( and stock rom= original rom )?
NO stock in both cases means Samsung rom/kernel .
Original may be modified /branded by the network/vendor .
2-why for change stock with insecure stock ( for root) in odin we should checked F. Reset Time ? can we dont tick it to doesnt reset phone?
Follow instructions is the method >> But ODIN always opens with that box ticked unless user unticks .
3-when we use insecure kernel and root and install original kernel ( too hide yellow triangle) can samsung kies say me my phone has new firmware? or after root kies cant recognition new firmware for my phone?
You no longer have matching codes .
4-how can i back up my kernel ?
CWM from rooted phone backup rom . You can then extract the kernel if required . ( kernel is only a part of the firmware and is not the full firmware )
Pointless backing up a kernel backup firmware includes kernel
5-after install new rom should we reset factory
YES/No really depends upon instructions with that rom .

REALLY thank u JJE i get happy i find a person that answer me and if i have a question im not alone!
in Q3 i asked can kies recongnice new rom for rooted phone ? or not.. but i cant get mean of ur answer
Answer is either yes it will or no it will not.
Depends upon what you install as a custom non standard rom .
KIES updates original roms thats its job >>> other roms stock roms it may or it may not update . No update you use ODIN as usual .
KIES supplies firmware but you may have a long wait for the most uptodate firmware for your phone .
Via XDA and ODIN we have firmware before it is sent to Kies .

and some question again

For Android OS, we call firmwares ROMs.
Maybe you should try to install a custom ROM that fits you best, and with more features.
First you have to root your phone using these links from my sig:
Follow the instructions from Intratech's post, and use the insecure kernel from the InsecureXWKDD link
XWKDD Insecure & Odin3: http://tinyurl.com/InsecureXWKDD
Then choose a ROM from this selection of ROMs:

I recommend MIUI, Criskelo ROM, Lite'ning ROM, CheckROM or SensatioN ROM.

Changing from aosp rom to stock touchwiz

Hello all, so right now im on slimbean 4.3 rom and was considering returning to stock 4.3 (mk6) jellybean update. I've read around the threads that there are rom which are prerooted and deodexed and can be flashed in cwm, but im not so sure about the modem part, as ive never changed my modem since purchasing the phone.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2569180
Can anyone advice me about this and what should i do? When i check my about phone it is i9300XXEMA5
Also if i flash a custom stock rom like this one
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2541054
Do I have to change the modem?
You need to read the faqs and guides .
You need to read the custom rom description regarding modems some include a modem .
The rom you linked to says almost at the top of its introduction .
<<<<<(this flashes the MK6 modem(EFS V2) and the new version does not include an option to backup.) >>>>
It flashes a new modem .
so if it gives several options for modems in aroma installer, which one should i choose?
