Some have said this will fit. http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00F3KP156/ref=cm_sw_r_udp_awd_F-g2sb15G76CQ
I've got one on order and am hoping for the best.

Thanks, for the price, it's worth a try. Since I've had my wireless charging cover, I've been without a case.

I've been using my Spigen slim armor case, but it developed the crack around the volume up button that so many others complain about. I had to use a dremel tool to grind down the thickness of the inside of the rubber sleeve to make it fit, but it cracked the hard case after a couple of weeks. Did the same thing to a neo hybrid I'm using now, but it doesn't fit quite right.

Yea, I think I'm gonna try and modify the case I was using before the wireless cover. I tried the Qi receiver that fit inside the factory door, but I didn't like the way it bowed the cover around the camera opening. ....something has to work

I purchased the spigen case I can not include a link since I'm new here but if you type "Spigen Slim Armor Case for Galaxy Note 3" into the search bar on amazon it will come up. I did have to modify it though. I cut the middle part out of the inner rubber piece. when the case is on the phone it is not noticable since it doesn't show. I just cut around the edge so that the back cover could push through the opening making the case fit perfectly to my phone with the bulkier back cover.

I purchased that case specifically to cover with the oem wireless charging back and can confirm that it fits snug but with Zero issues thus far the only case that I have found that does ....TGIF:good:

I know for certain that the UAG case for the Note 3 fits, but does "pull back" a little at the top (above the speaker) and bottom (below the home button). http://www.amazon.com/URBAN-ARMOR-GEAR-Samsung-Galaxy/dp/B00F8JEWT8
I am also going to try a bumper. (I have a metal one on order but it's coming from China so it's probably still another week out at least.
You would think Samsung would address this, but I haven't seen anything from them on this.

How much of a "flap" did you leave at the top and bottom? Or did you cut exactly where the hard part of the case is?

How much does it pull back? Just doesn't quite cover the lip, or would it affect the headset or charger plug? If you shaved down the inside of the case a little, do you think it would fit better?

If I had to guess I would say 1/8 of an inch. It goes unnoticed and still protects the phone. I actually just ordered the samsung wireless charging s-view case off of amazon. I didn't order it before because I didn't like how it flapped around freely, but now that spigen came out with the magnet clip for it I'm giving it a try.

I have purchased a LoveMei Aliumimum Bumper case (2 piece none screws)
Fits with official wireless back cover. Tempered glass makes it a tight fit.

Have you noticed any problems with your reception while using the aluminum bumper? Also, do you have a link for where you bought it from?

The tech 21 and the diztronic work great with the oem wireless cover, I prefer the tech 21 case over the diztronic.

I tried a mumbi tpu case and it sort of fits. For 7 euros, I was willing to try but I can't get over how much bigger it makes the phone. It's like a brick. Still looking for a case that protects, fits the wireless back, but doesn't add huge amounts of bulk. I'll probably order a diztronic or a tech21 case to just see if it works. Might even look at that otterbox defender even though it doesn't quite fit around the lip. This is just shameful of Samsung to do this without building a case that would go around it. That small amount of bulge is costing angst over cases for us owners but I love the wireless charging. Sigh. Guess you can't have it all. LOL.

