Recently someone had provided me a bootloader zip flashable via recovery that gave me the nexus bootloader I assume so that when the phone booted it said Google with the unlock symbol and I had the Nexus bootloader. I've been searching and can't seem to find it. Anyone have it or a link they could provide? Thanks

Here I uploaded them, they are from houstonn's rootbox thread. The jdq is 4.2 the other one is 4.3.

Apparently Voodoo OTA doesn't keep root now with the official JB update?
(I've been using my Nexus7 for a while hence why I am just now coming back to my TF201)
Now I guess it's time to unlock /re-root and flash a custom ROM.
So before I continue on with any unlocking / rooting, I want to make sure I have the correct file (http://techerrata.com/file/twrp2/tf2...1.1-tf201.blob) for my device so I don't brick it.
My Build number on my device is JR030c.US_epad-10.4.2.18-20121122
Is the above TWRP file the correct image for my build#?
Thanks all.

Your link isn't complete.
I can tell you tho that you are on the Jellybean Bootloader so get this http://techerrata.com/file/twrp2/tf201/openrecovery-twrp-2.4.1.0-tf201-JB.blob
So the TWRP build number doesn't have to match the build number of my device?
I think that is where I was getting confused..... The build number of the TWRP is just the "version number" of the TWRP file?

Yes, you want the newest version of TWRP but for the correct bootloader. You are on Jellybean bootloader so I have linked you to the newest version for that.
Thanks. Huge help. I posted this same exact question on numerous threads for the past few days and you are the first one to answer.
Appreciate it.

That's unusual that I missed it. I read most of the new threads. You must have been posting on old threads that I thought were dead.
No worries.... that's why I started a new thread in case anyone missed the new post on the older threads.
I've unlocked, attempting to install the TWRP now. If I brick it, I have a Nexus7 on standby. lol

You should be fine..
When you go into fastboot mode it will freeze on the prime screen. That is normal.
You will probably have to install universal naked drivers from the Dev section then in device manager if you have an unknown device before continuing.
I've successfully installed TWRP.
I had no freezing issues and the driver got installed by windows update (of all things?)
Running a backup now in TWRP and placing it on SDCard before I go any further.
Again, huge thanks.

The Boost Mobile version of the Galaxy s2 has an official update to Android 4.1.2 Jellybean, is it possible to modify the tar file from that update package to be compatible with our AT&T SGH-i777 models?? The upgrade tool can be gotten from Samsung's website and then can be installed on the computer, during the install process it extracts the tar file update along with other needed stuff to install to the phone through Download Mode. I really hope this is possible as I would love to have a close-to-stock version of Android 4.1.2 Jellybean for our device, any help/feedback about this would be greatly appreciated...

This is the DEVELOPMENT forum. Not Q&A. Wrong forum. Plus, why would we want to use Boost's version off their S2, when we could grab 4.1.2 from the AOSP (already done) ? That makes no sense whatsoever.

To answer your question is because our device doesn't have an official update for Android 4.1.2 Jellybean, and this would be as close as we could get with some modifications to it, is it me or does it seem like people aren't interested in the question I asked, cause it seems like people are just being negative about it...

Hello, I have a Galaxy S4 developers edition stock with version 4.2.2. I have never rooted it or changed the ROM in any way. Yet for some reason I have yet to get a single update from Verizon or Samsung ... Everything I am reading says I should have 4.4 by now .. At least 4.3... Is there a reason why I am not getting update.
Thank you.

Developers Editions don't receive updates. I guess they assume that anyone with a Dev Edition will ROM it.
Hello silver7x,
I noticed your post saying that you have a Dev s4. As you may know there are people trying to unlock the bootloader for the retail version of the s4. Would you be willing to take 5-10 minutes to help them out by sending a copy of your aboot to: Surge1223 ?
We would all greatly appreciate your help. If you need help figuring out how to do so, check out his thread for unlocking the bootloader. Or send him a PM labeled "S4 Dev aboot"
Thank you!

I would be more than happy to help in any way I can. I will look at the process tonight and see how to extract the information and send it.
With regards to my original question, How does one with a developers edition phone get a stock copy of Samsung's 4.4.2
Thanks

There's no Stock KitKat ROM for the Verizon phone at the moment. You'll have to wait until VZ releases 4.4.2.

You have a Developer Edition S4, you can flash just about any ROM you want on it...it has an unlocked bootloader. Not sure what recovery you have, but you'll need a custom recovery like TWRP (I recommend 2.5.0.2) or PhilZ. Either one of those can be found in this forum. The one thing you don't want to do is take an Over The Air Update from Verizon...or anywhere else for that matter. Your in good shape for flashing just about anything as long as you don't change/replace your bootloader. I haven't seen any ROMs on this forum that touches the bootloader. There are a number of good ROMs available. Just follow the Developer's installation instructions. If you're looking for a really good TW ROM I recommend trying Eclipse 3.0.

Here is a good thread for you to read. It probably answers a lot of your questions: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2578569
Just keep in mind there is no factory image for the dev edition Gs4, (each developer edition device supposedly has a slightly different aboot) this is why no ota updates from big red.
I dont know how to do it but get some advice on how to back up your factory firmware before going to far. If this is even possible without a custom recovery????
Don't make the mistake I made and get a soft brick and have to flash a consumer version of mdk. My bootloader is now locked but at least I am still mdk with custom recovery and flashing capability.

Hi guys,
Just as the title says, I am looking for a Stock Rooted Deodexed 12B ROM (like the one Beanstown106 made for the 11C update) and New Radios with rom or as separate zip if possible. Does anyone know if there is a Dev already working on this?
Thanks any help is appreciated.

Hard to say. If you don't see one in the dev forums, then I'd say no. Most are working on LP now that KK has run it's course.

Completely understandable I just was hoping someone would release a very basic stockish rom I could use to upgrade before I went to a LP rom. And also to get the new radios.

And, as far as the radio's go, you can obviously just manually flash those. Radio's (modem.img) are included as individual downloadable .zips in the jasmine rom thread I know, great place to get them and a super easy way to update that before going to AOSP.
