I was trying to put the RemICS- JB 5.8 on my Gt'i9003 but when i enter the clockwork mode and try to install a zip from the sd card I get a message whic says thht they can't mount the sd card. What should i do?

I have backup recoverys on my sd card, im trying to mount to it with clockworkmod and it says i cannot mount it.
I just installed the ICS rom, and im trying to recovery my old on. in the files on the phone it says i have a bunch of backups but it cant find them.. Please help me
hook your phone to pc copy your recovery file to internal memory and it will b there in recovery. some roms mount internal as primary is all. there are ways to mount the other but since your going to a different rom its an easier fix.
When my friend tries to enter recovery and flash a zip from sd card it says Failure: can't mount sd card. Any ideas?

But after installing the CWM when i am accessing the recovery mode and trying to zip from the sd card itis giving error.

failed to mount internal SD card ( if i am trying to use internal SD card)
My SD card is working fine.

I stupid did formatted my /data and /system on my prime.
It is now completely empty, i can get normally into recovery mode but cannot install any software at all.....
When i try install install from sd card it says simply: 'no files found'
I got an external SD inserted but this is not reqonized by fastboot recovery.
When i go to 'mounts and formats' the /sdcard /data etc is not mounted, when i use 'mount sd card' nothing happens, mostlikely because all is formated and there is no /sdcard found.
I booted into USB mode and uplaoded a CW rom into the drive which is mounted on my pc, created a folder called sdcard and place in there the CW mod, try to install it bu no succes. It simply does not see my sd card.
Tried: adb pusk cm.xxxxx.xip /sdcard, but get an error: closed
Simply i cannot install anything.
My question is:
- how do i access the external SD card where my rom is located to install?
- how can i recover the prime so i can use it again?
