Those apps looks like they are installed on SD card. If not go to SETTINGS> apps to uninstall them manually.
Then reboot your phone
Swyped from my Samsung Galaxy SII
nop , they are preinstalled games BB revolution and roller rev 99 I think , of course they are phone memory
I do not have uninstall button for them in task manager because they are system protected files

So tell me what you did. Did you freeze them using titanium backup? What's your ROM details?
Swyped from my Samsung Galaxy SII
deleted the apks with root explorer
I have stock rom .I9100BVLPB
Reboot to recovery and wipe cache. I had same problem as you. If cleaning cache won't help then only factory reset, at least that's what I needed to do to fix it for good. Might be also corrupted SD card, so you may try to format it before ultimate solution of reset.
Also you can try SD Maid app.
Odoslané z GT-I9100 cez Tapatalk 2
wipe cache did not remove the shortcuts , I guess it will have to wait untill my operator decides to release 4.0.4 then I'll give it a factory reset.
what about the phone format?
Have you tried SD Maid?
thx mate , SD maid did the job !
galaxy s2 ghost app icon removal
I know this is late, but if you have moved an app to your sd card this happens sometimes. Move it back to the phone and the ghost goes away. You may have to reboot but not restore to factory default. I have the s2 and so does my wife i get to fix problems like this. It is easy.
I am having the same problem.
But I had programs installed on my device, and then one day noticed that they were "ghosts". Happened once when an "update" occured! Gonna try SD Maid. Nothing has worked so far.
==
OK. Maybe I'm not as geeky as I hoped, but I see a ton of files, but not sure how to identify the "ghosts." Can you please let me know how you were able to identify them?
Install Appzorter from the Play Store. It will sort your apps how you like it, and these scary ghosts will disappear (at least for me it worked...).

Thank you. I ran that and all the "ghosts" finally disappeared. Just what I was looking for!!!!!!
After receiving the last update from google wallet, i have continues error says "REQUEST FAILED" when i try to readd my credits that it were working very well before the update. I did rest my account and even disabled then enabled it, but still get the same error. Any idea how to fix this problem?

Clear cache and data from apps in settings.
Wait....maybe since the prepaid card is discontinued? Try adding a debit card or prepaid MasterCard? Idk, have it linked to my bank card and it works great.

Thanks Anthonicia, unfortunately that way didn't work too. I'm trying to add my bank credits and all of them are visa. I never had any problem with Google wallet until the last update. It used to work like a charm before that stupid update.

Did u make a backup of the old gwallet in Titanium Backup? Uninstall new version and install previous version that worked.
Also, try over WiFi or network, whichever u aren't using. Remember my visa card not wanting to be added over 3g, had to use WiFi. Good luck

Unfortunately, i don't have titanium backup installed because it needs root privilege and i'm not rooted. I tried all methods over wifi and over 3g still don't wanna work. i was planing to do a factory rest but i will wait a little bit until i root and get s-off on my phone. Hopefully that error get fixed after that.

Have u tried uninstalling updates in apps for gwallet? Then just download the old version off google somewhere. Maybe try the modaco version. It does away with certain checks that make it more friendly.

Hey i also have this phone, bought from China from a friend, about a month ago. It is really exactly the same as the real thing apart from the logo on the back isn't similar at all. Apart from that looks identical. I has the iOS skin, and every application works just fine. The only prob i have so far is with the gps which cannot locate although i have tried multiple times on different map and navigation programms(did you have any problem with the gps or is just me?)
About the dual bout you ask i think it's not possible on this model and possibly not on the new model. You have 2 options about the android or iOS look but i don't think it's still possible as far as i have searched it.
With google play also no progress, didn't make it, if you know the solution please help me a bit. Thanks!

Zophone i5 - Mobile Network Unavailable - however, Net10 sims recognized
Hello,
I haven't been able to find any info on this subject, so I hope that someone out there can help. I recently received my Zophone i5 - of course it's awesome looking and everything seemed to be working fine. When I first cut the phone on - an install happened - didn't get a great look at the fine print. Once the phone came back on - I saw the iOs interface, etc. I was able to change the language setting to English. My problem comes with picking up a signal/connecting to my network. I have Net10, the phone recognizes the sims, however after inputting the APN settings (from their site and others) I have yet to have any luck, Mobile Network Unavailable. I've called and rep said they can see the sims is activated, everything looks fine on their end, but until the phone picks up the network I can't get a number (no calls, sms). Wifi works fine, so I can get online. I tried straight talk sims first and the same issue occured. If I Root the phone do you think that this could fix the issue I am having? My Umi X1 - works fine with straight talk service, so I figured this one would work with ease as well. Any help would be awesome. I really like the phone and want to utilize it as soon as possible. Much thanks.

I have bought the nano zophone i5, How can I download and use google play? I think it is already rooted because it has superSU pre-installed.
I don't know what to do. Therefore, the phone read my sim and I can call and send text messages but lot of times I miss the data net and I cannot use whatsapp or viber or whatever.

Hi mate,
You have to download snap-pea, you can find it in the web easily, then you have to connect the device with it, you won't be able to download apps from google play because you have not linked the device with a google play account (Im working on it) so you must use 1mobile market, just look for the app you want and click on install, thats it, you can also install this market in the phone and download from it, you should install aptoide also.
By the way, I have the new nano sim version, I don't know how to switch and there is not any dual interface neither options in order to select any system, so I keep on looking for how to link my zophone with my google account.
When I get it I post it, promisse.