Before I begin...
Otterbox is renowned for their premiere armor-like phone cases. I have owned many phones and two of which I put Otterbox phone cases on. Outside of Otterbox cases, I have tried countless cases at a variety of prices and quality. Some cases are pretty good, but none have the same appeal, protection, and reputation that Otterbox does. Upon unboxing the Otterbox commuter case, I discovered both international and US versions of the phone screen protectors. And, in the photos I have uploaded, you'll see that I actually have the international Note screen protector instead of the US version. I'll explain later...
Both Otterbox cases I have owned (Motorola Atrix, Samsung Galaxy Note) are very similar to each other. Even though my Atrix had a Defender case and the Note now has the Commuter case, both actually give the same feeling of protectiveness, look, and feel. When I first put the Defender case on my Atrix, I immediately knew that Otterbox will be the case for all my phones in the future. Otterbox makes a plethora of cases for many makes and models of cellular phones, so I knew that we would eventually get these bad boys. I received mine yesterday and immediately ditched my previous case for the only case my Note will have protect it again.
Also... In my opinion, Otterbox cases speak for themselves and don't need actual reviews, just someone saying, "Go buy it now. You won't regret it."
The Look...
One word to describe this case would be: Armor. The way this case looks with the polygonal insets to connect the soft silicon to the hard shell casing gives it a great look. There are slotted cross dashes on the back of the case with Otterbox's logo near the bottom. The classic sloped front fit around the screen is also present with this Otterbox case. Everything about this case is sleek, stylish, and protective. Great looking case.
Defects? What defects... There were no defects present on this case, nor were there on my first Otterbox case. I expect this type of quality from Otterbox. If anyone has experienced defects with their Otterbox case, please comment and give some insight on the customer service portion of the Otterbox company.
The Fit...
Putting this case on the phone was more trouble than I thought it would be, but I welcomed it, since every other case I had up to now had yet to give me the right fit I was looking for. After about 30 seconds of initial fitting, the case is on and the fit is amazing. The tightness of the fitting of this case is great. It gives a great secure feeling to the phone that no other case has provided.
The power buttons and volume buttons are covered by solid elevated silicone, which provides just enough resistance to where it wont accidentally be activated by walking or bumping into things from within the pocket of your pants. The 3.5mm and phone charger inputs are covered by silicone flaps that are inset into the case. Both inputs are large enough to provide the physical connections with the cords without being obstructed by the case. The spen opening is generous and allows for easy removal. The speaker has an opening through the case as well.
The protection...
Apart from the protection that the case itself provides, Otterbox provides a screen protector (for both versions of the note) as well. Pretty straight forward screen protector, two films surrounding the outer and inner surfaces of the protector. It comes with a small microfiber wiping cloth and the squeegee for those pesky air bubbles. I started with the US version of the screen protectors (duh) but for some reason, i got dust on the protector itself and it was just a mess from the beginning, so I went ahead and put the international one on. The only difference between the two protectors is the cutout on the bottom of the international one. Looks a little odd, but it works.
Conclusion...
My overall experience with Otterbox has been great. Both cases I have owned have been of the utmost quality. No other case provides me with the look, the feel, and the protection that Otterbox has given me with their cases. I am very pleased with this case and highly recommend it to anyone.
not to point fingers.... but do you work for otterbox? Just never seen someone go through so much effort on a review as far as the layout goes, if you dont work for them i think the effort is awesome.
No I don't work for otterbox... but I may have put more effort into this than I think was needed, lol

Can you take pictures of the empty case next to the note so we can see how much bulk it adds?
How sticky is it when you pull it out of your pocket?
What is the responsiveness related to the cover and the s-pen?

Ill see what I can do about the pictures. As far as the stickiness of the case... its actually pretty smooth. Comes out of the pocket pretty easily. The spen has great responsiveness to the screen with the screen protector on. No difference as far as I can tell with the screen protector.

I had an Otterbox Commuter on my late Dell Streak and it was really good but a little bulky. And it didn't have a cradle! On my Note I have Seidio Active with a kickstand and cradle, and I should say it's more elegant and compact with same level of protection. Just my two cents...

Nice review.
When the case is on, do you find any added resistance when putting the phone in or taking it out of your pocket? Thanks.

Overall a solid case. Definitely recommend

Honestly the three cents is inconsequential. It could have been a couple dollars more and I still would have gotten it simply because the seller is SpigenSGP (who also happen to make the best crystal clear screen protectors I've ever used), and they have a 100% seller rating.
Nice review. Any problems with dust particles on the silicon portion of the case when pulling the Note out of a pocket? With other cases that has been my experience and the look of the case decreases due to it.

you get some dust but for me it was on the outside of the case. I got my commuter off amazon for half price! I dont think it makes it bulky like the other Otter box case but it makes it have a good feel in the hand. without it the phones feels slippery.

