Hi Guys,
So this is my first thread here and I'd like to ask something related with my devices, the bootloop
Details :
This morning I changed my system font, and it said to reboot, so I reboot from the pop up menu and here things goes wrong,it keep rebooting by itself, I tried to search and reinsert the battery, but it stay the same, after that I wipe dalvik-cache from CWM, reboot fix, and then reboot. The result is still the same, then I did factory data reset, and it still stay the same.
Now, I'm complete noob here, I've read this and can't understand 75% written on it, please give me a solution for this !
Another Details :
The font is Segoe UIL (Light) taken directly from my PC (Windows 8), is it what causing the problem ? I use the Font Changer FULL to change the font
Help ???
EDIT: SOLVED

I've searched around the forums and so far, most of the results were people having trouble with their phone getting stuck in recovery/boot/download mode.
My phone, however, is stuck in the call mode where the keypad takes up most of the screen. Everything else is working fine with the phone, as I can see unread text messages and other programs that running and notifying me of updates in the background. Wifi and data work fine as well.
The problem is, I can't get out of the call keypad mode and into my home screen with all my apps. I've tried restarting, turning it on/off, taking out the battery, and charging it via USB to the computer. Nothing is working! Please help :crying:
Clear data on phone & if that doesn't work maybe try a factory reset ?
Do the following steps below:
- Boot to CWM recovery
- wipe cache partition
- wipe dalvik cache (under advanced)
- fix permissions (under advanced)
- reboot system now
This issue sounds familiar......like a launcher problem. I have 3 fixes:
Clear data of your launcher
or download another launcher, by trying to get to your play store app by universal search or from the playstore on the pc
if strangely none of the above works, flash another rom or reflash your rom if you like it that much
Note that this message should have been the 1st, cause if im right the two solutions you recieved above should work. The problem is if your running stock ics 4.0.4, you may end up with the emmc brick bug if you use recovery or do a factory reset. We dont know what your using since you never told us.
I was trying to insert some kind ROM in my phone, but it didn't turned out well but rather deleted my system.ui :crying:
After reset factory and wipe cache done in my phone I noticed that my phone is not showing anything on the status bar (although I'm receiving a sort of text message), except for the default icons only, and I learned that wipe dalvik cache is not even showing in the default CWM of the phone (wipping the dalvik cache is a requirement in installing an update ROM, right? what I've read to instructions from a blog) and note that I haven't yet Flashed my phone because there's no blog that really give a great tut about how to really use ADB, MKT, Odin thingy so i really dunno how to fix this one, :crying:
And now, I'm really struggling to make my status bar get back again, CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME!!!?
(I'm a newbiee to this kind of topics, so please explain well if any reply to be made )
Hi, I have a strange problem with my Xerpia Z2..
After flashing a cyanogen mod to test it out.. it`s not possible for me to get a working generic Android system anymore.
The smartphone stuck in a caint of "bootloop" or, if it start android at last, it reboots after a short while automaticly.
The bootloop is like this:
Screen: Shows 10 sec. sony-logo -> than 2 sec. black screen -> than 5 sec. sony-logo -> than it starts from beginning..
The bootloop-lenght varied until it starts finally into android.. sometime it doesn`t come to that point, and it reboots for a very long period (until I get annoyed and shut it down)
I have trying the following things to solve that issue:
- Flashing several stockroms wirh flashtool (D6503_17.1.2.A.0.314_Generic DE.ftf / D6503_23.0.1.A.0.167_Customized DE.ftf)
- trying to reset the hole phone with the xperia "emma" tool
- trying to reset the hole phone with the pc companion software
.. in my opinion, the problem could be find in the bootloader/recovery.. I don`t think it`s a hardware issue, because cyanogen mod is still runs without problems. Maybe some cyanogen remains are still leftover in the bootloader, that don`t work with generic android versions.. that`s what I can imagine. (but i`m not an expert
I don`t get why flashing the phone doesn`t solve the issue., it almost seems that the flash process don`t touch the bootloader, to overwrite it with stock parameters (?) or does not fix that area which is responsible for that issue..
Phone status at this time:
Not root - not unlocked - no backup of TA - DRM Keys (The guy that I bought that phone from, saddly doesn`t do a backup /
Before you flash the stock rom, are you clearing the Dalvik cache?
Whenever I've been through instructions on flashing roms, that always seems to be a step, but I didn't see you mention doing that before flashing.

Hi All
I've got a Samsung Galaxy S2 (GT-I9100G) for over 2 years UNROOTED , yesterday, I rooted it and all went successfully and smoothly in a way I didn't believe that I done it  , but unfortunately I tried to change my System theme , boot animation and installed one of themes offered by "ROM Toolbox Lite" app , then it prompts me to reboot in order for the changes to take place, I done.
The Problem, when it reboots it didn't change any of the boot animation, and when I swipe the screen in (Swipe the screen to unlock) window It freezes and reboots again and again.
One of the solutions I've tried is to Unroot my mobile phone and all went successfully but the problem remains the same! Couldn't enter my home screen to remove the theme , moreover, I tried to wipe system/factory data, to return to main factory settings and nothing changes! , to make matters worse , I wiped the cache partition , when I reboot the phone I got an error message saying :
"App (COMANDROIDUI) stopped unexpectedly . Please try again later", I tabbed on "Force close" then the status bar vanishes and phone freezes for 4 seconds and reboots again :crying: , btw, it shows to me the screen of green android avatar which means that it successfully reset to default factory settings, I didn't flash any custom ROM or made any changes to kernel or firmware.
Now I couldn't open my phone any more :crying:
Any one help me pleaaase , U could assume am a noob
Thanks in advance

Finally, got a solution that suggested I download the original firmware and flash it.
I successfully done it and surprisingly, I got back my phone
If anyone got a problem like this feel free to ask about it
I have huawei Y520-U22. Here is the detail of problem.
1. The cell shows "Unfortunately, xyz has stopped" while opening any app. Here xyz refer to any app installed. (Screenshot attached)
2. When i somehow entered in settings and try to Reset the phone, Nothing happened when selects Erase everything .
3. Then I Hardreset the phone from recovery. But after hardreset nothing changed/formatted.
4. Tried SP Flash tool to flash the firmware, the flashing process completed 100% and OK. when i power on the phone again nothing changed, same old creepy software.
5. Then i tried Vocano Tools, (Meerapi, Inferno etc.), the formatting goes 100 % ok but everything time nothing changed.
The local shopkeepers told us that this phone can not be flashed.
So my dear experts after all the above tedious work i am here at this forum again with hope that I may find some solution regarding above mentioned problem.
