I was trying to unroot my HTC One by relocking the bootloader then through SuperSU, However, I don't have TWRP anymore and I don't want to unlock the bootloader again with some form of recovery. (I have S-On)
Any suggestions to get recovery back?

So you unrooted it with a custom recovery and then relocked your boot loader? Or did you just have root. Are you trying to reroot?

the only way to install recovery is by unlocking the bootloader, no way around it

So when I unlock the bootloader again, I would have to flash TWRP/CWM, then flash a ROM in order to get an OS back?
That's it

1) No. but if you have a custom rom or recovery, device will not boot.
2) No!! People have bricked devices in the past trying to OTA with an unlocked bootloader.

What exactly are the steps to get OTA updates again? I now have it unlocked and rooted (therefore different boot.img as far as I know?).
Steps back:
1) Relock bootloader
2) Push original boot.img via adb
3) install original RUU
Is that correct?
Thanks!
Your ok just relocking bootloader, then flashing a stock ruu from fastboot. It will overwrite custom kernel.

How do I unroot my phone and completely go back to stock. I want to unroot my phone, then root again because when I download a rom it won't go straight to my SD card, when I'm in recovery mode.
relock bootloader and install RUU

I have a rooted HTC One with a locked bootloader that I would like to unroot back to stock. I had TWRP as a custom recovery before I relocked the bootloader, but cannot use that now because of my locked bootloader. If I unlock the bootloader again, would I have any form of recovery or a ROM?

I think you will find more help at the TWRP tread

I flashed the stock recovery then applied the update for kitkat
All works well except i now have no root access. Streaming apps tell me the phone is rooted but apps that require root say it is not rooted.
I still have S-OFF but the phone is locked. how can I get root access? I cannot install a recovery because the phone is locked but I cannot unlock it as I do not have root in ADB shell.
Its a catch 22 and the only way I think i can fix t would to be to use HTC to unlock the device again and wipe all my data..
Please help

If s off.... Simply boot phone to fastboot and flash the custom recovery of your choosing from there. Then in your custom recovery flash the latest supersu.Zip
That's it.
No that didnt work because even if S=OFF you still cant flash if the bootloader is locked, i bit the bullet and used HTCdev again, phone is now wiped but was finally able to install recovery and root

I think he meant he couldn't fastboot flash it, which cannot be done if the bootloader is locked. But yeah could have used the RUU mode. Pays to research things

Lol... They both take fastboot commands. ☺
Alternatively the zip could have been placed on his SD card and loaded from hboot.
I had my bootloader unlocked and s-off. Long story short, I soft bricked my phone because I was having issues flashing CM11 (don't ask...you can if you want) and had to re-lock the bootloader to flash an RUU to get the phone functioning again.
I am still S-off, but when I went to flash a custom recovery (TWRP), I keep getting errors.
Do I need to "Re-Unlock" my bootloader to install a TWRP and flash the CM11 ROM?
If I do, how do I "Re-Unlock"?
If I don't, how can I flash a custom recovery and CM11 with a Re-Locked bootloader and S-Off?
I did search, but couldn't find a definitive answer...
Thanks in advance for your expertise.
You need a unlocked bootloader to flash a custom recovery. I suggest using the script found here.