Mega 6.3 cases

Because this isn't a main stream phone, from what I can see, the choice of cases out there are really slim.
I bought a cheap case off ebay, which is ok, but i'm not terribly happy with. The case is from taipo212 on ebay, the 'rubber hard coating skin case'. It fits well and looks pretty good initially, but marks too easily due to the matte/rubber like material. It also came with a couple small marks already on it. However, I needed a case till I find the perfect case, and it was cheap.
I'm waiting on another case from ebay, which I will comment on when I receive it. A 'clear hard tough case' from 'yousave-au'. Would love to hear from anyone that has this already.
I couldn't find a generic cases thread for the mega 6.3, so I think this thread would be a big help to lots of people.
Can anyone who has a case comment on if the case is good, where you got it from etc, even people with bad experiences, if they can let us know, so we know what cases to avoid
I just ordered one of these from eBay UK for £1.99 with free screen protector. I like these ones as they are cheap and durable, it protects the whole phone and I have been using the same type of case for my Nexus 7, Original Note, Lg L3, and Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 with no problems.

There are lots of generic cases available for the Mega 6.3 and in my experience they are quite good. Here are some ultra thin ones, I have tried this type of case on my original Note but didn't like it as the top and bottom of the phone are exposed to scratches.
These ones are advertised as Hydro Gel Rubber, whatever that means. I have also tried this with my original Note but after a few months it became loose and I went back to the S Line type case.
I use the S-Line and like it alot.
The phone is still slim and the texture is such that it doesnt hang up inside your pants front pocket when I pull it out..
Comes out and goes in smooth and is not slippery feeling like it will squirt out of my hand..
Im impressed. Just the features that I like..
EXCEPT.... one gripe.. I want the button covers removed. I want to feel and press the actual button and not the rubber button bumper..
I have a NillKin snap-on hard case (in black) for mine. This is quickly becoming my case of choice for all my phones - it's classy and maintains the thin waistline. It doesn't provide all-round edge protection though, so you need to be a bit more careful I also have a generic snap-on clear case, which looks alright but sits hard against some patches of the back, making it look a little cheap lol.

Just got one of these http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/290945411155
The "Army Green" version, it's really a very dark brown like oiled leather or hunter leather. It has the same look and feel as a wallet I bought from Amazon UK (Visconti Hunter) though of course it's not leather.
There's no go to sleep magnet in it but that was easily fixed. It's a third of the price of the last case I bought and feels much nicer in the hand, the inner phone holder part is hard plastic not tpu and is open at either end with cut outs for the volume and power buttons.

Which case should I choose?

So i've been looking for a new case since i'm not really satisfied with the current bumper I have on now. And I've narrowed it down to these two cases. They both have pro's and cons so im coming to xda on what you guys think?

