Hey all!
So I have created this thread : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2124972 a while ago in Note 10.1 forum.
But exactly the same thing can be said about LG G2 if you replace "samsung" word by "LG" and "Note 10.1" by "G2".
Anyone can help?!?
PS: Others have done it for other phones and somebody might be able to do it for us.

Ok, so I have the LG Optimus T while my friend has the LG Optimus S, on her phone the Swype is a higher version of mine, while trying to update it, I messed mine up and want to bring it either back to the way it was or to the latest version. On here I found some people talking about it but I'm still new to the whole modding of mobile phones, is there someone that can help me by giving me a step-by-step idiot walkthough? I would be very appreciative. thank you

I would try your cell phone's manufactures site or swype's site.
I didn't think there was much of a chance for the OG to get the 4.2.2 update, but then I saw this rather dated article from March. I searched the forums and found nothing related to this, so if it's a dupe, my apologies.
What do you guys think?

Did you mean to post this in the Optimus G (e970) forum?
Wrong forum-this is the Optimus G Pro.
Sorry guys.
I am curious about the OGP's potential for an upgrade as well though. I had Dashclock on my S4 and really enjoyed it.
I hope we'll have an update
Thread Closed since you have the same Topic posted here already, Thanks.
I just recently (3 days ago) got a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1", Love it. I was just googleing info about it, found a site that referred to http://www.clockworkmod.com/rommanager saying that there is an "Official" release for this tablet for 6.0.3.1. I'm just wondering if anyone knows if this would work with the GT-N8013 model of the tablet? I'm a bit afraid to straight up test it out, and straight up bricking it.

This is the tab 1 10.1 forum buddy... There are two forum's for you're device.. ( depending on it's release date )..You should be at the right forum reading the sticky's until you understand how to flash a recovery/rom/kernel/modem correctly..
Here is a link to a how to for the note 10.1 ( released before 2014 ).. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2102677 ...
sorry about that. I guess I had a brain fart and just saw the galaxy 10.1 part and thought this was it.

Hello everyone.
I was recommended to check these forums so I decided to create an account.
I have had my LG V10 for almost three weeks now and I love it. I have the T-Mobile version. I came from iPhone and I always had my phone jailbroken. I wish to root my LG V10 for more freedom and to get rid of those pesky ads.
Can someone link me to a guide that will assist me in rooting my T-Mobile LG V10? I haven't been able to find anything anywhere else. Also, I would love to know what can I do or what are the things that people recommend to do after the phone is rooted.
Again, it is my first time on Android so help me out, please.
Thanks!
Sincerely,
Mrs Ana.

Thanks for that.
I apologize for being new. I clearly do not understand what is being said there lol. I know what rooting is but I don't know how to follow the directions and in what order.
Can you please tell me what I have to do first? If there is a step-by-step guide, that would be awesome. I am trying to root my T-Mobile LG V10.
Thanks and again, sorry. I just do not want to mess it up.
I think you're going to have to do some googling and reading about adb first if you aren't already familiar with it.
I'm no expert. Still running stock here and havent rooted a phone since my original HTC g1 and HTC g2.
Sent from my pretty nifty brand new LG V10
Not sure if you have seen it yet but at the bottom of the LG-V10 posts there is a T-Mobile LG-V10 link you might look in there that may help you out also good luck and keep asking questions no question is to dumb.
