Long story short is that i bough a china tablet - an ATM 7013 (GS701b without home button)and i tried all kinds of firmware until i tried one that ****ed up my tablet.
I cant enter recovery meny or anything else , the bootscreen stucks at TSLIB CALIBRATION - press enter to skip and the touch screen doesnt work to fix it .
How can i get pass that to go to recovery again - Power and volume up - same screen.

Hi,
my Pipo M6 per wifi hangs itself while starting, i.e. he gets stuck with the loading picture. Indeed, with the Reset he restarts, however, gets stuck also again. After he gets stuck, he can be also switched off no more, except by Reset.
And I also do not come to the Recovery mode, I thought, maybe helps a new firmware. However, sometimes he registers if I hold the keys while starting low-spirited, that Android little manes with open belly and warning sign. see below.
If I hang him by USB on my Win7 pc, a wrong driver's file is installed constantly, either Samsung or HTC, so that the Flashtools register that no suitable device is connected. With the USB driver of Pipo the pc says that that is no suitable driver's file.
What can I do?
And over again for stupid ones: I come to the Recovery fashion, nevertheless, dur volume press ESC and power at the same time, or?
Please, can anybody help me?

A This is the easiest way: Do a HARDRESET
Recovery Mode (for Factory Reset):
-----------------------------------------------------------
1. [Reset] (on the backside)
2. [Power] + [Vol-]
3. green Android shows up
4. press [Vol-] + [Vol+] + [ESC] together till Menu shows up (if it's not showing up try to press it a few once more)
OR
B For advanced users: Flash the original Firmware (download from here it is a very slow download )
and use the howto which is delivered within the downoad.
Maybe you can find some usefull information here

You have to reset it so find small hole marked RESET on the back of the device and whit thin object just type reset for a few seconds and then turn on the device then wait few minutes and will be well
Binatone appstar
Hi, my neighbour has asked if i could help with this binatone appstar 7 inch tablet. They have had it for sometime now but as the kids have now got proper android tablets they have all forgotten the pin number to access the tablet.
I have tried to reset the devise by pressing a pin into the reset hole on the back, holding it there or 10 seconds then letting it boot up as normal but it still requires a pin number to go further.
I tried to enter recovery mode so i could do a factory reset/wipe but thats a no go because...
I hold down vol + & power, as the appstar boot logo appears i let go of the power, after a short while the screen changes to an android upright with a blue hexagon behind it but then in an instant that changes to an android on its back with its belly open and a red triangle and exclamation mark. After that i am unable to do anything.
Hopefully someone might beable to help with this. So thank you in advance

Hello! I don't know where i should post this since the UMI X3 device isn't on this site, so i just post it here...
I installed a custom rom, now it's bootlooping.
If i turn it on it will show the little boot splash screen, then the screen will go black and usually it would show the boot loading screen but it doesn't, it reboots again to the boot splash screen.
I tried searching on google, but none of the forum posts actually helped me.
I try to holds down the power button and the volume up button at the same time, but it will just do the same bootloop thing.
The home button is a touch button, and i actually already tried holding down on that but it didn't work.
I also tried holding power button and volume down, and i tried holding all the buttons down at once (power + volume up and down)... also no succes.
Now it used to work, i got into some chinese bootloader before i installed this rom.
So, basicly it won't get into any recovery. I did install clockworkmod recovery actually and it did work, yet i needed to launch it via mobile uncle tools to get into it. I think im totally ****ed now...
Pleace, is there ANY way to solve this problem?
Problem in a nutshell:
Boot looping splash screen, can't get into recovery mode. (PS: i also tried to connect it via USB but it won't find my phone...)

After struggling with this issue all day i found a quite simple solution.
The cause of the bootloop in my case was the simcard. So this is what i did:
1. remove simcard tray
2. Turn the phone off and on
3. If everything is ok the bootloop stopped, if not try to reboot again
4. Download mobileuncle in the playstore
5. Open the app click on; into recovery mode
6. Recovery will open and then hopefully you made a backup.Restore it and voila!
If you did not make a back try to flash the official umi ROM.
I hope this solved your problem to.

Hopefully someone can help me, my child has a Pendo Pad 7 Model no.PNDPP44QC7 with Kitkat 4.4 and it ended up with lots of malware/viruses and barely usable. This tablet only has a power button and no other buttons so I did not know how to boot into recovery mode to do factory reset and after trying reset through settings which made no difference so I gave the device ROOT access so I could try and delete the malware etc but of course i did not do any sort of backup and did not add CWM or TWRP recovery. I ended up deleting something wrong and now the device just hangs on the Pendo logo screen. I have since worked out how to boot into Recovery Mode and also Fastboot mode now but a bit too late I tried to do a wipe data/factory reset and this made no difference still hangs on Pendo logo.
I can't seem to find a CWM or TWRP image file to suit the tablet and possibly try putting tablet into fastboot mode and using ADB on computer and flash the recovery to tablet. ???
in recovery mode options i get are
apply update from ADB
apply update from sdcard
apply update from cache
wipe data/factory reset
wipe cache partition
backup user data
restore user data
but i can not seem to find any correct files to work with this tablet any help to get this tablet working again would be much appreciated Thanks

After pressing the power button and seeing the display turn on. Keep spamming the power button and a menu will pop-up on screen with boot options. Short press of the power button cycles through the options, long press selects the option.
Mine was also stuck on a boot loop, even though I had not played around with any settings or tried to root etc. I was able to revive it by going into recovery mode and doing a factory reset.
Hey OP I've got hold of the same tablet I'm working on getting a rom dump atm. Bare with me I'll try and send a link for the img. If u can get into recovery mode where u can update zip. That's good if not try and via pc. Once u have a link to the tablets boatloader, rest is history.

1. Press On/Off Switch (Power), wait for the Pendo Logo start up screen, and then press On/Off Switch (Power) twice right away.
2. Factory mode menu comes out after 10 seconds, two fingers touches panel together to move to select the one like the following picture shows (no need to understand the Chinese words, just follow through as what the picture shows)
3. Press On/Off Switch (Power) and the following picture below will show, press On/Off Switch (Power) again to proceed on Recovery Mode, and wait for system to restart.
Unfortunately, nothing still happens.
ADB will not reveal what device it is, nor will Win 10 recognise the device for it to show in Device Manager or connected devices.
Windows responds with a ding ding, but nothing shows up.
I am stuck, and any info gladly accepted.

I could get no further with mine, the same as you.
I contacted Pendo Support, and explained it would work but not boot, I even asked for the image file so I could reload it in recovery mode, however, they did not have access to it, the Chinese manufacturer had not made it available to them.
As I described it was not damaged, but simply not working, they agreed to send me a replacement, even though it was out of warranty, as really, as I said to them, it was not fit for purpose.
I had to send the old one back, but they sent me a satchel in which to do so, at no cost to me.
They sent me the new one very promptly.

I tried to upgrade a similar device to 5.x, some changes, but some options now not working I have a clone Q88H device, A33 quadcore processor 7" clone. Kernel 3.4.39, firm ware 2.1 Need to go back to 4.4.2 w latest update. Hopefully Play store will work again, as I need it. That, or change to windows version. advice pls?

Here is Jasmina stock with a tablet MID - Android, really i do everything possible to solve the problem but nothing helps I try with volume up,down+ power button i do a recovery but every time i came to reboot ,after rebooting in the centar of the screen is a little Android and thats it !!! I also tried to do power button and volume down and than happens a new recovery with a android down and eraseing......., and than back to little android in the center of the screen.
Please please help me please anyone !! I dont have any nerve to do this by myself anymore, this is going on the 4 days .....