First is this aluminum bumper. As you can see from the picture this is a beauty. It will make your note 3 feel like your actually holding a $700 phone instead of holding plastic faux leather. And im guessing the protection must be good since it's like a body replacement. But then the cons come in. Reduced signal, I'll need to carry the small screwdriver around if i wanted to open back, If I drop it there will be dents, and I will be most likely getting a tempered glass for more protection.
Then there is this case. All leather, hand stitched goodness. It looks good, can act like a wallet, and has a hole around the speaker so I don't need to have my credit cards hanging out when I make calls. But then if I lose my phone I lose everything (credit cards, ID, etc). The volume keys aren't accessible when its closed. Im not sure if i'd need a tempered glass. I think there were some other cons that I don't remember.
So what do you guys think wins? Im open for you guys to comment.
lol im not really into the leather wallet/case but the Kommadant looks really nice, too expensive for me but i do have to aluminum bumper cases and they do reduce signal but nothing that bothers be atleast. id go for the Kommandant just for the premium feel and amazing look.
Man.... I just need a nice tpu case with a back reading suport and a usual screen protector... Works perfectly and i don't damage at all my phone.
This leather case is complicated, and the aluminun case its beautiful but i bet it scratches all the phone body when you remove the case. Metal against plastic, no way plastic can survive intact.
Not a fan of either personally. Neither one of them will provide much if any protection if you drop the phone.
Sent from my SM-N9005 using Tapatalk
Back to the drawing board my friend, neither one of those cases are meant for drop protection imho. I can almost guarantee signal loss with that aluminum case and that leather one looks weird, like a luggage bag.
I actually bought a wallet style case the first day I bought this phone just to have a case on it and its just turned out to be a pain as far as using the phone for calling someone. I would say look into the Spigen Slim Armor, Spigen Neo Hybrid, or UAG cases and if you do look at a Spigen case, make sure they are authentic. I mentioned those three because I have both Spigen's for the note and had the UAG for my GS3, great cases.
not a fan of the flip cases.
the bumper you posted will drop your signal not due to the metal back.
There is another bumper tha just goes around the outside so it doesnt block the antenna.
It does suck about the screw driver being needed but ahh i have a htc one m7 and its all build in no removing the battery, just like iphones.
So i dont think that that is such a big deal.
Dropping it will make a dent but depends on where you get it from you should be able to buy a new one if you dent up this one.
For myself personally, having used a wallet case for a good 2 months, it's nothing special. It's convenient in some cases, but when you get coins for change, it kind of sucks. Also, I live in constant fear that I'm going to accidentally drop everything out if it every time I open it. That being said, I'd much rather the wallet over the screw in case. I open my phone up a lot, so yeah. I'm currently using a Neo Hybrid (if you could call it that.. it's fake ) and a tempered glass screen protector. It's awesome Dunno if that helps or not.
I have used the Neo Hybrid on my S4 and its was a GREAT case. It's not aluminum so no signal issues. I will NEVER use a case that flips cloed on the screen. To many issues with scratch/wear on the glass with sand or other particles. Being in your pocket it creates friction on the glass. If it doesn't scratch with sand or dirt, it will likely over time wear away the oleophobic coating on the glass or glass screen protector.

Yeah it makes me cringe when people say they like them for the screen protection. Yes they cover the screen, this is very different from protecting the screen.
I'd recommend either a neo hybrid, slim armor or uag, in combination with a tempered glass screen protector.
Imo, the uag will give the most protection and the neo the least. The neo still provides good protection, just not as good as the other two.

When I buy a case, its protection I look for, not aesthetics, so the leather cases aren't even an option for me.
I've got an Otterbox Defender. Hard plastic inner with rubber outer and flaps for the charging port and the headphone jack. Haven't dropped the phone from a decent height yet (and I don't plan to lol) but I've used two-piece cases on other devices and I find they offer the best protection. The Otterbox Commuter is a bit cheaper and a bit smaller, but there's no built-in screen protector, though it does come with a plastic adhesive one. The Commuter is a little less protective than the Defender and the Defender is a bit bulkier, but not by that much, I tried both at the store before I bought the Defender. The Defender does work with some glass screen protectors for added protection as well, if you remove the built-in screen plastic protector.

He means the otterbox like case that comes with the zerolemon battery. A great deal for only $60!

Mine arrived today from Zerolemon, extended battery with the tough case. Will install when I get home from work and let you know what I think. First impressions just seeing the case in my hands, it's not quite as nice a case as the Otterbox, but I'll report back once I put the phone in.
UPDATE: So I put the phone in the new case with the extended battery. The Otterbox is the only other case I've used on my Note 3, so that's all I have to compare the Zerolemon with. It's not much thicker than the Otterbox, though the Otterbox Defender does seem to offer a bit more protection: The rubber outside of the Zerolemon is a bit harder than the rubber on the Otterbox; it just seems like the Otterbox would absorb an impact a bit better than the Zerolemon. The flaps are a bit difficult to open as well, since they're just thin flaps instead of thicker plugs like the Otterbox. And there's a flap over the S-Pen!! Some people might like that, but I don't. That flap also covers the speaker, but there is a slit in the flap and volume is surprisingly not affected. I just find that flap unnecessary and it can really be in the way if you use the pen a lot. The battery came with about a 50% charge (that will probably vary from order to order), but it says to fully charge it right away anyway. As I only just started using the case and battery, I can't comment on the life of the extended battery.
That said, I'd be willing to put up with the annoying flaps and slightly less protection to get the extended battery, but I will be returning the case, as it is unusable for me: The hole for the headphone jack is too small, and will only take the narrow-body plugs, usually found on earbuds or cheaper headphones. The problem is that the hole in the case is a rectangle; round peg, square hole. My headphones have a full size body on the plug, so they just don't fit. I mean the part that you hold as you plug in the headphones, directly above the plug that actually goes in. Very disappointing since a round hole for a round plug just makes sense and the case is otherwise well-designed. I was really looking forward to the extended battery, but the headphones issue is a deal-breaker.