You can install the unreleased global update that was supposed to be officially released but never was. I am still running it on my rezound and it works perfectly. You do not have to be s-off to flash it either. Just grab the link at the bottom, download the zip. Rename it to PH98IMG.zip. Place it on the root of your sd card (the area of your sd card that is not inside any folders). Once the file is on your sd card PLEASE verify the md5 sum by comparing it to the md5 provided on my download link. If you dont know how to verify md5, just do a google search for something like MD5 windows, OSX, linux whichever OS you have on your computer. Once you have verified md5 pull the battery on your phone. Put the battery back in and boot into hboot. Once your phone boots into hboot use the volume buttons to scroll up and down till you have 'bootloader' highlighted. Once highlighted press the power button. This will cause your rezound to scan your sd card and it will find the file you put there. From there just simply follow the prompts to update. When finished you'll reboot into a fresh and clean updated GLOBAL version
Now, once you have set up your phone again, please connect your phone to your computer once again and mount the sd card. Remove the PH98IMG.zip.
Keep in mind, doing this procedure is not safe and will wipe app and personal data on your phone. Your internal and external sd cards will be safe though. I would still recommend backing everything up to your computer first though, as they say....just in case
Here is the file, have fun.

Yes that update works great, except in GSM mode your GPS will stop working after a while and you need to reboot. Somehow the standalone gps is software locked to the CDMA setting even if you have no SIM in the phone at all.

what carrier do you have it on? and is 3g or hspda or lte working? and i am going to install global leak... did you do anything else
I have it on Tmobile with the global leak. Everything works (text sending/receiving, and data), but you will only get 2G (Edge) until Tmobile updates its towers to LTE.
(Edge is fine for me, so I am not complaining).
The only annoyances are you will get a lockscreen message "SIM from unknown source" (which you can ignore, but it is annoying after a while) and your gps will work for a little bit while on GSM setting (if you switch to CDMA even with a tmobile sim inside it works, surprisingly. So that would be your only workaround for long trips).
You can probably root and remove the HTC lockscreen, or install GoLocker from the market to deal with the SIM message ... but there is no good solution for the GPS on GSM setting (you can try tweaking the gps.conf, but it will not get you too far)

Thanks I will be moving to denver in about a month or so after getting my tax return. I may but it on tmobile unless someone else has another idea. I am open to ideas... Net10, verizon prepaid, cricket?
We have tMobile coverage here everywhere. I am on a prepaid plan, sometimes I switch it to data (for $2 per day of use), and sometime I keep it data-less. They also have a plan for $30/mo unlimited data

I couldn't leave well enough alone. I am in Europe, using a Verizon Motorola Droid, which was working (although at each boot would say 'unknown SIM - press ok, then it worked). I rooted the phone, installed Titanium, backed everything up and then started playing. I froze a load of bloatware - everything fine. I then downloaded Greenify and hibernated apps I didn't use. It was great. I should have stopped. I didn't. I downloaded Xposed framework, and then the Gravitybox module. Whoops. My phone took on a life of its own. First, my 'phone' (dialler) and 'people' (contacts) icons said 'app isn't installed' when they were clicked. I restored my Titanium backup. No change. I unfroze all the Titantium apps. No changed. I then rebooted, and the phone and contacts icons completely disappeared, as well as my wallpapers and ringtone, to something that my phone couldn't identify. I uninstalled Gravitybox and rebooted. Now the phone no longer connects to the cell phone signal either. I'm sunk, and really need some idea of what to do. Please.......Is there any way of just getting this phone back to some kind of workable order?
Try re-flashing the gapps for your android version. I think Android 4.2.2. And always remember: Make backups. Systembackups with Safestrap for example.

Thanks. I'm on 4.1.2. I have been trying to find instructions and/or a link regarding just reflashing the whole phone to the stock version, but can't find any. Would you know of one? I am a total noob (as evidenced by my thread) - so I am wondering - if I downloaded one of the other systems, like Liquid Smooth or whatever, does that also flash the phone where all the system files are new, or does it build upon the kernel which I appear to have screwed up??
Google should find a flashable Gapps.zip file. If nothing works, look into the firmwares super thread for stock roms or install cyanogenmod.
My mystery is somewhat solved - the upshot being don't leave a rooted phone around a young fella who is just starting to play with computers, as my son has been 'uninstalling' various files on my phone - the effect of which, of course, didn't come into effect until I rebooted, having downloaded Gravity Box. I have been able to find and restore 'People' and 'Phone' through my Titanium back-up. However, my phone is still not seeing my sim - another file that has been uninstalled, I imagine. I would hope that perhaps someone knows the name of the file that allows the phone to see the sim, rather than me having to uninstall all the files. My son says he only uninstalled about 5 files, but does not remember the names. Not a developer in the making!
I also have the problem with the recovery menu, where I cannot boot into it. Would an uninstalled file cause this? I downloaded Clockworkmod recovery, only to be then told that it does not support the Motorola Razr 'Spyder'. Are there any other options? And is the XT912 considered the 'Razr Spyder or is it one of the Droid options?? Thanks for any help you can give.
