the Firmware (ics/gb)..
definetly it ll work

There is 2 ways to root: unlock bootloader and lock bootloader. Which method you tried? Do You have locked or unlocked bootloader?

Try the cydia impactor. Some guys in the xperia mini pro forums reported it works, so it could work for you too

Rooting Neo V has never been a problem for me. I have done it at least 20 times with both locked and unlocked bootloader. I find this method most simple and safe, just follow the instructions in this link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1601038

1)install PC companion
2)connect your device(switched on) with usb
3)download Eroot.exe and run
4)Tap on ROOT button....
5)done... Check the mobile app menu... U will notice 'superuser' app...
6)enjoy....