Ran into the same problem with the headphone jack opening being to small. I ended up buying a really short extension with a smaller collar that fit the opening. Love the case and battery. Also purchased the MIME Feather tempered glass and replaced the plastic protector that came with the case.

Flip Wallet Cases
I'm particularly fond of the look and usage of the flip cases myself (not that I've actually had one for myself. Mine are on their way from China as we speak...). For all my other phones, I've had the bumper cases which are good (cause I'm a firm believer in protecting your tech investments) but I'm a girl. I have wristlets instead of wallets and the flip wallet cases does the job for me. Whatever works best to be honest. And, I strongly recommend getting multiple cases for different purposes.
I used this site >> galaxynote3case (google it please)<< which coincidentally I found cruising through this forum a few months ago.
I'll let you know how good the flip/wallet cases are when I finally get mine.

THINNEST full coverage Case and it's only $5!

So far I've tried over 7 cases and this is the THINNEST case you can get for the S7 and it offers full coverage. It is like having a nearly bare phone. The dot pattern on the back is great because it prevents the glass from sticking to the plastic giving it that wet look. The case I got has a great fit and the front lip hugs the phone well on all sides. If you are looking for a clear phone to really show off the galaxy s7 while having the least amount of bulk possible this is the case to get, not to mention it is only $4.98 on Amazon. You can check the case HERE on some angles you can't even tell there is a case on the phone.
If you need drop protection and need an otterbox type of bulk protection this is definitely not for those users, but for those who just want the least amount of bulk w/ a bit of protection and full coverage around the bezels, this is a great little case.
I just got the spigen thin fit (exact fit). it looks just as thin as the above case and also is open on top and bottom so becomes even more minimal. for those that care about protecting the back glass but not parts of the frame. got it on sale for $5 plus shipping...

dont have my s7 yet but i assume it should still work, i have had similar cases on my nexus 5 and the qi charging still worked...
Thanks for finding this OP, I just ordered one. I am not usually a case guy and tend carry my phones naked with just a carbon fiber skin added for grip. But with the S7 and its rounded back not proving well so far in early drop tests, I am looking for the thinnest case possible - already ordered 3 of them.
The Spigen looks great, but I'd prefer the tops to be covered also if I am going to have a case on. When phones fall, the top bezel usually gets nicked. (ask my S6E )
OP - Does the packaging say how thin this case is in mm? I got the Spigen Clear Crystal that's supposedly 0.5 mm, another on eBay that's supposedly 0.3mm and have also seen others on eBay that claim 0.2 mm. Curious.

The wireless chargers work through Otterboxes, so yeah as long as the case is not metallic or ridiculously thick it will still work.
I got my gmyle case the OP told us about and put it on today. I am very impressed. Truly a slim case, it's thin enough to show off the curved back glass. I have 2 more coming in the mail, but this one's the best of the 2 I have tried so far (Spigen clear crystal before this and the gmyle is way better, way thinner).
Thanks for sharing OP.

