Hi guys.. I'm Italian and I'm currently working at epcot in Orlando.. Since I'm struggling not to smash my Acer liquid mini every 5 minutes i really wanted to change it with a SERIOUS device.. So I've been looking for few specs i wanted to have on my Phone and the rezound meets them..
but at this point i've a question.. Can I use this Verizon phone with my Italian card? or other card like at&t and so...
Please check this thread:

I don't recall any Italy carrier specific questions, but you should get a good idea of whether the Rezound will work there.

that's a really bad news.. damn..
so i've another little question since i'm kinda new of all this..
When this device we'll be available in italy.. can i flash the italian rom right?! they should have same hardware..
ok.. i just check the network.. this is the only damn smartphone DUALBAND!!! noway... so there's no way i can use it in italy
really for people that travel or are overseas a lot, going with at&t (even with their evil ways) is probably the way to go so you can just swap sims when needed...
I'm sorry to bother you all, but I searched on Google and in the forms and can't quite seem to find a thread that would give me peace of mind. I was a former T959D owner... and even though that looked exactly like the T-moble vibrant, there were huge boot loader differences and hard bricks were very common. I was wondering if the Telus note... with another lovely "D" at the end of the model number could use the roms and CWM found in this forum.
Again thanks for your time, I just want to make sure I don't make any assumptions.
Samsung Galaxy Note
Model i717
Is same for At&t(USA)
And Rogers(i717r), Bell(i717m), Telus(i717d) (Canada).
And you can use any Roms which says compatible with i717.

Kind of a stupid question for some of you xD but I just want to be sure that I'm going to be able to get all the ROMs i can get with the normal Galaxy S3 pebble blue. Is it going to be the same?
This would be the link I'll be using http://www.expansys-usa.com/samsung-galaxy-s-iii-black-unlocked-16gb-238383/ to buy it!
I just want to make sure there wasn't any hardware/software changes to the black version. Obviously, there shouldn't be but I don't want to go wrong for buying this one!

thanks! its between this and the nexus 4
But it appears as if it is the US version with the dual core and 2GB of RAM.
So be www l aware of that when flashing ROMs

Hey, everyone! I have a Samsung Galaxy S II Epic 4G Touch and it is important that I get my phone rooted. If it matters, I'm using FL26 Stock. And my exact model number is below. If no one knows how, please ask around or something? I having seriously been trying to root my phone for weeks. :/

That's for FF18. Thank you, though!
I'd like to purchase a Developer Edition HTC One, but I also really want Stealth Black so AT&T is my only option.
Is it possible to flash the Developer Edition ROM and "Google Play Edition" ROMs to the AT&T version or are they different variants?

You have the ability to do both  Most of the action happens in the international thread and hopefully these two threads become one.

Is there really any benefit to buying the Developer Edition (or Google Play Edition) then?
AT&T has the same price, plus the option to buy subsidized, etc. (and they have the black version, heh)

Sorry for my noobness, but I noticed a general lack of ROM selection in the AT&T One development thread vs. the unlocked one. Just wanted to confirm that those roms work without issue as well? Shattered the back of my fourth Optimus G and I'm sick of it so I'm just going to bite the bullet and pony up for an off contract One tomorrow. :crying:

By unlocking bootloader, rooting, flashing recovery, s-off, supercid. I was only unlocked and rooted when I first started flashing international roms, but as time went on I did the rest.

I personally believe the "Google Play Editions" are a rip-off. You lose 90% of the functionality (especially with the S4) that the phone was originally intended for. I had the same dilemma when I was in the market for my One. I ended up going with the AT&T black one. Its a great phone (almost futureproof) and the fact that there is the option to go back to Sense from Vanilla sweetens the deal
Hope this helps!

AT&T HTC One
Unlocked
Rooted
TWRP
S-OFF
I ran the Dev Edition RUU (BrightStar US_WWE-1.29.1540.16) or I think its the Dev Edition. on my At&T HTC One, no problems , works good. Only thing is battery life does not seem as good when I was on the RayGlobe rom.

With S-OFF you can do anything. I've gone from stock to GPE to ARHD and back again several times. You can do it all with AT&T (and cheaper with contract).

As others have said, Yes you can install the different ROMs in the AT&T HTC One but it depends on the experience that you want with your phone whether it is Sense or pure Google. I personally like the Sense experience and if there are any features that you want from the Google edition you can probably add it. I like the Zoe camera app but also wanted to try Google's photosphere so I just installed photosphere now I have both.
