Not new to Android but new to carrier phones. I've been on Nexus devices the past few years and my Galaxy Nexus died in my hands last week. I picked up the One and I love it but I don't know which forum to start with. This is basically a Q&A but I think more than just me are wondering which forum to use. What do I need to know to start my flashing problem?

I have read thru the whole thread and did not see anything on the details of what was in the OTA, so I asked the question.

Also not interested in technical alternatives like flashing or support tool or suite they don't work for me . please answer because I won't stop posting the same thread over and over again until you do. Blame is on you so called geeks