I ordered this one a few weeks ago http://www.ebay.com/itm/291687582792?_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT
Looks similar except for the camera cutout, in some of the pics it does look pretty slim and it also look like it has a curve on the back. It should be here any day now.
I got the red shield slim case.
To bad I didn't stumble upon this thread sooner.
Looks similar to the gmyle peachpuff. For reference, here are two other slim cases I ordered - note the ebay one says "0.3 mm" ? If you search hard enough on ebay, you can now find as low as "0.2 mm" thickness. The Spigen TPU case for comparison is 0.5 mm.
The eBay one and the bomea one haven't gotten here yet. My idea for the bomea hard case is to wrap it in carbon fiber slick wraps which I already have waiting. But the bomea hard case is not thin enough to show off the curved back, which is a bummer.
We will see, but so far I am extremely happy with the gmyle case. Never been a case guy (always carried the phones naked with just a slick wrap) but with a case as thin as this one, the benefits of having a case outweigh the disadvantages.

OK guys, the "bomea" case came in, and it is gorgeous!
It doesn't protect the top and bottom, but I think I am OK with it, since the back glass seems to be the most fragile part of this phone (from drop tests so far).
Not covering the bottom means that it fits within the Gear VR perfectly. Which is an added bonus.
It is even thinner and less obtrusive than the "gmyle" case if that's possible.
It does show the curved back, which I was not expecting so that's a bonus.
It feels really nice in the hands too (soft texture). bomea and the gmyle are both keepers.
Bought an unbranded case identical to that for $1.40 from ebay

Has that ebay case arrived? For $1 plus free shipping, you can't really beat that. Looks just as thin as the case mentioned from Amazon
I'm using the Ringke Slim. Had one on a previous S4 and really liked it. Super thin but enough of a lip to elevate the screen when flipped over on a desktop.
I had ordered one of the $ .99 TPU cases from eBay but that may be weeks until it shows up.

Question 23 Ultra Magsafe setup

So I decided to go all out magsafe on my s23 ultra. After much trial and error with different products I think I came up with the perfect setup for myself. I love it because it's not too bulky and it doesn't look like a Frankenstein phone.
I love clear cases but I hated the clear magsafe cases available. Most of them had the white circle but I hated that with my phantom black phone. And the ones that had a black circle also had that line below that blocks part of the Samsung logo. So I ended up buying this magsafe adapter. (Unfortunately it's not on Amazon). It has built in magnets for a stronger hold and it's made of metal and has a nice finish.

I went with the OtterBox Prefix case. I love it because it has squared off sides instead of round.

I ended up getting the magsafe ring holder grip for the back side of the phone. I love this because it allows me to stick my phone to metal surfaces because it has magnets on both sides. It can also be used as a kick stand because of the rotating ring. Has a nice feel and it looks nice!

How's the adhesive? What I don't nt like about all these rings(irrespective of any brand) is that these are not re-usable, meaning can't simply remove from one case and install in another case afaik.

I don't know how well it will work underneath the case. I haven't heard too many positive things when people place it under the case. It's typically not that strong when you do it that way.

Did some digging...looks like no matter which magsafe accessory is used more or less it affects the S-Pen, the stronger the magnetic "bond" the higher the interference is!

Not true. The one I have right now has no interference with my s pen. I'm using it right now. No issues. If there is interference it's not detectable at all.
As an update to my previous post, I just got the magsafe installed under my dbrand grip case and I can't even see a bulge or anything and it doesn't interfere with charging or s pen at all. But I don't have the metal finger holder thingy yet, it says it's out for delivery today so I'll report back after I get it.

I think you'll be satisfied with your set up. The ring is the best part. Let me know how you like it.
Idk if this helps i have magsafe in my UAG case since i had the phone and i had no issues at all. Plus i even have a magnetic pop socket i use from time to time and its pretty flawless. Unless your using magsafe on the charger maybe?
Just got the magnet finger hold thing that OP posted and unfortunately this did NOT work from inside my dbrand grip case but it does work from the outside on the back of the case. Also used spen all over and have zero issues. So that impressed me.
As per this YouTube video the S pen functionality disrupts when additional magsafe accessories like magsafe powerbank, magsafe wallet etc. are attached.

I can't say about the the stuff he used in the video but I used a magsafe anker charger pod and it didn't interfere with the spen nor did the finger ring thing that OP linked because I bought exactly what OP bought and I had tried several others before and was very skeptical of OP but this works.
