My phone is giving me problems for root

I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 T99L with 4.3 version.. I recently decided to try to root it (I rooted my old phone, but since this one was new i dint root it before) and its giving me headaches!
I rooted it with CF Auto Root for the same model, I followed instructions (using Odin to root), and when my phone resets, I think its KNOX or the system itself blocks SuperSU. This is another problem, I open SuperSU and the first thing it appears is ''There is no SU binary installed and SuperSU cannot install it'' and then it closes and theres a notification that SuperSU got blocked by the security thing. PLEASE HELP!
Btw: I cant find stock for t99l

If you just upgraded to 4.3, You need manually Re-root " But I Didnt upgraded to 4.3 and I still have 4.2.2, I Tried to re root again using Kingoroot Nothing works. Any Help??? :/ ( Sorry if my english was bad )
Within Philz Touch Recovery, you can reroot your system... Have you tried that?

What system version are you on and which version of CF Auto Root did you use? Do you have a custom recovery installed? If not, you should use Odin, not an app to install it. Once you have a custom recovery then you can just use that to install the SuperSU zip from Chainfire (same guy who does CF Auto Root).

hello guys i rooted my device and then i flashed a custom rom on it "Marshmellow 6.0.1" and every thing worked fine but when i tried to root my phone which is on custom rom Marshmellow but i didn't get the root permission
What i did:
I have a CF Auto Root on my pc and i flashed it on my device with odin and odin after finishing the operation it says "PASS" which that means my phone now is rooted.
But when i reboot the phone i didn't see the super user app. Also i checked the root by "Root Checker application" and it sais no root permission. What happened to my phone? please help and thanks :good:
