If you Google "how to install cyanogenmod on xperia tablet z WiFi" you should be able to see the official cm wiki guide for it, that's what I used.

a few days ago i searched the cm-wiki for a guide to install cm 10.2 on xtz and there was no guide linked at this site http://wiki.cyanogenmod.org/w/Pollux_windy_Info - there was an empty site, but now ..... - thx.
this is not the install-guide, this is a guide to build my own cm from source code. i only want to install the stable 10.2.

That is installing using CWM. You probably didn't read everything lol
yes, you're right, sorry for that.
i'm unsure about some points.
first i extract the boot.img from zip and flash the boot.img using fastboot. then i install cm from zip. the zip is stored on the sdcard. but the boot.img is a part the zip. do i need to remove the boot.img from zip befor place the zip to sdcard?
No, you do not need to remove boot.img from zip ☺

Hi I find on web cwm 6.0.4.5 touch for our device.
To install, flash it as a normal zip file and after reboot recovery to use it. You can also install it through Flashify.
I've already test it with CM 11, CM 10.2 etc, MIUI and other rom and and it workes and flashes perfectly
THE BEST REWARD IS THE THANKS BUTTON :good:

STEPS:
1- Install PhilZ Touch Recovery OR any CWM Recovery which is 6.0.5.0+ (needs HW TLS support).
->You can find compatible PhilZ Touch Recovery here (Use PhilZ Touch v6.57.2 for cm11 as I said on the thread linked below).
madteam.co/forum/index.php?topic=6338.0
->You can find latest compatible CWM recovery on the official thread linked at the end of this post.
2- Download the CM11 ROM file (.zip file) from here:
http://jenkins.androidarmv6.org/job/cm-ota/ (carefully read instructions on that page)
3- Now reboot to recovery and install the CM11 zip file which you just downloaded.
4- After installing that zip (or before installing - your wish...the order doesn't matter), make a data wipe (Wipe Data / Factory Reset).
5- Optionally, install gapps. You can find compatible gapps for cm11 here:
madteam.co/forum/index.php?topic=6285.0
First boot may take up to 5-10 minutes. You'll regularly (weekly for NIGHTLIES and monthly for RCs) get updates and you can update by following instructions given on that JENKINS page (which I linked to download CM11 ROM file).
-----> For more detailed info and to know about latest updates happening in androidarmv6's cm11 project, Go through the official thread:
http://madteam.co/forum/index.php?topic=5883.0
NOTE: I WOULD RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO FOLLOW THE OFFICIAL THREAD (linked above) TO KEEP IN PACE WITH LATEST UPDATES GOING ON IN ANDROIDARMV6 PROJECT. INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS ARE ALSO MENTIONED THERE, I WOULD RECOMMEND TO FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THAT THREAD IF MY POST SEEMS OUTDATED AND MY METHOD FAILS (in case I haven't updated my thread for latest updates happening in the project).
I've kept this post short and simple (I only mentioned necessary steps in short) . So if you have any doubts installing cm11 (KitKat 4.4.x), feel free to ask here.

Sorry, my mistake. I forgot to update this thread for latest changes in cm11 project (androidarmv6-cm11). I've updated my first post with new install instructions. They'll work now but I can't guaranty that they'll work in future if I don't update my thread for any major changes in cm11 project like: kernel 3 integration. I'll recommend you & all others to follow the official thread if my instructions fail.
NOTE: Please read my NOTE on first post to be safe in future.

I made a post in the Android Development Thread. Check there.
Hi guys!
I have just compiled Android AOSP Lollipop 5.0.0_r2 from Google latest sources and want to share with you.
No changes from me, super clean build. Keep in mind it's built with older preview binaries like all other ROMs.
Download flashable ZIP:
http://bit.ly/LRX21M
Instruction:
1.Boot into recovery
2.Flash attached zip
3.Flash GAPPS
4.Reboot and ejnoy!
Download IMG files:
http://bit.ly/LRX21M-IMG
Instruction:
1.Unpack files in android developer tools/platform-tools (where is your fastboot.exe placed)
2.Boot into bootloader
3.Run flash-all.bat file
4.Done! Enjoy!
For GAPPS flash TWRP recovery and correct zip file
Suggested GAPPS: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0LnTbgUOuxYTk5VS0tmbENqQzA/view

It's built a bit later, didn't check it really, maybe it cointains more changes. But even now there are few new commits in AOSP, not included yet in any ROM.

Woops! wrong thread
What is the difference between the lollipop binaries and offical binaries? Like functionaily wise
Does this contain SuperSU, or do I need to flash after install?
Whenever I try to flash, it tells me that there is no OS installed when I try to reboot.
NO OS install like another L thread.
Deleted
Sorry op for posting link
Worked for me. I flashed a factory image of kitkat, then factory reset, then flashed twrp recovery, and then flashed this zip with the gapps for lollipop hosted by cyanogen.
Got root by flashing supersu's modded kernel and then supersu update zip.
All apps were automatically backed up after boot, but there is one strange thing:
Google play keeps telling me Google plus is incompatible. Is this something wrong with the Rom? Or lollipop? Or something else??

Just updated drivers really. There currently aren't any lollipop binaries that are available. Unless you can pull them from the current preview. However, you can use the preview binaries or the 4.4.4 ones until the new ones drop. I used the preview ones, but haven't been able to flash it yet.

Thanks for informations, happy that is working for you. I know, tutorial is a bit short
If you have CWM, then you just backup whole rom, and then youre good. That zip overwrites only recovery partition

Good job, I think it would be great if you gave link to the source code you used to build it in the OP. I think it's required by Original Development section to include the source?

TWPR is working perfectly whit pa
Do you plan to make an update to current version?
I can update it for you if you want. I don't have the device though so I need a good english talker to give me some info about the device.
EDIT: I ported latest TWRP for your device. Need someone who can test it and tell me if it's good. Do not worry worse it can happen is not boot. No hard-brick dangers.
Sorry for long silence everyone, now isnt need for update. So maybe latter or if someone find bugs in my build.
Can I install future builds by Varcain with this? Or I'd have to install the new CWM?
I think that it will work with new builds...
Sent from my LG-D605 using XDA Free mobile app
Does it (TWRP) have Loki integrated like CWM? If no then it won't work - unless you lokify the boot.img inside zip manually. I am switching to new release method and it also depends on recovery being able to Lokify the boot.img when needed.
Thanks, you need to patch that boot.img. I was thinking that every roms would be already patched before compresion.
Sent from my LG-D605 using XDA Free mobile app
I will be thankful for pushing code at github, so we can stay up to date. If you decide to not publish your updates, I can reinvent wheel and make some ugly hack, that do same work in TWRP.

I haven't used the Gapps from cyanogenmod.org which is listed on that [ROM][5.1.1][I9100] CyanogenMod 12.1 but I am using that rom.
I have downloaded gapps from http://opengapps.github.io/opengapps/ using pico which is the stripped version of gapps just click Variant to see what each version has.
And I have flashed using CWM and haven't had a problem installed first time.
But the one from cyanogenmod.org should be working as well.
Also you did download the arm version for 12.1
Using the same ROM, working great. You need to find gapps that will work for you, it just needs to be for same android version, and in my case the smaller gapps are, they work better. Try to find "gapps-L-4-21-15.zip" they are working for me.
I'm using the one's found over at cyanogenmod.org.
Run a search over at that website for 'Gapps' you should be redirected straight to the relevant page.
May your /system partition is totally full. Seems to be unlikely, but if nothing helps, formatting /system is worth a try. Or simply check out the free space of the /system partition at your file manager. I recommend to use pico gapps.
