Hi there, I'm a new User and two months ago I flashed a wrong ROM, because flash didn't work, I used a Star S5 one instead of a X920Butterfly one. So I tried this guide http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2294977 but my PC do not recognises phone, I Have Upgraded Windows 7 to Windows 8 so I don't now how I can re-install drivers, Please help me.

Hello,
I have 2 Samsung Gio's, they both where simlocked 2 Vodafone NL, I unlocked this phones with the following Methode.

This worked just fine for 1 of the 2 phone's the other one got Bricked ..
Now I wanna flash a new rom, but non of the both wanna connect to Odin, not the bricked one and not the working one.
I installed odin, downloaded more custom roms, but also non of them worked, When i put the Gio in Downloading modes, odin wont get a port.
I also tried it on multible computers, and laptops.
System
AMD QuadCore
Windows 7 64 Bitt
What Am i Doing wrong or what can I try ? Is there another methode than Odin ?

The bricked one needs to visit a service center. There's now a method using bml5 that has not bricked any phones, it's been known for a few weeks. I've PM'ed StoneBoyTony about adding some info on this.

That's probably your problem right there. Odin is fickle with regards to drivers and software installed. Is Kies still running?

I own a ZTE V967S, my first Android Mobile. Now I have some trouble with the phone, by mistake I deleted the file: com. android.phone. Now the phone doesn`t find my sim-card and so I have no adressbook and can`t dial any number.
I have tryed a lot of different Android Versions (all MaxFlavour and MIUI) but the problem is still the same, the phone can`t find my Simcard..........
Can anybody help me?

You got to flash a new firmware for your phone. Google for it & flash it..

Size may vary frm 100 mb to 250 mb..

Hi im new on this website and making roots or flashing... i have an Samsung Galaxy Note 5 SM-N920W8 From CLARO Company and i want to make a root... i already have Odin 3.10.7 and ( SpaceX-Kernel-v0.1_N920W8(official).tar ) and the usb drivers installed... i din't do it get because im afraid if will not work and lost the cellphone... please help :crying:
hi. i have flashed my lenovo k52e78 (chinese phone) phone and in the middle of flash sp flashtool just failed flash. after that phone didn't turn on then i downloaded costom rom and installed then there was no imei and my sim is not working i was trying a lot of thinks but they didn't work. please can anyone help me? p.s. i didn't make a backup... and sorry for my english.
